Great company. They always show up for home oil deliveries on the scheduled day!

I have been with Ballard oil for years with one brief time when I used another company because I thought Ballard and west Seattle were so far away from each other but Ballard oil does come to West Seattle Ive had excellent service from them yesterday my heat went out by 10:30 today I had heat again they fixed my furnace promptly and were courteous as well as efficient. Great place for all your boating needs! Not just fueling around

I was a previous sound oil customer. I ran out of oil and it was 50 degrees in the house while my mom was visiting. Sound said they could get a delivery to me in four days. I dropped them when Ballard said they could do it in one.Ballard also has competitive prices, solid techs, and a lovely office staff.Recently my furnace died. The tank looked full because of water intrusion, so I don’t blame the fill guys. Ballard was out the day after we called, and they got our heat back.If friendly experts at good prices aren’t enough to convince you, they also have a couple large adorable dogs in the office that’ll win your heart.I give reviews very seldom. I’ve been impressed with these folks for three years solid. They’ve never been dishonest, and their service has been so good I haven’t had to think about it. They’re solidly five stars.

Good people great place

This company is not a good member of the community.I was driving home when a Ballard Oil Co truck blocked the road on 17th. I honked my horn, and the driver responded by aggressively approaching the car and yelling at me with my two kids in the back seat.When I called the company to complain, their sarcastic response was: Well then I guess well just fire him, and if you have a CDL you can come and apply please cause we have deliveries to make.

I like that their honesty at providing there prices on their website. Most of the companies do not provide this information. You have to call and talk to someone who is annoyed and applaud that you would as such a silly question as to how much they charge per gallon and what is the minimum amount that they would deliver. The only disappointing thing for me was that it would take them 10 days to deliver the oil. I just unfortunately was not able to wait 10 days. If you plan with enough time in advance, this company maybe the company to go with because of their competitively low price.

A decade of obstructionism while people are injured more than once a month. This company is willing to have people injured and die for nothing more than a baseless prejudice against having cyclists near them.

Great honest friendly local company. All the other bids for furnace service were at least 4 times the cost.

Best place inside the locks for diesel fuel

This company harasses bicyclists and is getting in the way of the Burke-Gilman trail being extended. Please do not buy from this company!
