To notch customer service, great local source for everything a musician or inspiring musician might need. The interior staff is a cut above.

My husband and I went in just to look at their guitars which if your looking for guitars then they have a lot. More electric than acoustic but still a lot of each. We ended up purchasing a really beautiful acoustic and my husband is so happy with it. The service was really great, they gave his some time to himself to test out the guitars and see what fit him which was so nice. Honestly a wonderful place to get a guitar and excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend this place!

They were a mature and reasonable group. The store was very clean and there is plenty of parking. Quickly they determined the problem and had the transformer to make my keyboard come alive. I will be glad to visit them again and let the good times roll.

The staff here are amazing and the products are exceptional. It is a really big store with a really big selection. If you need something for music this place has it or can get it. The staff will help and give you all the advise you will ever need.

These guys are the tops. I bought a piano guide, headphones, microphone and stand for a low price. Ill be back to purchase an electronic Yamaha drum set for under $600 when the next order comes in. Theres a practice room for those who want to try out equipment. Also there are no pushy salesman just great customer service.

We have loved working with them for getting the guitar for our son and then having lessons with him. Josh had been an awesome teacher and really helped my son enjoy music and keep going at it.

Great music store with very friendly and helpful staff

First time being there and was fairly impressed. Im a drummer and the selection was lacking, but was nice and somewhat inexpensive. The cymbal section was non existent but was amazed with the hardware being sold. Ill definitely be visiting again if in the area.

Dropped off a banjo to be looked at and they told me what it needed and let me know that they would try to fix but no guarantee. Did a great job on the banjo and it sound great. Will recommend.

What a great music shop with awesome people working there. I bought guitar strings and busted two. Took guitar back with me and I had put them on wrong. They put new ones on, cleaned my guitar and gave me a great deal for all their trouble.Go check them out.

Super fast work.. brought my acoustic in and they had it fixed (jack replaced and neck straightened) the same day. Definitely recommend anyone in eastern Oklahoma county come here instead of venturing to OK city.

Wonderful selection. Every string you could need. They even have a great selection for a more niche artist (shootout from a harmonicist!!)The best thing though? Other than their great service? Their prices are acceptable for any level of player. If you want top of the line equipment and plan on getting the best of whatever group you play: they have it. But if you just dabble, or are a hobbyist, you can find something that is great playing and within the price range of my wife wont be mad at me for this.Check this place out if you havent.

The two gentleman were very polite, gave us an example how an tuner tool worked without us asking. Very professional and passionate about their trade.

They kicked us while we were down. We bought by sons instrument from them then paid for lessons through them. Instrument lessons must be paid for a month at a time and in advance. My sons instrument was STOLEN during the second month. We were told NO REFUNDS for lessons that we paid for and would have loved to attend, but could not due to circumstances beyond our control.*To the response...*I clearly addressed the concern of my son not being able to participate in a lesson without an instrument and that courtesy you claim you would have extended to him was never once offered to us. You tell me who needs to hear the conversation and Ill come let them.

I went into Music Unlimited when looking for a new amp. I did not know what to expect when arriving there. The staff was more than helpful and there was an amazing guitarist there that every time I played a rift from some song I knew he would play the rest of it. I bought a fender mustang 3 v2 out there and I will be coming back for more help and parts for my Guitar. No more hassle with Guitar Center this place Rocks My Musical World and will always have my Business.

Bought my first guitar here in the 80s, moved away and came back in 2000, and Jeff (one of the owners) still knew my name. Treated me awesome every time I walked in through the doors. The guys there are the best. If they cant help you, they know who can. Highly recommend visiting their guitar tab section.

Iv had several children take lessons here and have always had great success with the teachers however recently I began to get charges on a credit card .I usually pay cash each month but used my child support credit card this last month .I made for a month ahead.I never gave anyone permission to keep my card information.Or have automatic withdraw s.When I called last month about the 2 random charges the gentleman simply said it was a mistake and they will fix it.I told him not to charge my card I will always pay my bill.Like I have been for years.He said he would get rid of that card.This morning I discover another random charge on this card.When I called this time the man, not so gentle this time,proceeded to tell me I never paid for a whole month back in January along with other things and would not apologize for charging my card or explain why if I pay every month for years why all of a sudden two months in a row I get random charges.He literally told me it was my fault.He also told me I have to give him a credit card over the phone.He said if I don’t want the one they are keeping (without my permission)and charging at will.Clearly knowone who is wise gives personal info to someone who has fraudulently charged their card on three separate occasions.So I said I do not wish to have a credit card on file but will gladdley continue to pay each month.His response “then I will have to take you off of the schedule “.After years ...buying instruments my children taking lessons our lesson are over:(. I’m truly hurt and shocked as is my 10 year old boy.He took piano lesson with Grant.What a silly and hurtful thing to do to a family.All bc you don’t want to swallow your pride and make thinks right.

I used to rate this place 5 stars all day. I actually really like the owner and the other older guy. They are very nice and knowledgeable.The only one that is horrible is the guy they have that you trade your gear in to for discounts on a purchase. He offered me a small fraction of what my gear was worth and came back with a printout supposedly from reverb, saying it was the going price. I am on reverb all the time, so I said wow let me pull up my reverb app. Turns out this guy was lying about the going rate of my used gear by almost 300 dollars. Can’t believe I got treated that way at a place I respected and used frequently.Just beware if you are wanting to bring your music gear to trade.
