Very honest people. Loyalty is there #1 quality. They really make you feel like a person then they screw you over. And screw your friends to top it off!

I do want to say that it was the worst experience Ive ever had. Never believe a salespersons promise. They said the car parts would deliver in two days and then I wait for a month and call every day and no one answers. I was shocked when I went to ask for a refund, there was NSF. Later, I called back, the man asked me to go back and give me the cash back. My car is already missing a mirror. Its dangerous to drive on the road, they kept pushing me to go to the store again and again... though the guys are good person, there was a big problem in your management.Update: I’ve got extra $12 for deposit return fee. Don’t Waist your time and money to get here.

Wife brought in our Honda accord that had the front bumper being pulled off from dragging on the curb going in to our driveway. They gave a reasonable estimate to take a look at it so we said go ahead and fix it. They got into it and found a few other issues from possibly previous repairs and had a solution to fix it. They did a beautiful job for only slightly more than the original estimate. Working late on a Saturday to get it finished and back to us. I was impressed with their communication on what they found and an updated estimate. Would highly recommend!

Decent Mexican dude but other folks as much as good work they do, they surely are not trust worthy,Trust is the issue in this place, if you want your work to be done, than just dont trust and if you are a trust worthy person than this is not the place for you.

Raul is the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is VERY fair with prices. He will help you out any way he can at any time. His work is flawless. He’s done the best work on my car. I will always get my paint jobs/car service done with him. Most of all, he is an honest and friendly person. You can trust him and that’s important and hard to find with mechanics this day in age.

Terrible experience here had to watch my partner constantly call to check on the status. Then every time they promised a loaner car it either would have a dead battery or somehow never show up. Honestly they are great at baiting you in with a nice enough secretary. But thats it after that. Not only did it take weeks it wasnt fully fixed once he got it back. Glue is not a mechanics tool last time I checked. Never go here save yourself the trouble.

These guys were amazing! They even came to my place of residence to pick my (dead) car up and drive it with the battery charger attached back to the shop. I didn’t even have to make an appointment, they just came within an hour of me calling them. I will definitely bring my car back here! Thank you guys for all your help

Thank you to Dawn and Gilbert from MS Glass. We had a broken window situation unfortunately on a Friday night. Dawn responded back to our text within minutes and forwarded us to Gilbert. Our window was fixed within the same day the following day. Great service! Definitely recommend both places to anyone.

Made private arrangement to drop car here and the company wrote a Tow Company a bad check after a 4 hour tow. Would not Tow anything here. TOW COMPANY BE AWARE.

I have used these guys several times they have been a huge blessing. These guys do amazing work. Flawless everytime and very reasonable. I refer all my friends and customers to them.

Super friendly and helpful! I called in on a Sunday for help with some broken turn signal lights. They were the only local auto shop that I could find that was open. The woman who answered said that they usually only take appointments but that they could squeeze me in right away. When I got to the shop the employees were all very friendly and fixed my light right away. They walked me through what they were doing the whole time, explained why they were doing everything, and even showed me what to do if I needed to fix them again in the future. I will definitely be suggesting this place to friends and will be coming back if I need more work done. (Hopefully not too soon!)

Have been here multiple times to say that the mechanics are great, they helped me out with towing, gettin my car back to me right away, & having it fixed so many times for different problems. They also offer help in body work at decent prices. Honestly a great shop. Special thanks to Diego & Raul.

Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They took over 6 weeks to fix a minor fender bender. And still havent completed the job! Would rarely answer the phone and had different finish dates every time we spoke to them. We had to call them just to tell them we are missing a reflector and the front bumper wasnt attached! Not only that but enterprise charged us 1,100$ for the rental because it was estimated a 3 day job and took a month and a half! They took 700$ off our bill! So even though the accident wasnt our fault we had to pay and extra 400$ because of 7 auto body! And to add to the horrible experience they charged us to detail the car! And it was not detailed!! We are still finding coffee stains everywhere from the accident! Jesse was our contact and we have no idea whose fault it is, but they claimed the owner came in to make sure everything got finished! But clearly that didnt happen, or the owner is blind. 8 weeks later and the Jeep isnt finished! Dont waste your time or money coming to this shop! Best advice I can give you!!!!! Also the icing on the cake, with a little cherry! When they dropped the car off to our house there was mud all over the drivers seat and an empty coffee cup and garbage left in the car. The level of disrespect is unmatchable.

