Fast service, expensive, and very well done.I brought my Galaxy S21 here after I dropped it with the case on and the glass was severely damaged to the point the phone was unusable. I was able to make an appointment for the next day.The phone was fixed later the same day for $300 (about half of what I paid but the alternatives were more expensive). They did offer me $80 off if I paid for a month of their warranty service which includes most electronics in your home. Unfortunately, you cant use the service until day 31 so well see how it goes when I something breaks.The team member I worked on was helpful and did a great job. If you want your phone fixed right, be ready to shell out the full cost.They also do authorized work for Samsung and Apple if you happen to have their damage protection plans (which will be in my future).

The employees at this location are great. At the end of the day I dropped my phone and destroyed the screen. First screen Ive ever broken, hopefully the last lol. Anyway, my phone is a tool in my line of work and I had to have it operational the next day. These folks made sure I had it at the buzzer just before they closed. Incredibly happy with the quality of work and their knowledge. Although I hope I never have to return, if I do it will be to this location. Keep up the good work folks! You saved my a$$!

I was extremely unimpressed with level of service here. It took them over a week to get the screen fixed on my phone. The first screen that they got had a defect in it that would have caused it to degrade over time, however it would have been usable. They refused to allow me to use it like that because they wanted to do a return on the screen. I was understanding of that but I had to push in order to get a loaner during that time, they did not offer one. It took them a day and a half to get me the loner, and when they did I didnt have access to any of my contact list so I had no idea who was calling or texting me. The loaner also gave me full access to their email account, including any customers that were contacting them. If I were less honest I could have caused both of them and their customers a lot of frustration with this. Its quite clear that they were not concerned with securing their customers personal data. When I did finally get my phone back over a week later, I had to contact them at every step. I never got a call or email updating me on the status of my phone. When all was said and done they still tried to charge me the full price for fixing my phone despite their inability to update me at any point or offer any solutions to the issue. They never tried to expedite the process with the parts provider. I had to point blank ask them for a discount on the repair. The guy almost refused and it was only after I raised my concerns at the unreasonable length of time that I was without my phone, they say most fixes are usually done in 2 hours, and their lack of communication and customer service that he finally relented. They gave me $10 off the service and were unwilling to talk about anything further. When I raised the concern that I had access to their email for over a week and therefore their customers the guy merely shrugged, he didnt care at all. I will never be returning to this shop again, their poor customer service and lack of concern about the customer is truly troubling. I have worked in retail for the better part of a decade and I know that this is not how you treat the customer. I made a point of remaining calm and understanding throughout the whole process and only pushed at the end when they refused to compensate me or even acknowledge my troubles and frustrations with this process. Perhaps other shops in this company would provide better service, but all I can say is avoid the Sherwood location.

Not really having any personal recommendations I decided to try uBreakiFix on SW Langer Farms Parkway in the Parkway Village shopping center in Sherwood. I shop in that shopping quite often and so had seen the shop.So I took in my iPhone 7+ which I’ve had for over three years and really loved as a true workhorse. It was acting all glitchy and then pretty much stopped working.I had a reservation but stopped in the day prior to it since I was already in the area.I was taken care of right away with excellent professional service and friendliness. The technician who helped me discussed options and different scenarios.Turns out a few days later that apparent water damage had made my phone unfixable.The policy is there is no fee if they cannot get it to work!And I just let them send it off for recycling.I will always use them for my repair needs and highly recommend them.

The Tigard location of ubreakifix was great. They were always so polite and professional on the phone, and I didnt feel judged or thought of as silly for dropping my phone and shattering the screen. I mailed in my phone and within a week itll be getting mailed back to me. So fast and easy! One-day UPS shipping both ways is included in the price. This company offers fast same-day repair, but I didnt want to drive so far.Ill try to be more careful in the future! But I was happy to pay less for a screen repair than for a new phone. Pro tip: keep your previous phone for emergencies such as this! Thats what I used while my normal phone was gone.

