Dominic and Scott and really, all the folks in this store are simply outstanding—they really know their stuff. Especially if you are looking to transfer from sprint to Tmobile,at this time of the biz merger, they are up to speed on the ins-and-outs of setting up the accounts. Trust me they just smoke the other stores in the vicinity. 6 stars out of 5.

Needed help with getting a new phone. I am basically clueless. Sherwood T-MOBILE store was the closest to my house from Newberg so I headed there hoping they could help. Wow! Did they ever. Michael is the guy who waited on me and walked me through the whole thing. My husband and I are Seniors and have been with T Mobile for years and now I remember why. The 2 guys that work there were thourough and professional. I left with a new phone and did not need to ask the kids or grandkids to help me when I got home. They set up and transfered everything for me and walked me through all my features. Thank you Michael at Sherwood T-MOBILE. Excellent customer service

Is this place still open? I came in on Monday (2/15/21) after the snow and ice was melted and it was closed. I came the very next day around 7 PM and it was all locked up and abandoned. The hours clearly say theyre open til 8 but there was no sign or anything indicating they are closing early. My drive is 35 min and I feel like I wasted my time. Thanks T-Mobile.

I ordered T-Mobile online. I came to pick-up case and screen protector. They refused to give me cause waiting for 90 minutes. Limit 10 people in store. Im not happy. Waste my time to order online but not worth. I never go this store anymore.

The worker are smart and friendly here unfortunatly after the merger t mobiles services has gin massively down hill Sprint is destroying their greatness by business practice which has been their specialty since their beginning weve started losing signal wheere there used to be customer service is starting to flounder at 611 they need to dump Sprint before they fail like sprint its sad I liked this company before sprint merger now its a mess

After being with AT&T for 20 years, I made a long anticipated leap to T-Mobile for my kids lines. Their plans and promotions are very attractive. The service coverage is great, and the customer service in the Sherwood store is by far the best experience Ive had anywhere! Mike Day and Christina Hansen are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Its worth talking to them about your wireless phone needs just as I have, so happy to be making this positive change!

Just made the switch from Verizon (12 year customer) to T-Mobile yesterday, after stopping by to see if I could save money by doing so. I am now paying 40% less with unlimited data to boot! The customer service is awesome at this store, and the switch was easy. I highly recommend stopping in.

I went in to see if I can get an upgrade but the Service Rep was condescending the whole time and didnt provide Info besides short answers such as Yes and No and in the end decided against it and left. Will probably switch to AT&T.

This was one of the best if not the best retail experience I have ever had especially with a cell phone service provider. I called the store explained my situation with a somewhat MLM phone service that charges more for the same service. Joshua My new go to person for anything mobile knew exactly what I needed. I went to the store and was not disappointed at all, I was met with the same professionalism by the other staff members while I waited for Joshua to finish with some other customers. Once finished he immediately starting working on my four phones, switched numbers over, and made the experience completely painless. I highly recommend the T-mobile Sherwood store and Joshua. Thank you for such an outstanding experience.

Awful service, I recommend you go to another store or even change phone provider. False advertisement, we were there for 2 hours long and were promised one thing only to get a call way later that it wasn’t real. Poor staff training and awful customer service, no true resolution was offered to fix the error except to do as nothing had happened just to cover themselves. Please if you can go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Everyone at this location is so helpful, even though I live in the Hillsboro area I chose to drive out to Sherwood as I previously had a bad experience in Aloha. The manager Brando and his staff are very knowledgeable and I can tell their main focus is excellent customer service ! Good job guys I’ll definitely be sending friends and fam your way.

I went here hoping to upgrade my phone. The gentleman that helped me could not be less helpful. He was actively talking me OUT of the sale. It seemed like he couldnt be bothered to do the work of setting me up with a new phone. Horrible customer service.

I hate to be the one to complain because I’ve never had an issue with this store until earlier today. I called to talk about an Apple Watch that I purchased at a different store and wondered if I could return it at this store because it was closer to my work and I wanted a different size and I talked them twice about it and they kept telling me that they didn’t have the size and color that I wanted and I asked about them ordering it for me online because I looked on T-Mobile’s website and found the exact size and color that I want and they STILL refused to do so.😡 sooo I’m kind of disappointed and really frustrated with this store and I don’t know if I will be wanting to come back because I went back to the store I originally purchased it from and the sales associate ordered the color/size that I wanted with no problem and didn’t understand either why you guys couldn’t do that. Like I said I never had an issue with this store until today so that is all I have to say for now..

Its actually insane how 3 times now employees make their rounds in nearby stores to abuse the customer service of other companies. Im literally paid to talk politely and to help anyone who comes into my store. So T-Mobile is going to abuse that to force a conversation with me and my coworkers to sell us a plan. Its one thing for a company to look to partner with other companies to give their employees a discount or whatever. But no. These people stand there for 10-20 minutes telling me how crazy overpriced my phone plan is and then they quote me a $10 difference off the top of their head for the “same thing” and then have the gall to chuckle for saying I’m completely satisfied with my phone plan. ANYWAYS... I guess I’ll be coming frequently to T-Mobile now adays to sell... rather HAGGLE... them buy a membership at my store as well.

They are always so helpful. If they dont know the answer they will find out for you. They never try to sale you something you dont want or need.

Excellent service by someone who knew what he was doing! After three other stores (2 other T-Mobile stores) I thought I was asking the impossible to have my smartwatch activated. Miguel had no problem with it and it didnt even take long! My smartwatch works perfectly. Thank you Miguel!

This location has long wait times and there is one associate in particular (Christina) who is very difficult to work with. They do not listen to the questions that are being asked and they never seem to be able to help with technical issues. Their common response is to tell me to call technical support...who then says to go into the store for further assistance. 😕

Chistinia was awesome. I have had the pleasure of workingwith her on severial ocassions. She is very good at what shedoes. I am in retail myself and she is top notch. very good withthe customers. She should be promoted.

Bought a Samsung Blaze for Christmas and less then 30 days later it wont charge. Take it in and they say have to replace with new phone okay sending in mail 1 to 2 days. Wont be here for 4 days and it is a refurbished one that may have even worse problems them mine. Its a defect I didnt cause but will pay the price. How right is that?
