The first day I came in I was greeted by Christopher, who was both pleasant and polite, and he assisted me with a data transfer from by old phone to the new. He informed me about the lengthy process and allowed me to leave the store to run my errand and said transfer should be done. I returned about an hour later and was in and out with no problems, except I left my new phone charger by mistake.. My second trip back I was greeted by Justin for was assisting another customer ahead of myself. I waited less than five minutes before Justin gave me his attention. I was there about some problems signing in and out of my new and old phones with my Apple ID. Justin and Christopher both tinkered around some ideas until a solution was made. Christopher had fixed it somehow. I won’t go into how it’s beyond me anyways. Both also told me to give Apple support a call which Chris was polite enough to put in my contacts list. Oh and they gave me my charger I had left behind. Overall great service and would recommend one hundred percent.

Terrible customer service yesterday and couldnt do what we wanted here as its not a corporate store. We ended up doing it on the phone today and had a much better experience and accomplished what we tried to do yesterday. Yesterday they were rude and had no idea what they were doing or talking about when my daughter went into get a new phone. They wont be getting any business from us anymore at this location.

Great experience, although I was only here for a minute, the experience was amazing. The employees were very knowledgeable with all customers and the manager was quick to help the overflow, with a polite and caring attitude. The atmosphere of this store is something you wont find at other locations. Thanks for being such a great ATT location.

Damian was great! Opened the door for us as we came in the store and continued with excellent customer services throughout the visit. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. His team was also friendly.We switched to AT&T because of the incredible customer service across the board (Internet techs, in-store and phone representatives). This visit to our local store did not disappoint. Very, very satisfied and happy to see a business who has such great, motivated, and overall happy employee. Really makes a difference!

Travan was so patient and nice while I was in the store. He had three customers, a toddler running around, and a baby crying (haha). He was very helpful to all of us, and apologized numerous times for the wait. I thought he deserved recognition for being kind and helpful to each of us, despite how busy he was. I was in there for about 35 minutes and got what I needed. Thanks!

Rome and staff did such a great job that it made my Christmas shopping much easier instead of going elsewhere to purchase an I phone watch. My wife and I ended up getting two new I phones and an I phone watch 4th generation. I highly recommend this location for great service and any information you need with the new technologies.

We will never use a store again after getting quotes and signing back with AT&T our final bill end up being 2/3 higher than what was originally told to us @the store . The AT&T online where our bill comes from online is 2/3 more than what we were told in the store..Pretty sad

I just left this store trying to add a line and buy two iPhone 8s. Rome, the manager, was less then enthused to be there! We were the only people there and it was like he literally was trying for make us leave. He was almost angry while talking to us. We left to go to a busier store that would actually want our business!!! Seriously never seen anything like it.

As soon as we walked in and asked if we could hook up a phone for AT&T go phone service the guy sitting in there started telling is how its not worth it to hook up an Apple phone for go phone service. Rolling his eyes and you could tell the jerk didnt want to be at work on a Sunday. Just needed to get some temporary service on an iPhone that has already been updated! The phone was JUST disconnected from service the other day! Dont start telling me I dont want an iPhone and its not worth my time to do something until you know all of the facts. One bad apple makes a person want to switch service! Cant stand it when people do that to me. I dont want someone to start shaking their head as soon as I start asking questions! Disappointed, totally disappointed!

I am sick and tired of companies lying to make a sale. 18 months ago I went to do an upgrade ate the Sherwood location for my iPhone. I had already bought my wife the IPad Pro earlier from the Att store in NLR. L(which has way better service). The salesperson offered me a deal on 3 mini iPads. They are the old pads and the price quoted was $10 per month for 12 months. I thought this was ok as I can give them to my kids. Since these iPads are not used and my 1 year is over I called to cancel the 1G service. Today I was told it’s a 24 month contract. Never was I told of 2 year contract. So basically I am paying over $300 per tablet that are not worth nothing. This is a terrible representation of AT&T and this is causing me to cancel all AT&T service. Home, internet, U-verse and cells. 20+years. No more. Goodbye.

I rate my experience at AT&T on Highway 107 in Sherwood, AR a 1 star, Yet I would like to give this shop a zero. The reason is because I feel as though I was treated with such blatant disrespect because this was my experience. On July 2, 2018, yesterday, at approximately 6:10 PM, I walked into the AT&T shop with the intentions of purchasing a Galaxy 9 + or the latest model I phone. In addition I was returning a sim-card that I could not use with my current phone...which was a Verizon (this is another story in itself in dealing with a customer service agent in the Philippines). I specifically went to the 107 store for 3 reasons: 1) it was close to Neighborhood Walmart. 2) it was small so I was expecting faster service (not as many customers), 3) and it was in Sherwood which means the City of Sherwood would receive the %of sales taxes as opposed to NLR.When I walked through the door of the shop( a soft bell sounded), the agent was attending another customer, and he never looked up at me or acknowledged that I had entered the store. I thought it was quite odd because all the other Communication stores I frequent acknowledge and greet me and if they are busy they acknowledged they would help as soon as they could.I walked around and looked at phones for about 5 - 10 minutes when another customer walked in. The agent who was still with the same customer, immediately looked up and said to her Welcome, I will be with you as soon as I can and still he did not acknowledge me. I stopped and looked at him, he looked at me and still he would not and did not acknowledge me. He then said something very quietly to the customer he was servicing. The lady who entered the store after me left, and I left. I just did not have the energy to deal with such humiliating behavior. Why this happened?I do not know why but my suspicion is that perhaps it was my age and/or skin color? Then It made me wonder was it because of all of the negative rhetoric spewing on TV and with the new president and its administration which condones and supports certain behaviors? Or did he think my money did not spend like other peoples money? Maybe he thought I had none? Or he simply did not feel that I was worth servicing? WHATever THE CASE, I LEFT THE STORE WITHOUT ONE WORD being spoken or exchanged. THAT STORE LOST $800 + DOLLARS IN A CASH SALE.If the management/owner does not know this type of behavior is occurring in his/her store and if others are treated with such contempt, then I wonder how long will this new store have a prosperous business?I would love to have been able to speak with the owner or management of this establishment to find out the reason for the slight.
