Came to this dealership since my typical one had a one month wait for appointments. But yet this place was able to schedule me for the very next day when I called them! Very knowledgeable, friendly, competent staff. Though it was an hour drive for me, I highly recommend them and would definitely come back again. If I could give more than five stars, I would!!

Even if its an answer I dont really want to hear.$$$ LOL I would definitely recommend them. Im not really one to recommend a dealership because of the cost but they have definitely changed my mind about a dealership and the benefits of being a customer there. They are very respectful and mindful of budgets and that is very big for us and we are grateful for everything that they do for us.
I purchased a used Ford Freestar from Nissan of Shelby and had constant mechanical problems with it. I bought it to Ford to be properly repaired. My service advisor Ian was an extremely huge help in understanding the frustration I was having with Nissan. Ian made sure to stay in contact with me every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a big asset to Ford. I have not had better customer service with any dealership before. I would highly recommend Classic Ford of Shelby for any services.
My biggest issue was with my car not being ready when finished! When I talked to the mechanic working on it when I tried to pick it up the first time, he clearly stated that there was no way to have my car ready at the time promised and he had been clear with the service desk associate that it wouldn’t be! The quality of work seems to be adequate, however the customer service is severely lacking! Just be open and honest to the customer is all I am asking !
Good and fast service. I would have given 5 stars but they are to expensive AC compressor for 2015 Ford Taurus $1407 for a $500 dollar compressor with a $100 dollar coupon and the rest was labor that only took 1 hour to fix plus the cost to recharge it.I figured if I go to the dealership it would be done right but it cost me.

Was notified from Ford that I had passenger side airbag that could be dangerous when deployed in my 2007 Mustang .I Called the service department with my VIN number and they scheduled me an appointment the very same day. I Wasn’t even there 40 minutes, it was repaired and everything is safe and back on the road.Classic Ford of Shelby did a great job with the factory recall. A Very Pleasant and Professional Staff with Great customer service .
My church youth department was very worried that they were not going to be able to attend a youth conference in Greensboro on Monday because someone had stolen our catalytic converter off our church bus. We called Classic Ford Lincoln on Wednesday and ask if anything could be done to help us. We were told to bring it over and let them look at it. Ian Hawkins and his staff did a great job in taking care of our situation. Everyone there showed great concern for our problem .They were able to fix the bus and we picked it up on Friday. All I can say is Praise the Lord for people who care. Thank you Classic Ford Lincoln for great service.

Got a message from Andrew regarding my ad to sell my car. I told him I was firm on the price and he said he was sure they could meet it or come close to it, I even called and asked him are you sure you can meet this price? which he responded yes he was very confident they could. I drove all the way there only to find that they couldnt come anywhere close. If you get a message from them to buy your car do not waste your time.

Truck came back from service absolutely filthy. It looked like they parked it in a mud hole and then another car through mud all over the truck. Grease left on the hood. Not the way to treat a customer’svehicle. I will not do any other business with this dealership.

Folks if you havent spoke with Shay and Terrell you need to in a hurry!! They are two of the most amazing people to work with at this dealership!! I went in with the expectation of not being able to get into a decent vehicle and willing to settle because I was in desperate need of a vehicle. As soon as we arrived on the lot Shay came right over, introduced herself and was extremely willing to help. She was not pushy and actually LISTENED to my situation and what I was looking for. Shay was very easy to talk to and stayed 2 hours after she was supposed to get off work just to help me. I cant express how much that meant to me. Terrell came in to assist with determining what was best suited for my financial situation and not once did he try to push a vehicle on me that was beyond my price range. He was very translucent about all of my options and was extremely respectful and understanding of my situation. These two are a dream team to work with and I HIGHLY recommend that if you visit this dealership these are the two you want to ask to see! Usually don’t leave reviews but feel it’s necessary here. Been going to this dealership for 15-20years now. Used to be well run. In the last few years nothing but issues. I stopped going all together but needed a first oil change on brand new explorer ST. Figured they could handle this. Leave and over the next couple days my wife smells burning. Told her to pull into tindol Ford and have them look. Come to find out oil was over filled and the cap was either never out on or blew off. Have them add oil and put a new cap on. Go back to classic for an engine cleaning so get all the spewed oil off the engine and they promise they will get it back to new condition.Come to find out they cleaned it and didn’t get all the oil off the engine plus got oil all over the bottom of the windshield and then oil finger prints on the interior of the car. Ended up just doing it all myself. $100 oil change and ended up having to re change the oil and clean the car.

There are a couple of really nice people that work here. They also mostly do good work. ( we had an issue where the mechanic more than likely broke a part while changing the serpentine belt and said nothing to us) The older guy in the parts department is a real jerk! Go buy your parts somewhere else! If I had a choice, I would not trade here, but unfortunately the warranty dictates where service has to take place.