I got a phone call that it was received, and a follow up wheb the repair was completed, which was only one day with my phones issue of having the motherboard replaced. They took care of everything, and were very professional and kept me informed as well a doing a great job with the repair! I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Repaired our phones relatively quickly and great customer service. They were also nice and genuine. Our car stopped working and one of the dudes went out to his car to see if he had jumper cables. He didnt, but he made an effort to help us and I really appreciated that.

I had an old computer and other electronics in my garage. I just piled it all in my car and brought it to them for recycling. The salesman even came out to my car to carry it into the shop. It couldnt have be easier. He was very busy but made time to help me. Ill be back for sure.

The bottom speakers suddenly quit on our Google pixel 3a. Ive been searching for a fix since two days ago. Im a huge fan of google and a huge fan of the pixel, but I discovered a lot of pixel 3 users are having the same problem, and guess what?! Theres no way to actually talk to Google about it. What the hell?! So I called tmobile and they recommended uBreakiFix. Two hours later the speakers have been replaced, the phone works great, and despite the reasonable $80 quote it actually didnt cost a cent because uBreakiFix discovered the phone is still under warranty! Totally lifesavers. And btw when I called their number a live person picked up on the first ring. Step it up Google, you just got served by uBreakiFix!!

My wife cracked the screen on her Samsung S9+, and we took it in to this store for a fix. The only complaint was how much time it took beyond their promise to get the phone back. The screen and phone now are perfect.

Well they fixed my screen but the screen they repaired is now pretty much separated from the phone despite my being incredibly careful with it. The only reason it hasnt come off completely is because of my phone cover.Edit: after getting told about the 90 day warranty (maybe I should read!), I took it in and they repaired it again! Hooray! They were incredibly nice about it too.2nd edit: it separated again after less than a week. Im now out of 90 day warranty. Whatever adhesive they use is awful and doesnt stand up to mild phone usage.

The first store I went to had a long wait for repair but they suggested another location only 20 minutes away that had more availability. Repair was made quick (cracked iPad screen) and for a reasonable price.

Amazing quick friendly service. It took less than two hours to get my phone screen fixed and at an affordable rate! Super duper thankful to Grey who worked on my phone and got me set up with a great screen protector for future fumbles! 10/10 would recommend!

Went in with dead pixels on my S20 Ultra. They are certified to do Samsung and Google repairs and will cover the cost if your warranty covers the issue but they also do cheap repairs out of warranty as well. I went in at 3:30 and they had it done and ready by 5:30. The repair is working perfectly and they where even nice enough to include a free screen protector which is applied with zero bubbles or dirt. Very impressed by this chain and wish them continued success.

The employee was very helpful and informative. If needed I would use their services in the future.

I have never ever broke a phone screen before this year. I had some issues with my screen protector and case which ended up with a broke screen. This is totally normal and my screen protector company covered the bill for the broken screen. Great! I went to this UBreakIFix location and they were great and fixed my screen in a few hours. About a month later my screen cracked again when it fell out of my hand with a screen protector and a new phone case. The fall was very small and it should not have cracked. I called asking if this was covered since although I dropped my phone, it was not something that should have caused a broken screen. So I went to have it fixed again since I didn’t really know of anywhere else to have it fixed. Now just a few months later, I have been having issues with typing, my screen doesn’t look great, there’s now technical issues with it. I think this company is great with customer service and there’s good people working there, but the quality of their screens just aren’t that great.

So today we dropped off my sons iPhone 6S Plus to have the screen and front camera repaired. Just before they finished the repairs they said that they were testing it to make sure everything was good to go. They released it to us and I paid them the $140 charge.Fast forward 45 minutes...Got home and my son plugged up his phone... Now it doesnt charge.I would think that part of the testing phase would be checking to make sure EVERYTHING works the way it should before releasing it, this is what I do with my clients and I expect the same from anyone else I do business with, no exceptions.If they make good on this tomorrow I will remove/change this review, but until his phone is fully functional again this review will remain at 1 star.

