The Buckeye Superstore is a great place! They treat you like family rather than just a customer. Their Service Department is top notch. They explain what they will do to your vehicle and the cost involved before doing the work and surprising you with the high cost. I will not go any where else to purchase a vehicle, nor will I take my vehicle to any other Service Department.

Beware Beware Beware - I have complained to corporate about this poorly run dealership. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler with a power soft top in March of 2020. Not even a month later, the power top failed, and all they did was replace with a makeshift soft top. Bestop Rails and Quadratec windows. Not even a year later, that top started falling apart. Took my vehicle back to them and they not only damaged my tail gate, but left big gaps in the back of the vehicle. And, the sales manager claimed he saw it prior to them starting work. However, no documentation to validate that. And why the sales manager is in the shop, I have no idea.There are so many other dealerships, why shop here and be a victim of poor customer service and ineptitude.As for letting the top stretch, there are two inch gaps on both sides of the base, and from the inside, you can see daylight through the top along where it meets the tailgate. No amount of sun or stretching is going to fix that.

Chris my sales guy was absolutely awesome!!!! I came in wanting a pathfinder but they wouldnt go any lower on the price. Chris stayed well past closing to help me find a vehicle that would fit my budget and what I wanted in a vehicle...I did find a vehicle that will serve me good. Then Fred worked an awesome deal that I couldnt pass up.. the store closes at 6pm and I didnt leave there until almost 830pm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

I have bought a few vehicles from this dealership over the years. Staff is friendly. Although Ive had mixed experiences each time; over all they have been mainly good. I would venture to say my last visit yesterday (5-22-2021) was the best yet. Salesman was professional, wasnt pushing me to buy, and helped me purchase my new 2021 Ram 2500. Dont remember his name but would definitely recommend him.

Service department misdiagnosed my dodge diesel truck and charged $800-900 for the wrong repair. Later I learned it was only a $200 part I understand I have the new part but they could have at least refunded some of the $600-700 labor. Will never recommend this place!!!Update 10-19-21Someone called 1-2 weeks ago from buckeye to attempt to get me to change my review. He stated he was going to look into my records and call me back to resolve this issue. But I am still waiting. Apparently customer service isn’t priority!!!!!

Very disappointed. Bought my car in February got extra warranty. Seems no matter what I take the car in for it isn’t covered. Had free towing but that turned out to be untrue. Had free car rental. Well they just don’t have one available right now. Had one of the guys hang up on me because I ask to speak to the big wheel there. Very very unprofessional to me.

Bought my new dodge from here, Ive finally found my new dealer! Great experience with Mike Martinez. Not pushy. I had two Durangos in mind when I went in but they were too small for my family. Mike showed me a few Rams and even though I had not expected to buy one he left me and my wife to decide for ourselves. Not only did he listen to us to find the right vehicle when we decided we were interested his team beat our APR by 2%, gave us a great trade in price and had us rolling sooner than we ever expected. Sales department is awesome!Service department not so much. Scheduled appointment for service and to look at issue from factory. Told upon showing 10 minutes early it would be about and hour and 15. Waited 2 hours and still not in for appointment. Finally gave me a car to use. 5 and a half hours afterscheduled appointment I was notified the oil change was complete but the actual work needed couldnt be done and another appointment was needed. So now Im looking at another hour drive each way to have them let someone else fix the factory issue. No real apology from the SD. Nothing to smooth over. Just service without the customer care.

Sales department great!Service, no. Scheduled appointment that when I arrived I was told hour to hour and 15 because I was getting a bed adjustment with a service. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes, truck still not taken in. Other people coming and going. I was given a loaner at that point to leave for a bit. 5 hours and 20 minutes the service was complete but the work was not able to be competed and another appointment was needed. Nothing made right for an entire day spent waiting. Nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience. Future services will be done at a shop with customer service included.

I had another minor issue with my Jeep while there and when I mentioned it to them, they already knew that there was a TSB on it and took care of it on same appointment.

Very friendly and good at what they do. They even wash your car for free...I only had a recall and oil change done.Prices are fair and reasonable and clearly priced in their brochure.The workers were not wearing masks, which is annoying but its Shelby...so its expected, nobody treated me badly for wearing a mask, so thats good.

Bought a car from this dealership on a Friday which was a decently smooth process (other than the normal lies you get from dealerships). I was told that there was a pump for the rear windshield wiper that was scheduled to be repaired before I bought and that they had not had a chance to detail the car yet. I scheduled to have this done the following Monday. I received a call that the car was ready Wednesday afternoon so I went to pick the the car up and they left the back panel pulled loose where they were working and the only thing they “detailed” was the carpet 😑. I told them that it was not done right and they agreed so they told me they would call the next morning to schedule the detail again. I waited until the afternoon and still no call so I called in and they guy that answered had no idea what I was talking about so I had to go over everything again and they finally got me scheduled to go back in the following week. I’m not sure what can be so complicating about having a car detailed. Seems to be laziness and lack of care seeing how the car is sold and not their problem anymore.Update: owner replied and states that I was not lied to. I did not mention any specifics prior about what was being lied about but I feel it’s worth mentioning now that the fact that it’s happening is being denied. I told the salesman up front that I do not want my credit ran multiple times by being sent to a lot of banks. I told the salesman that I did not went it sent out to any more than two places. I was reassured that buckeye does not do business that way and do not do work like that as some other dealerships do. That was a lie. It ended up being sent to 5-6 banks after I specifically told him that I did not want that and he reassured me that it wouldn’t.

I have purchased many cars in my life and this was one of the worst experiences. The lack of communication when asking questions about the Jeep was disappointing. I had to reach out a couple times to finally get an answer. I didn’t realize the person I was communicating with was not a sales person until I arrived at the dealership to look at the vehicle. My salesperson did not have the car cleaned and ready for me to look over and drive when I arrived. This was very upsetting because I communicated 2 days before arriving. I drove 4.5 hours only to have to wait another 45 minutes or so before the Jeep arrived back from the detailer. Then, in my eyes, the Jeep was not clean. It was hard to check out thoroughly when there is still grime on the outside, not to mention the condition of the interior. There were marks/dirt everywhere, from the seats to the headliner and an old pair of sunglasses in the counsel. With the amount of time I gave the dealership to prep it should have been spotless. I was disappointed in their response to the concern I had about the brakes. There is a slight shake in the steering wheel when braking so I looked at the brake discs and they appeared to be unevenly worn. The rear brake discs have me the most concerned because they were severely grooved. For a 2020 they should not be in this bad of shape. A service tech came out to look at them and said it was not covered under the factory warranty because it was a wear item. The sales person did not really want to discuss making this right. I think it’s because I was from out of town and he would never see me again. This is unacceptable. The dealership should have made it right with the brakes. Now, after purchasing a 2020 I will need to invest into replacement brakes, which should not happen on a 2020 with only 16,000 miles.

After spending quite some time online comparing price and inventory I knew I could not go wrong making the hour drive from Grafton. Right from the moment we stepped out of our car Dio was there to help me find the Jeep Compass I was looking for. They had a much larger selection of certified pre owned vehicles than most other dealerships. The entire staff was great. Thank you so much for the great and easy experience I could not be more happy with my Compass!