Me and my son went there we was looking at the 66s and 67 Chevy they had one on display there it was beautiful candy apple red oh so beautiful and the new mustangs oh God I love him and they had some money and shes from different colors different styles but the one with the V8 and then after driving and I fell in love with it I was kind of scared a little bit there but I got away from me when my son being in the passenger seat but thats my experience he wont forget and you really enjoyed that and you still want that car Im about to customer service is very nice and the car I was driving needed a battery and they went and got me one and put it in for me and didnt charge me nothing which I was really nice that was the greatest experience

Our experience today at Classic Ford was very positive. We found a vehicle online, scheduled an appointment, and were greeted by Steve Brackett when we got to the dealership. We drove from Spartanburg to Shelby and it was worth the trip. The staff made the entire process smooth and comfortable from test drive, to trade, to purchase and paperwork. Steve was very personable and we recommend the dealership.
Great experience with this repair, covered by my extended service plan. I was kept up to date daily on the status of service plan coverage and progress of the repair. The only glitch was being offered a new fuel filter. This was not needed, as it was a component of the 100,000 mile service I had done during my last visit. I asked for a check of the maintenance history and this was removed.
A different dealership had charged our Rewards Points for a service we hadnt received and we were having difficulty getting reimbursed. We went to Classic Ford for an oil change and explained the problem. The cashiers, Leah and Holly, called the other dealership and Leah explained to them the ease of the process to reimburse us. Within 5 minutes of leaving Classic Ford we received a call from the other dealership saying the matter had been fixed. Months of runaround from a dealership solved by a simple call by Leah.

Had the oil changed in my car tires rotated but they did not check the air pressure in my tires because they are all different air pressure in them and I forgot to put a sticker in the window so I know when my next Oil Change is
I have been bringing my vehicle here since I bought it a couple years ago. I have been very satisfied with communication, service and my overall experience. This last time was a little lacking. It took several attempts to even get through to the service department to even schedule my oil change. Then, the day I arrived, the workers inside didn’t open the bay door for me to drive in. Once inside I gave the worker a coupon I received in the mail that I wanted to use for the service that day. It was for the oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. An hour and a half later they told me I was ready to go. I paid and headed home. Once home I looked at my receipt. It showed the coupon being used and the service rendered. Oil change and tire rotation. But the thing is I know my tires were not rotated. The day before when I was cleaning my tires I noticed that I was missing a valve stem cap. If the tires had been rotated that tire with the missing cap should have been in a different location and it wasn’t. Just a little disappointed with the integrity of this visit.

Used the website to book an appointment... no e-mail or phone call to confirm the appointment for over eight hours, so ...Called the service line ... let it ring until someone answered (about two minutes) ... asked about the appointment I had booked online -- they had no idea what I was talking about, but took all my information and made an appointment...Arrived a few minutes early, said I had a 9 AM appointment -- they had no idea what I was talking about, but took all my information and got right to work... a few minutes later, they come out to notify me that they dont have the parts for one of the things I need done...Theyll call me when they receive the parts.Otherwise, overall pleasant experience... courteous, professional, knowledgeable staff... its a shame that the scheduling and management support isnt helpful or functional.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I knew I would be there a couple of hours. I ended up being there about three and a half hours. They checked on me throughout. They gave me detailed information on what was needed for my vehicle and why.The waiting room was set up with good amounts of spacing to keep people apart. There were only a couple of people waiting at a time - never more than three at one time. Most of the time only two people.Thankful for the hard work and kindness.

The service department is absolutely horrible. The one and only diesel mechanic they have has next to no knowledge whatsoever. Kept my company truck for weeks and weeks and the only thing they could say is they didnt know what was wrong so I sent it to Raleigh and they had it fixed in two days. The young girl that is a service writer or advisor is great she is nice, pleasant and she does her best. But the rest of the service department is an absolute joke.

Classic Ford.....just like all car dealerships. Plan on spending almost half a day if deciding to purchase a car. Even if you accept their first offer and already have financing you’ll be there a LONG time. They will not let you leave until pressuring you to buy their warranties and extra packages and when you do leave you’ll be financing about 4K above what you wanted.
I would walk a million miles before I ever attempt to deal with this place AGAIN! They have no concept of calling anybody back or letting anybody know what’s going on. I wouldn’t even let them walk my dog. Go anywhere -ANYWHERE - other than here. Another Classic lot may be different and better to deal with, but not this one. Run far, far away!!!

Got new tires. Was not informed how long this would take. I waited for two hours while tires were put on. The tires were not cleaned before being put on. Had red dots and yellow lines on them. I think the service department should be better supervised. They did give me a $25 discount for the length of time spent waiting for the tires to be put on my car.
Had an engine light pop up on my dash and pulled in to have them investigate the issue. Come to find out a sensor was disconnected when putting in a light bar in my 2018 Ford Raptor recently and they reconnected it up and reset my CPU & sent me on my way. Extremely pleased with the professionalism and quickness of the work. Keep it up boyz & girlz, you’ll see me again.Respectfully,Paz💯💪👊

I have used Classic Ford for all my needs for my Ford 150 2009. I always have a good experience with them. They are very friendly and do a great job. I also had a 1986 F-150 and they were there for me when I needed them.
