I was a little disappointed by the lack of variety. However, Alphonso didnt give up on me. The better half and I decided we needed a new car, but we dont have time to go car shopping because of our work schedules and the kids school schedules. I was about the just give up on a getting one all together because by the time we get a chance to go and look all the good deals are gone. Anyways, long story short, we saw a car we were really interested in online. I click on it send my information to get a price, and I kid you not my phone was ringing within minutes. We fill out a credit application online, being that it was later in the evening we only got offers from a couple banks. So we decided to wait until the next morning to see what other offers were offered. Accepted an offer on my first break at work, and the car was delivered to me all the way in Madera by the time I came home for lunch. If thats not great customer service I dont know what is. If youre looking for a new Chevy, this is the place to buy! Rene Saldivar was great, and I highly recommend that you check them out. Never in a million years did I think Id buy my first brand new vehicle online, like who does that ??? Well we did and Im soooo glad we did. I absolutely love my new car.

He recently called me to go over my recent service and made sure I understood everything I payed for and the discounts I received. The receipts get a little tricky to read sometimes. I’m now confident bringing my Chevy to Liberty Chevrolet for future service and look forward to Dan being my advisor. He’s one of the best I’ve worked with.

Excellent service! Waiting time was shorter than expected. They provide flat screen TV for the customers like myself, but there is only 4 recliners available.. I was informed of my waiting time and what they were doing with my car. When it was done, technician came to me to let me know and what is my next step amd such. I couldnt believe how smooth the car was running, and the issues I had prior to getting the service was fixed. That made me so happy.. I have more issues that need fixing still.. Horrible Sales Manager and sales associate. I made a down payment, the deal didnt go through and they dragged their feet giving me back my money. It took almost a week as they held my money hostage and hung up on me several times. I had to threaten litigation and all of a sudden they had my check. If they treat veterans this way, Id hate to see how they treat their other customers.

I went in for a oil change and engine light on in my 2019 chevy traverse. I was informed my muffler was cracked at the welds and I was outside on extended warranty coverage. My service advisor for that day was Dan. Dan was the man that informed me of the bad news and let me know that there was a slim chance for coverage with one more resource. He called me the next day to inform that he was able to get it covered. Im a happy customer so far. If it was not covered I would of got rid of the vehicle and never bought a chevy agian. I greatly appreciate Dan and the whole chevy team.

Salesperson was great management not so great. I paid car off had me waiting for hours to tell me they couldnt accept my check, they could of told me to get cashiers check instead waiting. After signing paperwork I told them the tires are cracked needed to be replaced since car only had 45 miles, the managers responded by saying he would check and let me know when to set appointment after not hearing from him i called him and he said tires were fine.I told him a tire shop told me they were not safe so he told me to call different management but no answer from them

People were friendly, but results were not good. I had recently taken the vehicle in to my local dealer (Ellensburg, WA) to diagnose a “check engine” light. After having my vehicle for several days, I was charged $1800. Driving to California ( on vacation), the “Check Engine” light again appeared. Taking my vehicle to Liberty Chevrolet, I was told that Windy Chevrolet in Ellensburg had not diagnosed properly. I declined to have Liberty try their hand at repairs. I was charged $300.Upon my return to Ellensburg, Windy Chevrolet charged me another $120 to replace the part that Liberty diagnosed.

We went in January 1st to purchase a traverse and Bill was very helpful. he wasnt pushy and answered any questions we had. Overall a very professional environment from the salesman to the financing. I will definitely be coming back to purchase from selma auto mall !!!!

People at this dealership just seem to have a spirit of heavyness on them as if to not really want to be there ... unhappy, after the service of my truck it was not reset like it should have been also. I think they lack a bit of integrity. Not sure if I want to keep doing buisness with them.

Juan was amazing! He walked through each step and did everything he could to get my brother in law into a truck. It was such an easy car buying experience.

The service department was friendly upon my arrival. I was greeted by 2 employees letting me know someone would be with me soon. I had an appointment and check in was quick. The service on my car was a short wait and the waiting area was clean.

I brought a vehicle in for a prepurchase inspection, and the car was given a clean bill of health. However, there were numerous issues with the vehicle that required fixes such as exhaust leaks, a broken oil pressure sensor ($500), charred wires that were sitting on top of the exhaust manifold, and a nearly broken starter ($600). The first three items should have been identified during the inspection at a minimum.

I went there because I had heard great things.They never communicated with me about what was going on with my application. I had to call them several times to get any information to find out they sold the car I had test drove and offered me another car that was out of my price range after I was clear what price range I wanted to stay in. Spoke to a supervisor named Mark Acevedo who became rude after I was trying to ask a question about leaving a review. Totally frustrating, Irritating, and just unprofessional in my opinion.
