We had a bad experience 10/8/21we picked up our vehicle and we believed we should not have been charged a deposit again that we had previously payed for something they didn’t fix. Staff was very rude and the supervised said to us that they loaned us a vehicle because otherwise we would have been dumped. First of all that is very disrespectful and we pay to have a rental available to us when our vehicle is in service. It was not our problem that staff (Justin) did not place a rental order for us and asked to take our vehicle for service. I am very disappointed in the service given to us as current customers that deserve the companies loyalty and respect. Staff should be better trained and have customer service because they obviously have to deal with customers directly.
My car needed an O2 sensor on a time crunch only a few days before leaving town, and not only did the dealership help me, they exceeded my expectations. The service department fit me in the next day, and they told me not to worry due to my warranty. In the event my car couldnt be fixed I would have been able to get a rental(fortunately it was fixed quickly). Ive had nothing but top notch service since buying my car at this dealership and they have earned my business for life.
From the moment we drove on to the lot to look at cars for our daughter, the whole situation was easy and the entire staff was wonderful to deal with. We knew what we were looking for, and they just made it that much easier. Kevin, our Salesman was the sweetest to work with. Ryan, the Sales Manager was also amazing and great to work with. Never bought a car before and I thought the process was going to be difficult being I have no experience with dealerships. But Cleve made it super easy and I was actually in shock on how easy it was. I love that he keeps photos of all his customers on his wall. I didnt see any other salesman at the store with something similar. He kept me in the loop during the whole process and even bought my mom and I Jamba Juice and cookies. If anyone wants a easy going sales person please go to Cleve. Car is fine. However, at the end of the transaction they add $1,000 on the price for some undercoating that doesn’t exist.I don’t like being scammed like that. Wouldn’t buy again from this place.Only reason they got 2 stars was because I like the car.Edit: The general manager NOW wants to speak. How the wheels have turned. My response is the exact same that a manager told me and the finance guy, NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT.

Brought my car in for reg maintenance. Accidentally left my cell phone behind. Realized it later that evening. The first morning the dealership was open, I called and Ryan, a salesperson answered and agreed to help me find my phone . There was no hesitation in his voice. After several failed attempts of finding the phone inside the vehicle, we realized it must be inside the service dept. ( service dept. closed sat and sun.) He happily let me in to retrieve it . This to me, was thoroughly an act of kindness . (Ryan suffers from chronic back pain. That Saturday morning he had a flare up and when I arrived, he was icing his back.). He never let the way he felt at the moment come before his work at GMC. Of course, it would have been a completely different experience if it were not for his gracious way of being willing to help out! - Thank you Ryan!

I had a terrible day and was feeling very down after going to several dealerships telling me that I couldnt get a better vehicle or better % because of my credit... even after receiving pre-approvals and offers for months prior... I have worked very hard for many years but my credit is terrible due to medical bills that I couldnt afford to pay as a single parent to my 2 boys (one in college and one in 1st grade) .... because of this I was in a vulnerable position and Vinnie made me feel welcome, comfortable and gave me hope. Came in to take a look at some trucks as im getting ready to pick a new one up to tow my car trailer and was just looking. I worked with an exceptional young man named Cleve he was very knowledgeable and kind. Was not super pushy and understood I am in my research phases at the moment when I am ready to pull the trigger I am most definitely coming to cleve and would recommend him to anyone else who wants an amazing experience. 10/5 experience for sure!
If I could rate Cardinale GMC a ZERO I would. I would never buy another vehicle at Cardinale GMC. They sadly are liars. They put an undercoat on supposedly and then charge you for it. I didnt ask for it. We agreed to a price that removed the undercoat price. When I went to sign the paperwork I was exhausted from them taking hours to finalize the paperwork on their end. I was told that I have 48 hours to return the vehicle if I changed my mind. I did change my mind. They ended up charging me for the undercoat which was not agreed to. They failed to inform me they charge a $250 fee for the 48 hour right to rescind along with a $500 restocking fee. This was not agreed to, nor mentioned. When I went to return it they took several hours again to do so, almost putting me past the 48 hours, and then charged me $750! Outrageous! This was never mentioned, nor did I agree to something I wasnt informed about. I talked to other dealerships in the area, and none of them do that! They said if we had something like that it would be only a $200 free for the right to the 48 hours right to rescind, but if someone rescinds, and doesnt want the vehicle, we never charge them the $200! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM CARDINALE GMC!!! I ended up buying the same vehicle from another dealership with 11,000 miles less and 2 years newer than the one from Cardinale GMC! That new purchase was $1500 less than the one from Cardinale GMC. I went from a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon with 36,000 miles to a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon with 24,000 miles and still saved $1500 going to the other dealership! Lesson learned what a rip off Cardinale GMC really is. Ive made sure to inform family and friends to stay clear of Cardinale GMC.

