I am a property manager at a 10 story high rise. We had issues with our windows that Binswanger could have charged us a lot of $$ for but to help out they taught my maint men how to do the repairs and told us where we could get discounted prices on parts. We did need other services and they bid a fair price, we’re friendly, and communicated well.

I requested someone give me a quote and they said an installer would be in contact with me. Approximately 10 days later, I still hadnt been contacted so I called back requesting an appointment. On Monday they scheduled someone to come to our home on Thursday at 3PM but he was a no one ever showed up or even called. Now getting a quote from a different glass company because I am not sure they would ever show up to do the job!

Ordered oval window glass replacement several weeks before we sold the house. Binswanger keeps making excuses about how the right glass hasnt come in yet. Now, two weeks after the closing of the home and we are still waiting on them to do the job so that we can complete our responsibilities. Very unresponsive group.

This is for store #588. We ordered a mirror. They said it would arrive/be delivered in two weeks. That was the case. Upon arrival - both gentlemen were friendly and installed the mirror without any hassle. A local company we reached out to quoted us $1,300. Binswanger quoted us $588. Would definitely work with them again.

Rating on Customer Service not Quality.Initially I had called the wrong location in north KC and had great service that was very prompt and reasonable. This locations response time was much slower and it took over a week to get a ballpark estimate through the phone which is something that took minutes when I called the north KC branch. The price that I was given for Shower glass at this location was also 50% higher then on the Missouri side. It has been over a week now since I asked for an explanation on why such a difference and never heard back. I am going with Fountain glass for $400 less then Binswanger.

I got my windshield replaced at the Shawnee KS location and the whole process was easy. The employees were friendly and professional. The windshield looks great!

I called several places to replace a windshield...got some pretty high prices..over 400 dollars.. I called Binswanger glass and got a quote for 150 dollars less. They came to my work the next day and replaced the glass as they said they would and the price they gave was the price they agreed to. If you want your glass replaced for a reasonable price along with great service this is the place to go.

Friendly phone service. Constant communication during entire process. Mobile even rerouted when I had a last minute change come up on my end. Courteous & professional beginning to end. Hope I don’t need a windshield again but if I do, I’ll be back.

Called today as my agent suggested them as a quality option and good service. I called and the lady that answered was very rude and short. She shared she is the only one working right now and rather than handling the process asked me to do it even though I had no idea what she was talking about. I did call my insurance company after that and it was a simple process, new windshield in a few days and coming to me. I do not have to take off work or go to their facility. If you are having a bad day, keep it to yourself!

Referred by my insurance company for windshield replacement. Had to order it in and told it would take a week. Checked back 10 days later and person answering the phone was pretty rude. Told it could be another week or more before it could come. Felt like I was bothering them trying to give them business. Called the insurance company and made them schedule me someplace else that will install it within 5 days.

My experience with this business was disappointing. First I made an appointment on their web site to get the front windshield replaced on my car. Showed up for the appointment. And they had not ordered the glass. Was told that they will order it and call me when it came in to setup another appointment. Well it has been over four weeks no call.

They came out to my work to replace my windshield. Then there was water coming through the top of the window so they came to fix it. Some time later it started to leak again. I had to take it to their shop and have them redo the entire installation (3 hours).Now a few months later there is a huge crack on my windshield not coming from a crack. They were very nice and the customer service had been great it is just a time consuming process to constantly have to go back and forth to get it all fixed.I dont have the confidence that it will be fixed right so now I have to go to a different company and get a new windshield.

Had them replace rear window seal on my 60’s muscle car. Chipped my paint, dented the trim and the seal leaked worse than it did with the original 45 year old seal. Total amateurs. They’ll never touch anything else I own again.

They custom made my frameless shower door and fixed glass. Everyone I talked to and those that did the install were excellant.

This place was phenomenal. They took me on last minute, helped me call around to find the glass in stock somewhere, and replaced it and had me on my way in 20 minutes when they were having to fit me into their appointments. Finding somewhere that cares to go above and beyond for their customers is hard to find anymore. Dont go anywhere else if you want personal, quick, and caring service for your car or other glass needs!

I walked in to get a quote to fix a chip on my windshield and these folks got me in that day and had me in and out in under 40 minutes. Their customer service is amazing, the coffee is good, and the WI-FI is free. Ill definitely be back if I need another repair.

Beware - Do NOT use this company to install your window shield glass!!!!We made special arrangements to have the vehicle available and at the last moment they canceled and rescheduled.We paid for more expensive windshield and they installed the cheaper product but still charged us for the more expensive. When we notified their office, they were rude and very unprofessional.Do Not Use This Company!!!

Quick glass repair at a good price

Got there on time for my appointment and they were ready for me. The ladies up front were friendly and organized, and I had free wifi to enjoy for the scan thirty minutes I had to wait in their clean and comfortable waiting room.I wish all auto repairs were this quick and easy.

Never back this place. Replaced my car window glass and they weret clean all broken glass into the door. Call back and want them check it out again. They said they cant take it out. Right now, the broken glass come out under the door every day with small piece. The sound every times i close the door like mix.

Very helpful over the phone. I have 1964 beetle and they had to cut me a new windshield by hand. Hard to find good help.

I was getting quotes for windshield replacement on my BMW so I went to 5 different places. Those guys was the MOST EXPENSIVE of them all. it was 2-3 TIMES MORE!!! than any other places. Not worth it!
