Only place in town who would accept a last minute repair needed before going out of town. Worked with me getting everything done in time and their prices where right in line with other shops so I had a fair price as well. Very happy with them!

If you ever have an emergency Firestone is the place to go. I got nothing but top notch service, and their professionalism was nothing short of amazing! Marie went above and beyond for me so my car could make it through to payday. I cannot thank them enough!

I needed some help with a tire as I was traveling through, I asked for quick help since I needed to catch a flight in billings, the guy sitting in a chair doing nothing said quickly...no, I cant help you. Went to the dealership across the street they were very attentive. Dont go to Firestone for car work, go somewhere else. Especially if you want good customer service.

Sam was incredibly helpful. I had a slow tire leak that turned into a flat fast and although the team was crazy busy, he used what seemed like his only 15 minutes of free time to help get me on my way again. He really went the extra mile!

These guys are absolutely awesome! I pulled in with a totally wrecked tire on my rental car out of Denver. Oddball tire size, there wasn’t a single one to be had in town. Marie called EVERYONE she could think of to find a replacement. After a quick call to a distributor, 2 hours away in Casper, she was able to find one. Perhaps the only tire of the correct size in the state!! Although my business plans needed to change a bit as a result, they offered to make the run to Casper first thing the next morning so that I could be on the road by 10ish and keep my appointments 4 hours away! Sam rolled in with the new tire right around 10am and they got that thing switched and ready to go in 10 mins! So grateful for this Firestone crew! They are awesome!

We were traveling through Sheridan and hit bad weather with very poor tires on our car. Nobody in town had snow tires in stock, but Marie saved the day by locating the tires we needed in their Casper store. Sam kindly offered to drive to Casper to get the tires for us, and left within minutes to ensure that we could safely get back on the road that day. He returned that afternoon, installed the tires, and we were back on our journey. We are so appreciative for this amazing group!!

Beware,Beware,Beware this place is a total RIP OFF. They charged me for Adv driver assist system recal (49.99) which does not even exist on a 2013 ford explorer. When confronted they gave me more BS than a feed lot.Will never do business again with them. Beware. give them a minus 5 stars.

So grateful to Sam and Marie for going above and beyond to help us get new tires as we were traveling through! Sam drove to Casper to get use the right size and Marie held down the fort. They had a great sense of humor and were genuine in their interactions with us. Would gladly recommend!

1/29/2021Bought a used car & did not know its history for $200.00 engine seemed strong. But for $21.00 Firestone Checked Tires, Brakes, Belts, Shocks/Struts/Steering etc.The front desk Ladys was Marie and she greets you and listens as to what needs to be done and writes it up. Dustin from the Mechanics section came over and told me again what they were going to do and later explained their findings. Marie typed it all up. Now most all places do this. Ive been to several in Sheridan. In one Garage I was third in line, now thats its my turn, I am out the counter, About to put my order in for tires when the front door facing Coffeen street opens, a friendly sounding man wearing a cowboy hat enters and gives a shout out to the man behind the counter whom I was about to give my order to. They knew each other!His order for tires for his Six wheel Truck he called Dulee was now taken, leaving me waiting. Id been waiting about 15 minutes as there were at that time three others ahead of me. His friend was ordering six tires, I did not want to stand for another 10-15 minutes for that order & take a chance he would skip me over should another of his friends come in, so I left. That happened twice. In that Garage & one other. Firestone was the Complete opposite. After taking may service order, later they both talked about local town events with me. Reminded me of the Andy Griffith Show from the 1960s. I felt like I was in Mayberry !

Getting into Sherridon, my family and I were stranded calling all over town trying to find new tires. The employees at Firestone went above and beyond, to not only drive to another town hours away, but getting us those same tires on the very same day. So I did a online order and when I showed up two days later for my appointment the very nice lady working the counter had no knowledge of my order. They didnt have the tires in stock and had no knowledge of my appointment. After a little digging around they found some tires at a different store a few hours away they jumped in a pickup and went directly to get them. As for the service side no complaint top notch, as for the website dont do it call and confirm, there is no link to the store and they will sell you anything regardless if the store has it or not. It is great to know that a major corporate store in the 21 centery cant manage a website. Im thinking about having my 7 year old nephew get in touch with them and show them how to control there website

Traveling with family of 5 and 2 dogs from Texas to Canada. Perfect time for alternator to die and leave us stranded on side of highway at 8:00 at night. Thankfully Sam and guys were able to troubleshoot and get us back on road by 2:00 the following afternoon.Thank you for the great service!!

We were traveling from Mn and our alternator went out on a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were towed to Firestone and pulled into the parking lot at 6pm just as they were closing. Marie at the front desk found the part and they stayed after hours to get us on the road the same day! Your staff at Firestone Sheridan Wy is AMAZING! We appreciate they way they went above and beyond costumer service!!!

Life savers. Got caught out in the snow with summer tires traveling across country, and after hundreds of miles of slipping and sliding on snow and ice, I was able to make it to seemingly the only town in in northeastern Wyoming that had snow tires in my size. These guys held the tires for me until I made it, started work before my scheduled appointment time so I could get back on the road quicker, came in under the original estimated quote, and let my dog hang out in the lobby while I waited for my car. Cant thank this crew enough.

Its too bad I no longer live near this store. Its the best Firestone...or possibly the best service center Ive ever been to. They work on plenty of old and new cars so they dont get stumped by one or the other. Couldnt be friendlier and even the tech will help out however possible. This is where experience SHOWS.

We spun out on I-90 going 80+ and promptly went to Firestone where Marie helped us pick out top of the line tires and Craig slapped them on our Rav4 and we were on our way back to MN in a black ice and snow storm. Took 45 minutes. Worth every penny!

Ive been using Firestone for basic maintenance and all of our tires for 7+ years. All of the people that work here are great!

They were open to service our tire while we were traveling. We appreciate them being open on Sunday. Someone had us call a competitor first who offered to gauge us for $250 to patch a tire on a Sunday. They offered us water, and treated is so respectfully while we waited, and were so nice.

I go there for my free lifetime alignment for my truck and EVERY AND I MEAN EVERYTIME I go there they find an item to replace. This past time they told me I needed new ball joints. Unbeknownst to them I JUST had them replaced, and our brand new tires put on my truck. They performed the alignment and told me that. I chuckled and told them the situation about the replacing and they said I should take it back. I laughed and told them No I trust who did the work on it. And I do. Just go to Dan@Hi-Tech transmission unless you have a lifetime contact with firestone. They are a retail store, selling service. Alignment is good! Thanks for that!

My wifes car window wipers were both broken with out us knowing. It started to rain and both wipers flew clear off the window. We were 150 miles from where we needed to go. Called around and Firestone was the only one who were still open. They not only were friendly, but amazing service. They calmed my panicked wife down and got the job done. We 100% reccomend Firestone in Sheridan in the future.

Mitch was everything you could ask for in an Asst Manager for your wife and kids traveling to Yellowstone without you.