Ralph, Hes Great! I called him last week and told him that my engine light was on and my computer said that I had 15% oil life left. He scheduled me right away and said that I didnt want to mess with that.... when I got to the service department, Jullian took me right in and said hed put a priority on it and thats what they did. they drove it and checked the computer diagnostics after the drive. they had to illuminate two of the three alerts to find the one that was causing the trouble. the previous service a month ago had the oil life light incorrectly reset and that was through off the other readouts. The real culprit was the mass air sensor which was below specs. Jullian took a new sensor that was earmarked for a different job a week hence and put it in my Sierra. He ordered a new one for the other job and off I went; the engine light was out and the oil life was fine and reset. Thanks Cardinale you made my day!

If you are trying to buy out of state from these guys, think again. I called and they said it was available, so I sent all my information for my trade in. After I told them I was out of state, they stopped responding. I texted multiple times with no response. They finally text me 4 hours later saying it’s been sold. I asked why I didn’t get priority, and this is what the sales rep Cleve said: “ Yeah the Tahoe just sold, my managers will take which deal makes the most money and most sense especially if its someone local. I apologize”. No joke that’s what he said. Would post the text if I could post pictures. That is not looking out for the best interest of the customer, that is looking out for the dealership. Do NOT look here if you’re out of state, and if how I was treated is any indication of how they run their business, even locals should stay away.

I feel as though I was misled by salesperson, Andres, and sales manager, Ryan, into buying a vehicle. I was talked into buying the car without even test driving it. Theyre really smooth talkers and as a first time buyer this has ruined my dealership experience. I bought a car that was repainted with a salvaged VIN sticker on the door jam which does NOT match the car, therefore Im not sure what condition the car is actually in. In addition, not even a month into buying the vehicle the check engine light comes on for a P0456 EVAP leak code. I bought a vehicle with issues and I know that since I signed papers dictating that no warranty or work is promised that Im all out on my own now. NOTE: if you are buying a vehicle from this place, know youre price and test drive the vehicle. The used car department and service department dont seem to know how to fix the cars up for sale letting vehicles go on sale while having issues. I bought a car with a differential leak that was apparently normal at 77k miles, power mirrors didnt work, Vehicle Emission Control Information stickers are missing, VIN on the door jam was for a salvaged vehicle of a different year, there was a code stored in the computer and a month later check engine light comes on, second key fob did NOT start the vehicle, reverse lights and marker light bulbs were broken.I was sent the repair order for the services done to the vehicle and it mentioned that the cabin air filter was replaced, but it was dirty when I inspected the vehicle. I believe that the service department and used car department on this dealership are hacks and sell misleading vehicles.

