The female staff member was exceptional I didnt catch a name but she was very well versed in the subjects we conversed about helped with other subjects and help very quickly pre order for use very out going and the stores over all inventory is great they could use more amibos but that is a issue everywhere

Not much selection for PS5 games. Alot of empty space.

Workers at the Warrensburg location were rude, havent really had issues with Sedalia one. But masks shouldnt be mandatory.

The staff and management team is always helpful. Though I am not a fan of the constant upselling of products, I have learned to deal with it as I make purchases. This is a company issue and the staff is only doing what is asked. I plan to continue shopping here.

Its gamestop, nothing spectacular and usually never has what I wanted in stock. But the staff is really nice and I had a long conversation with one guy.

Always helpful staff. Always great deals on various items. Friendly people, clean store, and always has what I want. Also, GameStop bosses, if youre reading this....Ashley (Sedalia MO), is one of your best employees. And thats not a shes my friend give her praise, dont know her as anything but a top notch employee...who cares about her customers.

Tried to take back an item that did not work and they argued with me about which location I could return it too. They also made me come back multiple times stating that they “didn’t have the cash on hand” to give me my refund. Not a happy customer..

The staff overall are very nice and will help you find exactly what youre looking for and Ive had some conversations with employees in the past about games and such and its just nice to have workers that respect their customers like that.

The worst customer service. Ive never had a problem with this store that I come in to a lot until this evening around 6pm. The employee at the register had me and my son waiting 10 minutes for her friends to check out before us. They had 1 or 2 games to check out. When we finally got up to check out, the femals employee with brown hair and glasses was too concerned about chatting to her girlfriends about relationships and drinking tequila. She barely acknowledged me or my son. She even was so distracted during the transaction she would forget to push the buttons on her end. Pretty embarrassing customer service. I wont be going back to this store with my son again.

Usually good service, but not perfect.If buying used games from them (Especially disc-based and retro) MAKE SURE they work when you get home - if they dont work, return them immediately. Hell, if its a handheld or a disc, open the case to see if the disc is badly scratched or broken, and if its a handheld game, bring the system with you to test the game in your car.Otherwise, especially with new games, they may not always have what youre looking for but theyre helpful and cooperative when they do.

Always a great place to go and find your game that youre looking for. If they dont have it, they can find it in a network of stores that theyre all tied into.

Like another gamestop. But i prefer t when the two girls are working. They are so much better art customer service. And they know what they are doing

I have 3 stars only because the girls behind the counter were very friendly and helpful but without them game stop gets 1 star because they are scam artist watched as one guy wanted to use money he had paid for pre order to cancel that game and use for another as they told him he couldnt like it was there money not his and watched another be told his trade ins could only be used as store credit I do not recommend any one to use game stop at any time if it wasnt for the nice ladies behind the counter would never go there myself

Selection of games isnt too big, didnt have some games I wanted but they offered to ship to store for free within a few business days so that made me happy.

They are good with service and choice. They just kept pushing product.

Walked in to buy Ghostbusters con exclusive cash in hand ( which should be first come first serve) as I walked in they were taking a call to hold it. Wouldnt budge. Another reason of thousands not to shop here

They will give you good trade-in or cash values for your used games and equipment. And the staff are always good to give you first hand reviews of most of the games!

If i could post less than 1 star i would go negetive 99999 i bought a brand new xbox one s a controller and the crew wild run all of that was about 340 and ive had it for a week and i wanted to get a ps4 hoping to get my full money back and she says she can only give me 240 because it was used like i know it is used but i barely had it i recomend to never come hear youll have a better time at walmart
