They repair your car to an unbelievable level of excellence. The care that is taken with your car/vehicle is amazing. They take care of your car as if it was theirs. Used Metro Auto Rebuild for my car accident claim to repair my vehicle. Though it took some time with the insurance to figure out what to do, the staff was very communicative and professional throughout. When I went to go pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. Everything was done correctly and had peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Rebuild especially if you have a higher - end vehicle.

Recently got my car fixed by them after an unfortunate rear end which required frame pulling.The good1) The work done is visually almost perfect. I felt that there could be some improvement (paint wise) near the panel gaps to make them seem more flush with the rest of the car. But a person who doesnt know that there was a collision could easily be fooled. I will reserve my final judgement on the work until my next maintainence cycle when there would be another set of trained eyes looking at it.Edit - the maintenance guy didnt see any issues so thats great2) Communication was healthy. Greg was patient with my queries and answered all my questions to the point. Never made me feel anxious about the state of work being done on my car3) The insurance adjustor had warned me that there was a strong possibility of me having to pay a lot out of pocket once metro was done with their job even if the current quote was within the insurance limits. I had voiced this concern out to Greg. At the end of it all, the final bill was still within the insurance coverage as Metro did the job pretty much at their original quote.4) They cleaned my car really well.The not so goodThe original quote by the adjustor quoted 15 days of work. However the car was at the shop for a total of 6 weeks. This coupled with the fact that there was no rental coverage from the at-fault insurer meant that I was robbed of 2 months of precious Seattle summer without a car. I felt at times that this couldve been expedited.

Horrible experience with Sean.These bandits did everything to harass me so they can rip me off. Transparency is something considered as a crime by these guys. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP FOR ANY REASON. Their estimates and actual invoices are always surprising without one’s authorization. I have noticed that it’s not only my personal experience. Other customers have also similar experiences. My review is not gonna stop here. I am gonna take my experience to all 73 major listings and I would recommend everyone having similar experience to do so. BBB and Attorney General’s office is a must.During my entire experience I noticed that Sean who probably is the owner was personally involved in miscommunications of the facts.

I took my 2020 x5 in after hitting a dear only 3 days into owning it. They answered my million questions throughout the process with out getting annoyed and when they were done it looked brand new again. Highly recommend!

Sean was so helpful with my repair. They were fast, friendly; and kept me well informed with how long everything would take. Definitely the place to go.

Had my car fixed here two separate times within a year. Will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.First FixMachine marks (from sander) under the new clear coat on my hood.Work performed: included replace and paint front bumper, replace and paint passenger fender, replace headlight (insurance covered). In addition to that I paid out of pocket for some of the parts to be OEM and for the hood to be painted because it had a few rock chips. I didn’t want the bumper and fender to standout from the hood with fresh new paint and clear coat while the hood had existing paint and clear coat. Also had to come back an additional time because when they took the parts apart they triggered an airbag warning light (which was very inconvenient because now I didn’t have the insurance provided rental and it would take them 2-3 hours to diagnose and fix. Yes, I was told 2-3 hours by the service rep).Second FixThis time someone scuffed my front bumper in a parking lot (insurance covered this fix). I kept in contact with the service rep about the air bag and machine marks (via email) from the first fix. I decided to come here again (my mistake). I thought this time they could also fix the machine marks on my hood and air bag notification issue from the last job.Work performed:Fix and repaint scuffed bumper. Replacement of side marker lights.When I picked up the car the freshly painted bumper had a scratch on the driver side. I didn’t bother to come back in and bring it up because the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They removed the airbag notification but didn’t remove the machine marks on my hood. Looks horrible when the sunlight hits my hood.Also, if you get your car fixed here they only polish/buff the areas and surrounding areas that where fixed. Had I known they buff I would have most definitely asked them not to touch my virgin clear coat. In my case it ended up being the hood, bumper, both fenders, and passenger door. I’m not sure if they used the wrong pad on the buffer or applied too much pressure, but what ever it was, I have swirl machine marks only on those parts and I’m not sure how to remove them (I’ve never buffed my car personally). It looks hideous on a sunny day when the sunlight hits my car.I ignored the exorbitant prices this place charges and chose this place because it was certified by Mercedes Benz. I’ll be avoiding them and advise against using them.

Highly recommend. They repaired my 2007 Dodge Caliber quickly and dealt with the insurance directly. The quality and service is great.