A young salesman by the name of David helped me out and despite him being newer in the dealership, he gave me exceptional service and really hit all the right notes you want to hear as a prospective customer. No one wants a bad deal, bad experience, or bad service. I didnt find any of those here. I was extremely disappointed with the service done to my 2016 Mazda 3. I purchased the car from Cardinale’s less than a year ago and within two weeks the splash guard on the passenger side had fallen off of the vehicle while I was driving. While I understand that when purchasing a used vehicle a person assumes a certain amount of risk, what bothered me is the efforts they made to repair it. Initially they only stuck plastic clips on the car (not fully securing it) and told me the issue would be resolved. I, not knowing any better, took them for their word and thought that would be the end of the issues. However, two weeks later not only did the passenger side splash guard come loose again, but it ripped off the center splash guard as well causing further damage. Not to mention the fact that I was on a busy highway when the event occurred and could have easily injured someone behind me or myself. After some haggling I was able to have them to secure on new parts, at no cost to myself, but they AGAIN failed to properly secure the parts and eight months later I was faced with the same issue. Now the costs are going to be upward of $1200 and the mechanic that I had inspect the vehicle said they improperly fastened the front splash guard using what seemed to be wood screws and that the bumper would also need to be replaced. If this had been done correctly the first time, it would have saved me a lot of time and headache. I am a young active duty service member and I feel very taken advantage of after my time dealing with this dealership. I rely on this vehicle as a main means of transportation and my faith in used vehicles has been drastically tarnished.

During the buying process the salesman told my husband about an undercoat they do but never mentioned a price. My husband said ok thinking it was complimentary. Later on while signing the loan documents he sees a charge for $1200 for it. My husband being tired and ready to go he just went with it. Shame on the salesman. Fast forward to dropping our new car (300 miles on it) off back at the dealer to have the sunroof installed, we pick it back up with 600 miles on it. When asked where did the extra miles come from all they could tell us was it was driven to the location that did the install. Not sure how you put 300 miles on a car but Im not happy. Seems more like my car was used for person use or something else because that explanation doesnt sit well with me.

Ive had relatively good experiences working with Cardinale, despite some of the poor reviews I havent had any issues with them. I bought my car here earlier this year and Corey was super accommodating and patient. He made the process really smooth for me. I just recently went here for an oil change as well. I had issues at another shop and called them to see if they could help and they were able to get me in the next day. The man that helped me was so nice (I cant remember his name but he was an older gentleman) and made the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. Ill definitely be coming here to get my oil changed from now on.

He was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles and the financing. After we purchased the vehicle there was a small issue, so I left a message to my surprise I had the General Manager return my call. The service department and the receptionist thatdirects all calls were so helpful and professional. I’ve been buying cars for 40 years and without adoubt this was the best experience I’ve ever had. This was the easiest buying experience I could imagine. I showed up knowing what I wanted, test drove it, filled out the appropriate paperwork, and took the vehicle home. Dealer personnel were helpful, had the appropriate level of pushiness (not too pushy) and made the transaction feel like it was kind of tailored to the choices I wanted versus how they can upsell me.
Sales person was great but was not well informed about expiring approval. Felt like i couldnt get my needs heard. Was suppose.to get.my down payment back and finance does not have any idea about that. Really
So I called 4 times today to get an answer, email for my records because of the terms change from 3 months to 6 months. On my second call around 11am I did talk to Justin finance guy he said he will pass the message to Cory to email me for loan terms. I waited until 3.30pm didnt receive any. So I call again he wasnt available I left a message. Then I call again to talk Dino manager who responded my review. He was very professional. He did say he will make sure my 2nd key would be in the mail & his manager will email me about my loan. For the all-weather floor mats Dino I want to say its not we cannot purchase those the thing is when we were testing truck mats were not there & when we were dealing with Cory, we were saying again & again about the mats he should have told us that it not going to come with it you have to purchase then we should add it to the price or work out you know what I am trying to say. We didnt know until they hand out key when we were about to leave. & when we asked Cory he starts arguing that he didnt promise and walked away. Your employees represent your owners company so please make sure they have the excellent customer service skills to work in the sales department especially the guy Cory and big guy Mike. I am sure you will take this matter seriously. I was telling my husband to walk out because of the way they were treating us. Hopefully, it wouldnt happen again with any of your future customers.

I agreed on a price for a car on Tuesday with the salesperson, but when I came in on Friday to finalize the deal the GM refused that price. Definitely need to get their priorities in order if theyll go back on their word for $600.
