Felt confident leaving at selected store. Location was super convenient and easy to access. Allowed me to go sightseeing without carrying a heavy bag everywhere. Online booking was super simple. Wish they had longer hours.

Zack at Above the Wave was awesome! They offered additional services and made recommendations for things to do near the airport which was a welcome relief when your plane doesnt leave until 10pm and you do not have a place to stay. I highly recommend them! Mahalo!

Very helpful service to me. I found it easy to use. Good location. Actually, this was the Ramada Hotel Bounce Luggage location in Downtown Los Angeles. I desire more friendly service from the lobby staff.

Would 100% use again, I felt safe leaving my luggage there and its right by the station so you can drop your bags off and pick them up on your way back and forth. Plus if like mine and your hotel doesnt store luggage (because of Covid safety) its a convenient place to keep them before and after check in/out, especially if your planning to spend the whole day there.