I brought my Galaxy Note 9 with a damaged LCD in for repair. I was very impressed with the courteous and prompt service that I was provided. They answered all of my questions and kept me up to date with the status of my repair. My repair was completed by Grey at the Sherwood location. I would highly recommend this excellent service. Warning! They wont honor Samsungs website pricing for phone repair. They wanted $70 more than Samsung quoted me to get it repaired. They were friendly, but I drove out of my way because Samsung authorized the repair only to find out they wont do the repair for what Samsung quoted.

I dropped off my sons nintendo switch here because there was phantom movement happening. They called about a week later and said the screen needed to be replaced. Once finished they called me for pickup. I paid $150 and gave it to my son. The second he turned it on it was clear there was no improvement. I gave it back to them to figure out the problem. They called a few days later and told me they needed to send it to nintendo to replace mother board. I find out later they held onto it for 3 more weeks before sending it out and finally get a call to come pick up. Take it, get it the car, my son starts to play with it and guess what.......not fixed. I took it back in to let them know. I get a call a short time later saying I needed to buy new joycons for the phantom moving. This is a big suprise to me since they had tested them when I first dropped it off and and they assured me that was not the problem. So I am out $150 and still having the same exact problem. Of course the staff said the other repairs were necessary. I feel completely scammed. Almost 2 months without the switch, during a pandemic you could only imagine how disappointed my 7 yr old son is. I find it extremely hard to believe my touch screen, mother board and joycons were all the problems for phantom movement. I would never trust these people with my devises again.

I thought I needed to replace the charge port in my phone which cost $80. I brought it in and the guy was able to clean it out and fix it for free in 10 minutes! Also very friendly and the shop was clean.

Shattered my iphone 8+ to the point where the touch screen was no longer responsive, they were able to get me in for an appointment the same day. I came in around noon and they notified via their website that it was done for me before 3:30, fully repaired and the best looking its been in a very long time. Great pricing, was charged exactly what I was quoted. Only concern thus far is that my brightness seems a bit low compared to its previous capacity, but they have a 90 day warranty on the screen (unless you crack it again). Though I hope not to, Ill definitely use this service again if needed :)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My phone stopped responding to touch and I couldnt get it to work so I called ubreakifix. They came and got my phone, fixed it, and brought it back within 24 hours. It needed a few new parts, but for everything including labor it was much less than what I had been planning on paying. I took my iPhone 8 to get it fixed because the screen was shattered and the screen would barely work and would glitch a lot. ( I guess that’s what happens when you don’t have a case on your phone and your 4 year old is always dropping it). I dropped my phone off at ubreakifix and they said I would be able to come in and get it the next day. When I went to pick it up the phone looked brand new.( you might be thinking that this is the end of the story and that everything turned out fine but your wrong). Everything seemed fine and my phone was working. Later that night I noticed that the new screen was popped out and wasn’t sealed all they way. Later my phone died and I plugged it in to charge it but it wouldn’t turn on. It just keeps showing the Apple logo as if it’s about to turn on and then it shuts off again. It has been going on for about and hour. I am livid. I definitely do not recommend this place and I want my money back.

Very disappointed. Repair in 24 - 48 hours turned into 8 days. Text to keep customer informed of repair was intermittent at best. Return in better shape than when dropped off, not even close. Home button broken during repair, now dead spots on touch screen. Five trips to store, finally picked up tonight and it’s still not right. Looks like a sixth trip is in my future. Wish I’d just gone to the Apple store.

Excellent service and professionalism well worth the expense; I did all of the investing prior to understand this was not going to be a cheap quick fix. I brought them a S10 with a severely damaged display and they repaired it with OEM parts, in a couple hours. Updated my mfg warranty and provided documentation of work/tests performed. After having the 5lb serving platter fall on its face my wives phone looks and operates like brand new again. It put a big teary smile on her face when I handed to her; priceless.

