I worked with Georgianna and she was great and professional. She made everything really easy and kept me up to date. Nothing is better than a place with great customer service and good work, and they did great work and the customer service is top notch. The work was done perfectly and was completed way sooner than anticipated!

My glass broke in my 2003 Chevy pickup they helped out by putting some crash wrap on it for the time being. That was so nice of them they didnt have to help me but they did and then Im going to call Gerber later today to Make an appointment so when they can fix it

They got my car in quickly, kept me updated through the entire process, and finished the work on time. Georgie was super friendly and professional and the repair was perfect. My truck looks like nothing ever happened to it.

Was supposed to be a week and a half before completing car its been over five weeks, I just called company to check status. They didnt even no how to answer me, waiting for return phone call. They havent even started!!

I was prepared for an expensive endeavor to remove some paint off my car from a construction site. Tracey helped me so quickly and made sure I didn’t pay for service that wasn’t absolutely necessary. It was a small repair and there was difficulty getting the shop and insurance co to get on the same page causing a delay on repair. Gerber could have taken more ownership in solving those issues instead of having be stuck between the two.

Stressed out, I brought my car here. When, eventually, I cried, they gave me tissue and solutions with a smile. Ive never known service like this, especially from an auto shop. And when I called back to ask them what was up because my insurance company was lax in getting back to me, they gave it to me straight. And then I called back two weeks later, the expressed some frustration at my lax insurance company, but told me their findings and said they would get in touch with their people, I get in touch with mine and wed meet in the middle. The two people I worked with had names that started with L, but it might as well have beenLove. From now on out, they are the only ones Ill use for my auto needs.

Had my vehicle towed here to get the door lock and ignition cylinder replaced after an attempted theft.The Good:1. The employees were (mostly) all kind.2. They mentioned customer service is #1 and I can bring my vehicle back in to do another repair on what was not completed correctly in the first place.The Bad:1. I was lied to directly, TWICE.A) First time; I was promised my vehicle would be repaired to its original function meaning a 1 key system using the original key. My vehicle was returned to me with a new key (not original) that came with the new ignition.B) Second time; I was told they lost my key. Then they called the next day saying they found it and I could come pick up my vehicle. When I was handed my key, I could immediately tell it wasnt my key due to the key cut and the head design. I said to the employee thats not my key. He insisted it was and that it was the key I gave them. Again, I told him I guarantee thats not the key that I gave them yet he insisted it was. I gave up, went to the vehicle and verified all the keys work. I went home and compared the new key to one of my original spare keys; its a drastically different cut.It is not a good feeling to have the work not completed as promised and then being lied to directly.Its unfortunate because I feel like this could be a decent shop but I did not have a good experience.

They have had my truck for 16 days. They havent done any work besides an appraisal, and have not provided the promised updates. The updates they have provided have been misleading untill the most recent one, and I still had to call for clarification. The work is fully cover by insurance, so this isnt because of lack of payment..

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Where to even start..... my car was in the shop for over 2 months. One of the technicians installed the wrong radiator into my car (thankfully I took it to Mercedes to get checked since my engine light came on TWICE, mind you they made ME take it to Mercedes). There was supposed to be a piece that connects to my radiator but the radiator they installed wasnt equipped with said piece. Instead of putting in the correct radiator they ZIP TIED the piece to my radiator. ZIP TIED?!?!?! On top of that, when I got my NEW radiator at Mercedes, they made my insurance pay for it! Not sure why MY insurance had to pay for their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want zip ties under the hood of your car holding things together.