My front bumper separated from the side of my car, and despite my best efforts I couldn’t get it re-seated properly. I was told by the BMW service center I’d probably need an entirely new bumper, but should run it by Metro Auto real fast for a second opinion.Sal took a look at the car. Said a new bumper was unnecessary. Spent about 15 min getting the bumper re-fitted. Looked great.Amazingly, they didn’t even charge me. Just told me to swing by if I ever had any other problems. Super nice folks. Definitely recommend.

Cant say enough great things about the service and experience from Metro Auto Rebuild. I was referred here by Mercedes of Bellevue to investigate some problems with Blind Spot Detection sensors. Medhanie was incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me get everything checked out at a reasonable price, and worked with me through a complicated travel schedule to get my vehicle worked on while I was out of town.In the end, I was able to take the findings back to Mercedes to get a full repair completed under warranty. I believe that the reputation of the Metro Auto Rebuild, was significant in helping me build the case to Mercedes for the repair. Would definitely recommend if looking for body shop with knowledge and expertise to take care of your vehicle if you ever need body work completed.

Everyone at Metro is a Rock-star! Multiple dealings with them from our Honda to our Mercedes and every time they have delivered a quality product on time. These folks are the very best at what they do and you will not be disappointed!

I can vouch for this shop being rude, i use to deliver auto parts to this shop and had to pick up a check with the delivery and they took 30 to 45 minutes mostly every time just to write me out a check. And that lady who worked at the front desk thinks her sh×t dont stink. Also my co worker has her car in for over a month now with a simple fender bender and they screwed that up and they have to re do it all over again!

Metro Auto Rebuild was great! They were referred to me by Seattle BMW, and they defiantly went above and beyond my expectations. Sean was able to fit me in right away, the work was done quickly and the quality was excellent. They were even kind enough to shuttle me where ever I needed to go. I even got a chance to meet the owner Doug who seemed like a great family man, he was even there helping out a week after shoulder surgery! The office gals were awesome as well, they always had great communication with me so I felt at ease about everything. When I got my car back it was sparkling clean and looked brand new, they even vacuumed and cleaned the interior (which let me tell you was pretty messy.) To say the least they make a great team and defiantly do great work. This is for sure the place to go.

I recently had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee repaired at Metro Auto Rebuild after backing into a column in a parking garage (stupid mistake, I know). Metro had my vehicle for approximately five weeks, and I’m am 100% pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff—the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) and Sal in particular.Metro went to bat with my insurance company to ensure that only OEM--rather than aftermarket--parts were used, meeting multiple times with the Progressive adjuster. Additionally, an indicator light came on shortly after I picked up my vehicle, and rather than worrying over whether it was due to Metro or not (we really don’t know), Sal focused on making sure my vehicle was in peak condition—this was above and beyond, in my opinion, as they had no obligation to do so.To be fair, my experience wasn’t 100% perfect—my appointment got lost in the communications between me, my insurance company, and Metro, so they weren’t expecting my vehicle to be dropped off when it was. However, given the quality of work and the personalized attention I received overall, this is easily forgiven.All in all, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Metro. While I don’t hope to need their services often, when I do I will absolutely be returning.

I feel compelled to comment on my experience at Metro Auto Rebuild and, in particular, the caring, attention, respect and professionalism of Sean Keyser. When I dropped off my damaged car (hit and run), Sean worked with my insurance company and the estimator, and he/they went far and beyond the call of duty: I had four recalls on my RAV4 that I had not attended to for seven years! He coordinated with Toyota across the street to get them done, so when I returned to pick up my car after a two-week trip out of State, EVERYTHING was done. My car looked like new if not better than when I purchased it used. The quality of work was exceptional, and it was detailed and shiny, right down to the wheels! Little things were taken care of that was not part of the expected process, much to my amazement. I drove away a very happy lady. I give a 5-Star rating to Sean and his team.

No complaints for Metro Auto Rebuild for working on my car, but the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in their office has terrible service. They are not even listed as a location on Enterprises website so I dont know if they are legitimate or not. They notified me by text there was an issue with my card on file which I responded to a few hours later. They did not respond or leave any messages after that and without any notice they repossessed the car from my home. When I called them after it was repossessed they claim they did not receive a response from me which was a lie. They also do not keep their word and call you back when they say they will. Also I never received the golf clubs in the trunk that were stolen by the tow truck company that repossessed the car.

