They were able to get me in right away. Got my window done in the time frame that I was wanting, very friendly. Did a good job. Told me all the instructions I needed to know before I left. Was decent price for a front windshield tinted on a Minivan. I would definitely recommend and this is the second time we have been there. We took our other car there as well.

So I went to the Merriam location yesterday to see if they can install new seal on my 1973 Mach 1 mustang. The front windshield was leaking and I wanted the back seal to be replaced also... The tech said he has done plenty of them and I needed to call the Wichita number to get it situated. I called them today and the guy on the phone was RUDE and disrespectful. Without giving me a clear answer on why they couldnt do it, he just said they werent comfortable even though the guy at the Merriam shop said He has done plenty of them. My mechanic owns a mustang shop near the Merriam location and and takes his cars there all the time. The guy on the phone threatened to hang up the phone, because I questioned his answer and then after he gave me a number to another company just simply hung up the phone. I will never take one of my cars there in the near future.

Showed up for my 9 Apt said good morning and received an attitude from an employee so I left. I got a better price and service. Thank you very much for the attitude you saved me money.

I tried to get a front windshield replaced. Paid half of it. Was told I’d get a call back in one to two days to be notified when it be in. Never got a call back. Had to call them 3 days later and turns out even though I paid half of it no one ever ordered the part. Usually don’t leave reviews, but working 24 shifts limits my time when I can schedule things. Time wasted and poor communication all around.

FAST and friendly same day service that came to me after a deer decided to jump in front of my car. Would have given 5 stars except the guy on the phone when I called it in in the morning was an A$$ and was very short, no customer service skills in my opinion. The guy that came out was awesome tho, he explained what he was doing and made sure everything was done correctly.

Installed my windshield on a Sat at 11am, tech was there by himself. Scheduling on a Sat was a big help to me!! took an hour. Visor had felt falling off after, but Im sure its bc the truck is old- Ill hot glue it, not his fault. For $180, cant complain at all! Ill def be back for any window repairs!!! Thx.

Went to get my windshield replaced, opted to wait inside, was done in under an hour. They moved my oil change sticker to the new windshield which was nice. They charged like half of what everybody else was trying to, so Ill definitely be a repeat customer! (But also hopefully not, I dont want to replace my windshield again) It was kinda difficult to find a place to park but that may have just been a busy time.Edit to add: there was a lady that was very upset about her window leaking when I went in but after a week and some rain I have no complaints!

I thought I needed to replace a specialty part around my windshield, but they explained how they could do it but it wasnt absolutely necessary, saving me over $300 at their own expense. I also checked on the prices to replace my other vehicles damaged windshield, and they were very competitive. This seems like a good find in the middle of a potentially pricey part of town.

These guys did a great job. I had a 2006 Honda Odyssey where I had pulled into the garage with the back door open and busted out the glass. This was on a Friday at 4 p.m. I called got a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9 a.m. By 10:05 I had new back glass that matched the original perfectly. These guys were clean, professional, and well-mannered. This is what business is supposed to be.

Didnt take too long. Had to wait a little too be helped when i arrived but was a smooth friendly staff. I didnt like how other people whom were waiting didnt have on a mask however but did put it on when they walked out the building.

This place is great and half the price of the big guys. I was in and out in less than an hour after being quoted an hour and a half.

We took 2 vehicles up to get new windshields. They had to order special trim/gasket for one, so that wasted a day. They knew what the vehicle was, had plenty of time to order any special trim before the appt. They finally got it in, which we had to call and check, they never called to say they got it in. They broke several plastic pieces around the windshield and didnt inform me if it. About a week after it was done, we got some rain and the windshield had been leaking.Second vehicle they bent a piece of the gasket/trim around the windshield.

This place was recommended by a good friend, a truck driver who also has a limo company. When I called about replacing the glass in my 95 Toyota Corolla at 1:00 p.m. I brought it by at 4:00 p.m. and they had it ready by 10:00 a.m. the next day.Cost me $199 plus tax.

This Discount Auto Glass had deformed the molding between the glass about 1/2 inch gap and the frame at the bottom of the windshield and they wont try to fix it but to gave their customer a bitter on their mouth about the excuses. I am worrying that the dirt and water will build up and stayed inside will cause the rust to my car and compartment. I will think twice and never to go back this shop again.

This company shouldn’t even deserve a star. I went to them to have my windshield and was done wrong 3 times, tomorrow will be the 4th as my windshield has started to leak. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. 1st time the got glue in the interior of my car and covered my vin, 2nd time they replaced the windshield and the gasket wasn’t in properly, the 3rd time looked great but they broke come clips on my trim, and now it’s leaking... don’t waste you money with these guys..