I recently had my drivers side car window come of the track. Cameron, at Gerber, was amazing. He worked with his techs, isolated the issue and had me in and out in no time. I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

I would give this place a zero if I could. My car was totaled and released an entire DAY EARLY because of these guys. I had an entire truck FILLED with personal items. (I don’t know how it wasn’t obvious.) When telling me it was *already released, they didn’t even bother to let me know where it was taken or who I could call. They did not care that THAT **THEY RELEASED MY CAR EARLY.They turned their cheek and continued on with side conversation. I had to interrupt again and ask who what where and when I got could grab my things from.Seriously?! I clearly came to retrieve all my things, help me maybe!? Now, because my car was totaled, I did not have a way to go to PUYALLUP (I live in Seattle) to retrieve my items. I finally got another car and I sit here today genuinely so sad because it is now too late to even attempt to retrieve my items because the car is sold. (It’s only been a few weeks.) I was in the middle of moving when the incident occurred. Now all of those items are gone to waste with zero hope of retrieval. I have been anxiously waiting this entire time.I came here with really high hopes given the reviews but I am completely devastated. Thank you for nothing!

This Gerber location worked really great with the insurance of the person that had hit me. The only downside was that it took about a month to get my car in to actually be repaired, but they did tell me upfront that they were pretty booked. I did get a drop off date and once my car was in, they called with updates and had it done well within the time frame. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass and would choose them again if I ever need.

Went in this morning to have them look at a window that was not rolling up or down. With endless rain in the forecast, it was critical to get repaired ASAP. They were able to get it in first thing, diagnosed and fixed the issue, no charge! The window was off track and had a few bolts loose, which they quickly adjusted and had me on my way. Fantastic experience with friendly people. Great to see after a horrible experience down the street at Fix Auto Interbay last year. Will definitely be going here with any future work.

Picked up my Honda today from these guys and I swear they gave me a brand new car instead. My window and dash were pretty busted up and these guys did a damn good job repairing everything and made the car look brand new. Highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.

Couldnt be much worse. My view is that they horribly under estimated the cost, missed much of the damage, did damage themselves, and failed to complete the work specified, then wouldnt call back when I complained. This made it impossible for me to recover my costs from the responsible party. Just a nightmare.

Not seeing me, a guy turned into my lane and hit me a couple of days ago. This morning insurance company called to let me know that the guy was claiming that I cut him off.With indignometer off the scale at the blatant lying of this guy, I went into Gerber Collision. Fred came up to help me and after rubbing his hand over the scratches. I think most of this could be rubbed off! he offered. He went in and came out with some thinner and rubbing compound. Spent about 10 minutes on it and cleaned out most of the scratches.From a frame of mind of how to deal with lying a__holes in the world, Fred turned me around to think about how simple and wonderful it is to have honest and trustworthy people in the world. Thank you Fred!!!

I am very disappointed with Gerber after having received good body work in the past from them. I cannot recommend them for glass work. Their collision and glass installers operate separately. I went in on a Thursday and was told I could drop my car off Monday morning. When I went to pick up my car on Monday, the glass people had never showed. I was not told the appointment was invalid beforehand and had to call and schedule mobile service myself. When I was finally scheduled to have my windshield replaced, the technician took one look at my windshield and said that they had given him the wrong replacement at the warehouse. My appointment had to be rescheduled for the next week so the technician said hed upgrade me to a better windshield free of charge for the inconvenience. The following day I received a call from their office saying that I had specially requested a custom windshield and refused the correct one. Id had enough of Gerber and called my insurance for a different glass company. I will never work with them again.

Had a flawless first time experience with Gerber. Very accommodating, friendly, and funny staff who are a pleasure to work with! They even vacuumed and wiped down the interiors of my car!

Came by when they were supposed to be open at 11:15am on a Saturday and they were closed. Someone had broken my back window out and I had already paid for them to replace the glad Monday but I needed it wrapped until then. Very disappointed to drive down and find that they were closed when they were supposed to be open.

OMG. I was involved in a hit and run with my 2007 Sportage, right side of my car was messed up. Brought it in on the 28th and picked up less than a week later! Plus I was updated via email on the process. Absolutely the smoothest service, nice people and most importantly they did an amazing job. Paint matches the car.