Highly reccomend this place! Their staff is amazing and always goes above and beyone for their customers!!!

I initially had a poor experience at Metro, my repair lasted much longer than it should have & when I got my 2017 Outback back it had dust all over with some areas that were polished down improperly.But when I contacted Sal and explained to him my grievances he dint hesitate one bit. Metro Auto Rebuild is very deceiving. I took my Range Rover there after an accident to an estimate. The cost of repairs I suspected would be more than the value. They provided me an estimate and I told them that I would not approve the repairs until I knew the insurance would pay. The insurance company made them dismantle my car after the initial estimate. I chose not to repair the vehicle which I was upfront on. They billed the insurance for their time to dismantle my car. The insurance company would not pay for the dismantling of the vehicle. I went to pick my car and made them re-assemble the parts that took off and they tried to stick me with the bill. The worst was that the professional was absolutely horrible. There are much better place to go to.

Scammers. I DO NOT recommend. I came to this establishment expecting to receive high-end service, what I got was cheap looking and not at all what I wanted or paid for!!! Instead of wasting so much money I could have done a better job on my own. I came out of here disappointed will never use their services again!

After an accident in our 3-month-old Mini Cooper, we shopped all the local repair facilities and ended up choosing Metro. They were professional, kept us informed and did a great job with the repairs. They were also a great advocate with insurance, making sure the car got fixed right, the first time.

They have done an excellent job on all my cars .If you own a Bmw or MB then this is the only place to consider in Seattle area

One of the best auto repair shops that I have dealt with for years, repair may take a little longer but they sure deal with the insurance on your behalf and most important is they replace all parts with new from the manufacturer and do not use cheap used parts then repaint themMy vehicles look just like brand new and I appreciate their professionalism

Sarah who works at the front desk, is REALLY RUDE, she acts as if she is younger then my five year old, I was quoted a price and she tried to over charge me. When I explained to her I was given a different price she had an attitude immediately and was rolling her eyes huffing and puffing. When she verified what I said was correct she hung up on one of her own team members and made it a big a deal. When it came time to run my card she ran my card twice on purpose and then said it’ll be back on your card by the end of day... it was not!

We were referred to Metro by a family/friend. It was almost a month before we got our vehicle back. This would have been fine, accept not all the work was complete, or done to industry standards. There was still a broken washer fluid box, and the paint was terrible! In fact we had to bring it back to Metro because it appeared to have a thumb print and or actual smear in the paint. When we talked to Metro, we were told that our insurance company didnt pay them for a final sand or buff, but because they want to stand by their work to bring it back in. So, we brought it back in, and guess what... it still didnt get fixed??? Our car isnt brand new, as it is a 2013, but when we brought in in last summer it was only 3 years old. I get that its not a new Mercedes or Porsche, but come on, they got paid to do a job. Completely ridiculous experience, and with all the excuses, I was even told that they had their apprentice do the work, as if that was to make it right?I wish I had went somewhere else. To recap: took WELL OVER a month, had to bring it back twice, and our paint literally has what looks like a thumb print, or a smear in the actual pint. If they are the type of company that would do this to our $20,000 commuter car, why would u want to trust them with your 100k car...? If possible, avoid going here.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service, and unprofessionalism, the other day I was bringing my Ferrari into to have some body work done. After a parking lot incident. I was at a profound loss of words for the level of incompetence that I witnessed. There was such chaos and yelling, I thought perhaps I was at a UFC title fight. Throughout this chaotic environment, not one staff member was able to tend to my needs or questions for almost 45 minutes. And when they finally came around to me I politely told them that I was taking business elsewhere. Which I gladly did. I would definitely NOT recommend this place, unless you enjoy chaos and mayhem.

Hello Doug, owner! When can I pick up my car? It has been at your Seattle office more than 3 months. I cant understand your employer, what they never keep their words and change their words too. May be you are extremely busy at your Bellevue office so you lose control of the other office.

Then didnt even do a decent job, the bumper hung low on one side and returned my car to me dirty on the inside and out.And not to mention over priced, even though I didnt come out of pocket.I mean cmon 10k to replace a bumper?!?!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This place is a scam. Asked for a quote on a cosmetic body work for a front door, and Ive received a 3600+ dollars quote including works on my front lamp, rear bumper and replacing the whole front door?Come on guys, you should be ashamed.
