We went through Granite & Marble Specialties to order new kitchen cabinets and countertops along with countertop installation for our home. A lot of ordering was done via phone call or email but everything turned out so lovely in person. The countertop templating was fast and the quartz countertop install ended up ahead of schedule which was very nice! Kurt, Vera and Steve were so helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. Kitchen remodels are stressful especially if you DIY part of it like we did, but these folks did a nice job keeping us sane and on schedule! Now we have a cute kitchen that makes us smile every day.

I had Granite & Marble Specialties to do our residential home full kitchen and bathroom granites. Their final product and installation was to our full satisfaction. They did a great job, we were happy with their work results. We were glad that we picked them up to work on our kitchen remodeling. They were very easy to work with as they listened to what we wanted and delivered to meet our taste and satisfaction. They also provided valuable options without any pressure and guided us to choose what is best for us. During this remodeling we realized that they are a group of truly professionals, well experienced in their field with the latest technical cutting and polishing tools in their preparation facility. It is clear that their focus is to deliver a good job to the satisfaction of their client.For us they installed kitchen counter tops, a waterfall island, and our bathroom as well. All stones were cut properly at their facility and installation went well with no issues. I want to specially mention how perfectly the water fall island was put together, and looks great. Mr. Emerson who did our installation did a very good job; we appreciate all the Granite & Marble Specialty team working in their shop and filed for well-done job for us.We were so happy with their work on our residential home that we hired them again last month to do similar kitchen granite and waterfall island on another house for us. Again they performed very well and we were very happy with the results.With no hesitation I would recommend them for any kitchen remolding granite work.

Had a really good experience with Granite and Marble Specialities customer service - (although I wont be using their service). I called to ask about a very- VERY- small piece of marble for a bathroom project and was interested in their remnants. The woman on the phone nicely explained that their remnants meant I would have to buy the entire piece and said that she thought it wouldnt be a good deal from me. She said that they have scraps for purchase at their Kent location, which would be a better fit for my needs. But she also nicely told me that Floor and Decor sold pieces as small as my need. Sure enough, I looked and Floor and Decor had a prefab piece that was the exact size I needed for a very low price. BUT I would highly recommend the customer service at Granite and Marble Specialties because I was treated so well despite being a very small fish.

My wife and I have been visiting through numerous slab dealerships and shops specializing in granite and quartz installations in Seattle area.With Granite & Marble we ended up with full kitchen remodeling (90 sq.ft), plus pantry and laundry room, and now thinking about upgrade our master bedroom...This is the best service we could ever imagine.Kurt, Kressi and their team are very professional specialists. They overcome our expectations in design suggestions, slabs careful selections and prices. Every call was answered, every opinion was well received and responded on timely basis. Excellent job from start to finish!

They did a great job with small granite countertop for our laundry room! I was able to email back and forth with rep. To find the right piece. Inventory was viewable online. They came out quickly to measure, then only a week to install. Very happy with the results!

Very good to work with these folks. Quality work, very responsive, and on-time!A few things to be careful of, if youre in the market:1. they leave all your plumbing unhooked. i had to panic, not find a plumber, and use youtube to reattach all my plumbing, myself2. in my case, they removed old counters and left debris in many of the drawers. i wish wed know, maybe we could have managed.id use them again, just lessons learned

Kitchen remodel: Provided all the time we needed to look around their stock and ask questions. Purchased by the slab. Some personal concern initially, we had no idea what to expect and made a change twice, once before and once after agreeing and signing agreement! Connie was really patient with us and answered all my extra random questions. Measurement and install dates and times were as stated and on time. Install staff were professional and courteous, they protected my new flooring and cabinets. The seem for the counter can’t be seen unless you hunt for it - that was my biggest concern and they did a spectacular job! I highly recommend this company!

They have been so great to work with every time.....from Connie who helped me pick out and price my product, to Steve who does the scheduling and the guys that install. I am a nervous customer, so it takes a lot of patience and they always provide that. We have never been unsatisfied with not only the service but the finished product !! Highly recommend them

As soon as we started looking for an island top, Granite & Marble Specialties was the first company we just happened to see from the street while on a drive. They were incredibly professional, and it was such a relief not having to shop extensively. We loved one of their Quartzite pieces which looks like petrified wood, as it fits well in our mountain home. We HIGHLY recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate in using them again.!

Five star experience from my first visit to the website through installation. I am a first time home owner having the fun of creating my space. The kitchen was old 1980 and the countertops were the last selection. The website is easy to use and it took me three months of dreaming to narrow down my choice. Vito arrived with selections and he did a wonderful job bring in the right samples to help narrow my choice. The installers and plumber were polite, professional, and took care to cover my new flooring. I am enjoying the look of my kitchen. no more old look but a clean modern look...love the sink and faucet Vito selected. He understood the look I was putting into my home. Installation took place a few weeks ago and my niece had to remind me that it is ok to use the sink and countertops. I just want that new look to last longer. To top off all this great experience, Steve followed up to make sure I was very happy. The before, during, and after customer service adds an extra star to my rating. I had already recommended the company to my manager and general contractor.

We got our kitchen countertop quartz and backsplash done. Curt was quite helpful and got us the stone as per our style and within our budget. Highly recommend Granite & Marble for such services.I must say the service was outstanding, the quality of product was as amazing and overall installation within time and clean work.

Glenn asked me to send him photos to give us a quote about polishing our marble. We sent an email back and he never responded. Emailed him again weeks later, no response. Emailed him five times over the course of several months and he wont respond. Truly terrible customer service - dont waste your time.

Dealing with them of worst experiences in my life!!! Chris came to our home to show us sample and to measure. He sent us a bid which was simply a contract with a total price—no material/labor breakdown. This was strange, as I wasn’t sure that I wanted them to fabricate and install. And, in any event, it was impossible for me to compare prices with other vendors. When I asked for a breakdown, he disappeared. Stopped returning phone calls or emails. When I went to their Seattle showroom, I was connected with Millie that they don’t like dealing with insurance companies. This, despite the fact that I’d already received the insurance funds, and payment would come directly from me. She indicated that she’d get back to me but she did not. Something is very strange here!!!!!!

Weve picked Granite & Marble Specialties based on the good Yelp reviews and never regretted it. The whole experience of working with them was excellent. Our primary contact Kurt was very professional and friendly. He gave us a lot of good advices on what designs and colors would and would not work in our kitchen. He was always available when we had questions and quickly addressed any concerns.The person who was doing the template was on-time, efficient and friendly. He finished the job quickly. The actual installation crew consisted of 2 persons team who removed old countertop and installed a new one from 9am till 4pm. The quality of their work was very good - we did not have any concerns. What we also liked was that the whole process from getting a quote until the installation did not take much time. Our kitchen looks way better now.

We had an excellent experience working with Granite and Marble Specialities to replace our kitchen countertop with granite. We worked with Kurt on this project and he was very prompt in getting things scheduled. They had quick turnaround time and were able to switch our kitchen countertops in just a day.
