What can you say about a glass company ? The guys were nice. They got me in and out quickly just like they said and the price was fair. The windshield is still in and I can see through it and looks factory.

On 5/20/20 I had Laddie go look at a location that i do facility maintenance for, He missed the first time he advised he would be there however, made it out the second time. 10 days later he finally advised me what all was wrong, and pricing. After he received the approval on 6/3/20 he advised me that he would have it installed on 6/25/20. On 6/25/20 i had to reach out to him for him to advise me that he hasnt received the materials... (I really expected once we are doing business together that if you cant make your deadlines that you provide to me that you might reach out to me and advise) He advised that he would call me back on 6/27/20 and 6/29/20 and never did. On 6/30/20 he completely advised me that he wasnt going to be able to do the job at all.He missed every deadline that he provided to me. On top of that he then cancels the job that he committed to over a month later.. This is simply not professional.

Excellent communication, offered solutions. Low windows in my home and a dog that had broken the glass. Offered tempered glass to protect dog and allow light to come in.

Took my truck in to have the back glass replaced. The guy let my husband stand there for a long time never acknowledged him. Very unprofessional. They took everything out from behind my seats and left the items all over my truck. Looked like someone ransacked my truck. Then I got to stand in the heat and clean it all up. Very pricy as well.