Go to the Beaverton location if you’re trying to repair a Nintendo switch. I initially went here because it’s closest to me but they returned it still broken.

Hands down the best customer service I have had from any company ever. Axle and the team did a great job from start to finish. The work on my cracked screen was fast and easy. I highly recommend them if you ever end up with a broken screen as you wont be disappointed. If you have Verizon service, they work seamlessly with your insurance provider.

Fast, incredibly professional, great price. Ive been to several places that fix phones but I wont go anywhere else now. Happy to see they fix laptop screens too! BTW theres extra value here. Since they fix SO many phones (different brands and models) they see the patterns of failure between different phone and component manufacturers. Result: They have experience and insight that goes well beyond the typical mall-kiosk. (At competitive rates).

They did fix my phone for the most part, but had to order an uncommon part to fix my camera. Im not sure if it was their fault or not, but they were weeks late on the final part of the repair, and I had to deal with a piece of tape over my camera and a rattling noise when my phone shifted for a few weeks. The employees were friendly though and they were quick with the initial repair, so Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt here and leave the review at 3 stars instead of anything lower.

Very good experience, Ive fixed phones in my past and was going to repair my phone when it broke but when I shopped for parts, these guys were lower price! Honestly, I am blown away by the service and expertise by uBreakiFix. Ive been staring at a cracked iPhone 7 for months now, not really knowing there was an affordable option to repair it. I randomly called uBreakiFix yesterday asked a few questions and booked an appointment. During my visit I also asked if they can replace the battery, which I opted to do. I kid you not, I dropped my phone off at 12 pm today and at 12:45 pm I received a call saying the phone had been repaired. I was in shock that it was done so quickly. So after work I picked it up and the screen looks brand spanking new and the battery held a perfect charge. I seriously feel like I have a new phone. Very fast professional service. They have me some great info for locating quality used phones as Im also looking for a for a newer unlocked phone. They repaired mine in a couple hours in just a couple of hours. My repairs would have cost me a fortune anywhere else. Now my phone is like brand new. New face and back and a new face shield to keep it from crackling again.

I was referred to them by verizon and used them to fix a broken screen. Worked like my phone was new. And low and behold I broke the screen again a month later. They fixed it a second time just as they did the first time. Will recommend to any and all. Good job you guys.

Update: BUYER BEWARE - This place should not have a business license.Recapping: I had a device that worked just fine, but could use a new battery. Having the battery replaced, turned into needing a new camera (which wasnt covered by their warranty +$40) which then turned into them telling me a I needed a new logic board (which wouldnt be covered by the warranty +$400) and to cover up their mistakes they have a process of making sure to indicate the device had liquid damage to void warranty work on the items they made worse while in their care, custody, and control.I had to contact the corporate complaint to get an escalation ticket started because I went to the Washington Square store, but the Sherwood store put in the computer that the device had liquid damage (yet it didnt and was confirmed later by the WA Square store) that voided warranty work so they couldnt work on it. Corporate made me an appointment to go to Sherwood and Id barely been off the phone with corporate when the Sherwood store calls me and leaves a message that I would have to pay $400 out of pocket to finish the repairs. They somehow knew what repair I was going to need and it would be out of pocket prior to even looking at the device?WA Square store was able to fix the device; it ended up not being the logic board. Skip the SCAM that is this business and save yourself the headache by finding a legit one.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Went online and found they were authorized Google repair facility. I clicked the button to schedule a battery replacement and received a call the next day. I go in, drop off the phone, and came back to pick it up a few hours later. Everything appears ok, but I questioned why the adhesive was sticking out of the side of the phone. He looked at it, took it in the back, and returned saying it was fixed.A few days later my camera lens is dirty from the inside, so I call and have to leave a voicemail. 4 more days go by and I havent heard back so I drive back out. They agree to fix and I come back the next day, but its still not working. Now they tell me I need a new camera. (Everything was fine prior to battery replacement) I leave the phone, they say its going to be done same day, but when I return they said there is now a failure in the one and they need to order parts thatll take 2 days.A week passes and I havent heard anything and cant get through on the phone, so, Im forced to drive back out. When I get there the supposed person in charge immediately dismissed me telling me to come back in an hr. I tried to explain my frustration and he starts talking over me and interrupting that I just need to come back in an hr. I said that I didnt interrupt him and would appreciate he didnt do that you me, but he kept interrupting me till I had to yell at him to let me finish my sentence. He tells me to leave it hes going to call the police then disappeared in the back?!I go to leave but tell the next customer coming in that they broke my phone and cant tell me whats going on, so be wary of trusting them. Thats when the same person Im charge comes out and tells me again theyre working on it, but when I asked AGAIN what actually happened, he starts talking circles telling me he doesnt know when I dropped it off, why no one returned my calls, that the camera was being fixed and its going to be ready in an hr. He then took a minute to listen when I said that I was told the camera was already fixed and there was some apparent failure. His explanation was that phones are tricky and sometimes the repairs needed after beyond the scope of a shop like theirs and only the electrical engineers at Google can fix it.Irritated and frustrated I wait in the parking lot for them to finish up. As I write this review, I have to get in touch with a different repair shop as now the basic functions arent working correctly. The ONLY positive is that I can get their shoddy repair fixed somewhere else.I paid them to break my phone, received zero communication, and horrible customer srvc

