Very helpful and did everything I needed completed. Fast and friendly service. Andi was of great help, very knowledgeable, and even gave me information for upgrading when Im ready.

Ive been let down by Sprint before, but Aizia helped renew my belief in being a loyal customer. Great job, dear! Helped me pick a new plan that fit me, and got me a new device that same day after my phone broke, so I can stay in touch with the people getting me through a recent tragedy. This is an excellent employee. I hope her company values her efforts on their behalf. I sure do.
My experience at this particular store wasnt particularly negative, but my issue is with Sprint in general. I bought a third party phone, 100% compatible with the Sprint network, but I cant connect to the network without jumping through hoops. I took the SIM from my old phone, and it wont connect to my account, but if I make a phone call with it, I get promoted to enter credit card info for a prepaid plan, so obviously the phone is connected to the Sprint network. The convoluted system Sprint has in place makes it feel like they dont care about customers, unless they are paying for a phone though them. If you have any intention of ever buying a phone on Craigslist, or elsewhere, to save money, avoid Sprint like the plague.
This is the worst store Ive ever been in. Complete waste of time. The sales girl rolled her eyes while on the phone with my wife discussing our situation. We have 5 phones on our plan so it can get complicated. They are not even associated with sprint, They merely work for a company that sells sprint products. I highly recommend going to Columbia or Lees summit if you actually want competent service.
This Sprint store is excellent. Aizia goes the extra distance to satisfy the customer. She has helped me with a couple things this year. Please keep her in Sedalia and give her a bonus!!

Independence stores need better customer service. Lee summitt and Harrisonville are the best. 5 stars for them.

After spending the day going to all the cell phone stores in Sedalia and getting no help I was about to skip the sprint store, so glad I didnt. Right, so with Black Friday coming everyone told me to come back then and Id get a great deal. I did have them all quote me on plans to see how they compared, very glad I did. My android was almost dead no longer updating anything and I needed phones asap, I did not want to come back in two weeks. I got to the sprint store and asked about deals after the sales girls talked they had a deal starting the next day. It was a buy one get one on the new iphone xr, I really wanted this phone. So we read though the fine print, no phone turn in to get the new phone, I even got the 128 gb at the same price as the smaller gb phone. Then one girl told me if you make a appointment for sat they wave the activation fees. So I was all over that, they garbed my phones from the back put my name on them and set them to the side. A couple of hours later my sales girl Randi calls me and says if I transfer my current number to them Ill get a $100 visa gift card in the mail for every line. So not only do I save the activation fee which could be up to $70. I get $200 for the two lines Im bring to them. To me she went above and beyond, she could of waited till I came back in two days to tell me this but she was excited to share this with me. Love it. Thats great service there. So when I come back we get the phones going, but Im coming from a pre-paid so its a little harder to move my stuff. Randi is like no problem if they dont activate come back tomorrow and Ill get you going, the next day is Sunday that impresses me cause who wants to work on a Sunday?? She goes over all the paperwork with me calls her boss twice to verify deals, tells me to do the paperless to save money and sign up for auto pay to save $10 a month on my bill. She tells me if anything on the bill looks wrong come in and shell figure it out. Even says make sure its like 3 or 4 days before the bill is do so things can be credited to me, cause it takes that long. So my number didnt transfer but the cool thing is sprint calls me and my old carrier without me notifying them and gets it all done for me that same evening. So to sum up my very long account (sorry but figured you wanted a real experience) Im very happy with my sales girls and their sprint store. Total 5 stars for me.

If you want to be scammed this is the place to go! Went in the 1st of February to take over 4 lines. Andy was the lady helping me, when told I needed to discuss this with my fiance she requested I come back to that store (35 min away from where I live) so she could get the sale. Should have been my first hint! We came back and this is how we were sold... Oh yes we can get you out of that contract and buy back the phones. You will get a card to pay your last At&t Bill with. We will also give you in store cash credit for the phones we are buying back. Totaling around 380. Great we asked this is different from the money we get back to pay off our phone.. Our course it is..how awesome right? SO we get all our gadgets for our phones.. Our first billed was messed up. Got that fixed, then it came time to pay off our phones at AT&T. I out in the last bill info and see what Sprint says it is going to send back. It was about 380 off the total needed to pay off the phones. I call AT&T until April 3rd, thinking that would give me more than enough to get this figured out and paid. Granted i am now changed 25$ from AT&T to make this arrangement. I call Andy, and get the oh I am sorry let me check on that and get back to you. It took 2 weeks of nothing until I called the store back. I spoke to Madison the store manager, who had hear nothing about this situation, and didnt know why I was worrying about my AT&T bill because it was only this 8th of March..it takes about to 6 weeks to get the card. She assured me she would call the district manager Matt Watkins, and resolve this and call me the next day.. she didnt. Andy called me at about 4 last friday right at the end of her shift, and told left a message that she needed to speak to me on the phone.. she would be out of the office until Tuesday.. convent. Tuesday comes no call.. I once again call today to only be told they cant do anything. I of course get mad, and quickly let them know they falsely sold me something and i should not be responsible for Andy not knowing how to do her job. Madison takes the phone and starts yelling at me because she doesnt like how Andy is being treated.. I asked for the DM phone number and was told they could not give me that, I asked for them to give my number to him and him to call me... they couldnt do that either.. As I was saying I didnt like the way i had been treated, lied too, or beat out of money the lovely and oh so professional manager Madison, hangs up on me. I call back Madison nor Andy pick up, so I ask the lady who did pick up the phone for Madison and Andys last name.. Madison tell her not to give that information to me. I called sprint Corporate, and let them know exactly how that store is being ran. I hope you all enjoy the complaint as much as I enjoyed the crap you all have put me through. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to go into THIS store. There a ton of other Sprint locations that treat their customer with respect. I would not send my dog into this location. Thank you ANDY for letting me know how much money you made from me bringing over 4 lines, but doing nothing to fix the problem YOU created.