So I had a good experience months ago, office was great, they cleaned my headlight which was above and beyond the repair on my rear end. However, months later the side of my rear bumper that was fixed came loose again, I have to fix what appears to have just been glued on. Really upset that the job that was done didnt last. Theres also white primer in all the cracks of my vehicle, and there is dried primer in the door sockets I had to clean out. It took me forever.

They did such a great job fixing the scrapes on my car. It looked brand new when they were done. It was finished in a timely manner!Thank you so much! I was so happy to have my beautiful car back and to how it was!

First experience wasn’t bad. Second time I went in for an exhaust issue. They quoted me $900 to replace the catalytic converter. Got a second opinion from a different; $295 to replace a section of flew hose from the engine to the exhaust. Always get a second opinion!

Kelsey has been so helpful for repairing the body damages on my car. She really tried to cut down the costs for me by a fair good amount, especially comparing with quotes from other shops. Whats more is the repair was so nicely done that it looks like a new car to me. Jobs done fast, very happy with it, would recommend to my friends.

Amazing body shop. Took my 87 Comanche in after she was “totaled” and the fine folks at 7 Auto Repair fixed her up so good you can’t even tell she was in a wreck—and all for a very reasonable price.10/10 would recommend!

Raul and Diego go above and beyond. The work was impeccable and the cost was less than others I visited. I was very impressed with the speed of the work as well.

Great Neighborhood friendly feel. Technically my repair went well beyond typical. They were fast, and the paint is immaculate.This is not a multimillion dollar corporate installation. The people are great, and have a good funky Greenwood /Phinney/Ballard vibe. Professional-around-the-edges, so to speak. Their service is very good, and they are actually quite organized, in spite of the easy going feel.The body work they do, and particularly the paint work is impeccable on an order I have rarely seen. I recommend this shop to our neighbors, and to anyone.

These are the most experienced and responsive people in the body shop industry. I would trust them with my $250,000 car and they only charge $50 an hour! They provide accountability and I pay them with cash (and gratitude).

This is the best auto repair experience Ive ever had. I had a scratch on my car and they made it like it never happened. Kelsey did a great job in communication and Raul and his brothers did a great paint job. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

Very nice guys — went in after my car was hit while parked on the street the night before and they took care of the damage in no time at all. I was worried it would cost a kidney and my first born child but their prices are unbeatable compared to the rest. I went to this auto body shop couple years ago for a pain and went back again this year for an estima to painted again since I broke my bumper in a car accident. They gave me a good price and great service I recommend this shop 100%. Good people!!!

Seriously impressed after working with Kelsey. One third the price of the next lowest quote, work was flawless, and they also took the time to fix up some minor nicks all around the car.

Happy accident that I found this place, damaged my car in the parking lot next door and a girl sitting outside mentioned that she worked at 7 and they could work miracles with deep scratches. That they did! My car looks brand new! I expected it to look like a sad patched scratch but honestly it looks good as new. They also were kind enough to touch up a couple of unrelated scratches that were bothering me. Stellar work, terrific people, and very very reasonable. Thank you Kelsey and crew!

These guys saved my ass last minute on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Im at Carkeek park, a 1year olds birthday party with my 3yr and 12 yr old and when I took a store run by myself I broke my tire rod, I just pulled in and they were so helpful. Even offered to give me a ride to get my kids. Turns out we needed to wait for parts, they went above and beyond for me when the parts didnt show up, driving around to multiple different stores JUST to keep their word and have my car done for me!!! To top that off, the pricing was extremely fair.....I highly recommend them extremely friendly, professional and honest, I will be coming here from now on!!