Excellent customer service. My phone had lost its ability to see the screen do to my puppy eating it . They fixed my phone when it was impossible for the mobile carrier to fix it. They restored all my precious sentimental photos the same day I brought the phone in and transferred everything over to my new phone. Very fast and convenient. Every staff member was friendly. I will definitely come to this shop again. They have screen protectors for all my devices and they charge a little bit less than what you would get at the major retailers.

I am very disappointed in the honesty of this place. I called last Saturday for a price for a new battery in my Iphone 6splus. They assured me that they used Apple batteries. So today after I went in to pick up my phone (fixed in 1.25 hours - nice), I asked again to make sure that I had an apple battery. Well now they say it is OEM battery from same manufacturer and the warranty is only 90 days. They already had my money. Now the truth..This is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience with this outfit.My recommendation - find a place that willl tell you the truth.

Ive been in here several times and I have never had a negative word to say. Recently went in to have them look at the charging port of my iPhone and they cleaned it free of charge and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very convenient and friendly service, could not recommend more highly.

The best place to get your phone or tablet fixed.They are a certified Samsumg repair center. So if you cracked your Note 8 and get it repaired here it will reinstate the factory warranty. They also do in warranty repairs at no cost to you. Fast turnaround time.The staff is super knowledgeable about all stuff tech, and the customer service is great!

A little pricey but great service and support.Edit: first experience was good. After about 3 weeks my screen cracked again. I didnt think this would be covered, but decided to call. The person who answered said it should be. I told him I had to drive an hour and he confirmed it would be fine. When I drive up there, they said a screen cracked is never covered. Thats real unfortunate that they had me drive up there to tell me that.

Cant reccomend this place highly enough! Incredibly friendly staff who only charged for the pieces they needed to fix my phone and were very clear about what kinds of labor they would charge me for. Ended up being able to fix my phone without even costing anything! Kept in contact about the status of my phone and were super helpful throughout the whole experience.

They were fast in fixing my samsung s10 took less then 30 minutes and fantastic and friendly and very knowledgeable I will continue to come back in the future great guys thank you so much.

After two other places told me my water-damaged and much beloved pc could not be repaired UBreakiFix cleaned the damage and got it working for an incredibly low cost. They didnt try to up-sell me and guarantee the work for 90 days.

The screen replacement is something that can be done anywhere. Prices may very, but its not a huge process. However, good customer service is NOT something you can get anywhere. Every gentleman I spoke with, was genuinely polite and helpful. Status updates, price match, tips, etc.... They were excellent!!!
