Excellent work, very professional. Very cost effective repair vs. replace our old tub. For a little extra we had a permanent bath mat installed since the finished tub was Super slippery! Very happy with result.

Extremely happy with the entire experience from phone call to repair end. Immediate responses to my phone calls and emails, I even got a call the day of the repair because he was running literally 5 minutes late and called me to let me know. He was very friendly and the repair was done quickly, and the results of my repair were better than expected.Customer service was above and beyond from both Laura and Jon.I work in Property Management and was very impressed with the level of service. Would highly recommend.

I found the Seattle Bathtub guy on yelp - the reviews looked great, plus they were also located in West Seattle, where I live. The owners, Jon and Laura, were very responsive. I sent them a picture of the tub that needed refinishing and, within a few hours, they were able to give me the final cost and set up an appointment. Mason and Jon showed up on time. Mason did an awesome job refinishing the tub (see pictures) and Jon added some finishing touches. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or refer to friends. It is rare and wonderful to find a company that is professional and takes pride in their work!

I reached out for a quote and Laura returned my email within an hour letting me know we live outside their service area. She then provided a recommendation of a company that does service where we live. That is GREAT customer service!

They were completely honest from the start about my repair being temporary due to the nature of the damage to the acrylic tub. The price was a little more than I would have preferred, but I was on a tight schedule and couldnt get anyone else to respond. Jon showed up right on time and was friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly and was truly a pleasure to work with. Im very glad I chose to go forward with them and I highly recommend you do the same. Im sure there are other folks who do a good job, but you definitely wont be disappointed with Jons work or the overall experience.

I got them to repaint one tub and re-caulk another. They were very responsive when scheduling and clear on expectations, quote. I liked the ideas on how to prevent the smell: running a heater and the exhaust fan the smell was contained and gone completely within the first 6hrs!The job was performed quickly and cleanly and I got some really good tips on how to maintain the tub (now looking like new!) longer.

Seattle Bathtub Guy is amazing! From inquiry they were very responsive and got me an appointment within a couple days. Alex, my technician, was able to get to the appointment early after checking in with me that I could be available. Once here Alex offered some options on restoring the tub and checked in with me throughout the project to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He was quick, courteous, and friendly throughout and my bathtub looks far better than I had even hoped. Cannot recommend this business enough!

Communication prior to the job was great, tub was refinished as promised, and when I noticed some roughness (some sandy dirt had landed in the finish during the process), John was out and fixed it right away. My steel bathtub was in pretty rough shape after years of neglect. I had gotten some quote from plumbers / re-model companies to replace the tub and they were just more than I was willing to spend on it, in the 6k-12k range. So, I instead opted to refinish it, and I am very pleased with the results! Nick did a great job, and was very knowledgeable and nice to chat with. I highly recommend this company if you are facing a similar remodel dilemma. Be warned that the process does create some fumes, so if that bothers you, you might want to be out of the house for awhile after its done.

Communication went very smoothly, and getting a time slot was very easy with Laura. Nick came out, did an amazing job, finished before the expected time, was very clear about color choice and the process that was going on. Very nice and professional. Plus, the tub looks fantastic! Tremendous job by the Seattle Bathtub Guy. took a 1925 bathtub and full restored it. We discussed options of making it look brand new with a full paint job, but in the end we wanted a restoration look to the original as best it could are restored. Really happy with the result and very happy to have the options and discuss with them though the process.

I just had Jon complete a tub and shower pan project. Both were excellent and the results were beyond what I expected. The tub had some pretty good scratches and a rust spot that I can no longer find! The shower pan had some stains that are gone. Jon did a great job, communicated the entire time and provided me with proper care instructions for both items going forward. Appointment and estimate were all easily completed via photos and email. I highly recommend the Seattle Bathtub guy.

These guys get 100+ stars....We had a shower pan that was looking very sad...Nick and Jon were able to give it the life it’s never had...and I’m so glad they had the skills to make it rad...because I gotta say, it was making me a little mad...Nick and Jon were so professional and genuinely care about and take pride in their work. Nick did a fantastic job taking a wretched cast iron tub and making it look brand new, including an embedded non-slip mat. Nick was meticulous and rightly proud of his work. Couldnt be happier. Nick also shared that hes very happy with the selection of surfacing paint the company uses - finishes well and is super durable. Its a far cry from the D.I.Y bathtub that came with the place. Rob did a wonderful job refinishing our 40+-year-old bathtub recently. It looks like new! He did the job in a timely manner, recaulked the whole bathtub, and cleaned up everything when he was done. We are very happy with our newly refurbished bathtub and recommend this company whole heartedly.

We had a 37 year old bathtub with scratches and large chips in the original enameled surface. Since we recently replaced the tub surround, I wanted to restore the tub. Seattle Bathtub Guy was very responsive to my request for quote and answered all my questions in a very timely fashion, setting up an appointment with us the next week. Our technician, Alex totally exceeded expections. He showed up early, assessed our situation and provided options with his recommendation to just do a refresh, patching the damaged areas. He kept us informed at each step including when he was ready to match the paint & subsequently mixed colors to match exactly the 37 year old original white. He completed the job early and our tub looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
