Was good for the first 2-3 months. Now it just constantly cuts out and is very slow, barely gives us half of what we pay them for.

The staff at the location on Highland is very courteous and helpful ALL the time! Especially when youre having trouble with your phone or WiFi service! They do what they can to make it better.Deal with Beth Caver every single time and she gets things done.

I live in the middle of nowhere, and Ill put up with anything.Ill sign up for some garbage internet service-you know, I dont want to name an actual internet provider,so lets just make one up; lets call it Pinebelt Wireless.So Ill sign up for Pinebelt Wireless, and Ill turn on the router, and Ill go, Can I get on the internet now, please?And they go, No. Were fixing the towers.And I go, Okay!And then I do something else for a while.And then I come back and I go, Will it work now? and they go,Yeah. But you wont be able to load video because we HATE you. Now go visit your websites, and only half the page will load, and the connection will drop in TEN MINUTES. Now go on, GET!And I go, Okay and I try to get on the internet,and I go, Can I download a file, please?and they go, NO!and I go Okay!and they go, Youre a little peasant arent you?and I go, noand they go SAY IT!!and I go Im a little peasantAnd then I call Pinebelt Customer Service, which is an oxymoron, and I go, Can I please find out why my internet doesnt work? When the towers will be fixed?And they go, NO! In fact, weve given everyone else a free upgrade, but not you because your satisfaction is meaningless. You cant afford any other provider, so youll have nothing, or youll have the nothing that WE give you, and you will take the nothing that WE give you and YOULL LIKE IT.and I go, Why are you doing this to me?And they go, Because were Pinebelt Wireless, and life is a nightmare!