Sammy was awesome! He made sure to point out flaws on my 2004 Escape to ensure I knew about them before he began working. He explained possible issues that might occur if he did the work requested. My wait time was reasonable considering they appear to be very busy. He made sure to take time to educate me about aftercare for my new windshield. I am very pleased and while I hope to not have issues with windows in the future, Id definitely trust them to make my repairs.

Called them at 9 in the morning and explained that I was from out of town, in KC for an appointment. I asked if there were any way of getting a windshield installed that same day, he asked me to hold briefly, and came back to say they’d fit me in, wanting me there by 10. I explained I couldn’t get there that soon as I had an appointment, he asked if I could be there by noon, I could. I dropped the car off and was told it’d be ready by 1. Went and ate and came back to pick up car. It was done. I’d tried the national chain (had a store very close to discount Auto Glass) and couldn’t even get a body on the phone. I did find out from the big chains website, they were booked until late the next week and would have charged over $100 more for the same service. Discount Auto Glass will see me again, as their prices and service are top notch. The big boys may say they will get you going on their ad, but talk is cheap, service however is priceless. And at this place the price was much less. I’m a satisfied customer.

I had a major crack in my windshield. I called around and got estimates from multiple places, and was not terribly happy with the prices I was getting, but I needed it replaced regardless.I was referred to Discount Auto Glass by a friend, and after looking at the reviews I thought Id give them a call. Not only was their price much cheaper that the other quotes I had been given, but was told that they could get me in that day.They did a spectacular job replacing my windshield. It looks as good as new, performed the replacement very quickly, and did an excellent job installing it. You can buy the glass from these guys and install it yourself if youre brave and think you can do it without breaking it, but why do that because the installation can be done the same day or next by these guys usually for a tidbit. So, great price, whether you install it or they do and really quick and professional. Nobody will come close to their price and nobody will do a better job for twice the price. A real bargain for what they do.

My SUV had a very small rock chip in the windshield. I got a couple of quotes from different companies and read many reviews.Discount Auto Glass seemed to be more reasonable with a lot of positive reviews. I called them this morning after I received a quote of $39.95 online. They said they could get me in at 1:00. I was 15 minutes early and they got me in 15 minutes early and it was done by 1:00 with just $42.25 out of my pocket! Great service, great customer service, great prices and very professional! I give them an A+ and would definitely recommend!

I appreciate they were able to replace my rear windshield the day after it broke. They were quick and I was happy with the turnaround. However, they did not vacuum after they completed and left my car filled with shattered glass everywhere. That was very disappointing.

2015 CRV windshield replacement. 3 attempts. 3 failures. Each time it has leaked water. The car sits in a garage most of the time but 2 years later still leaks in any heavy rain. Headliner is stained. We are having another company do it correctly.Reply back: We wouldnt go back for 100% refund. It was done by a competitor correctly the first time. 2 of the times we scheduled with you before, noone even showed up at the shop. If I want a new headliner we would make a claim against your insurance and let someone more trustworthy do it. 3 failures plus horrible customer service...youre a joke!

Very professional and nice staff. They were able to give me a good deal on my windshield and quoted me for my other vehicles. Definitely the lowest prices I could find! Only issue I had was some of the adhesive squeezed out the side but after showing the staff they were able to remedy the extra adhesive before it set.

I got a very small rock chip on my windsheld. Knowing it would only get larger and become a bigger problem, I wanted to take care of it immediately. I booked an appointment online with one of their competitors. I was disappointed that I could not get an appointment for a couple of days. I was thoroughly annoyed when I was quoted a cost of $150+ online. I never talked to anyone nor had anyone looked at my windshield chip. Out of frustration, I checked out other options. With Discount Auto Glass I actually got to speak with a human and was quoted a price of $39.95. And they could take me in less than an hour. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. The job took a mere 30 minutes. Very happy!

These guys were great. Showed up at 4 o’clock, was out by 4:45. I had a passenger side window replaced it works great looks great even came in tinted and pretty much matches the tens I had. Very lucky. Anyway everything was fast and easy and went as planned.

There was no place to park and the waiting area was filthy and hot as a sauna. My appointment was for 12:00, I got there at 11:45 and they didn’t get started until 12:40. But once they got going I was done by 1:00. They did a great job and I’d go back again but I probably wouldn’t send my wife.
