Been reflecting on the great service we got from Jeremy and Rich in Sherwood a few months back. My mom is loving her new adjustable bed and mattress. We are so grateful for the happiness and health benefits that she’s experienced! The knowledgeable recommendations, quality, price, delivery and set-up were all spot on. We’ve been back to see Rich three times now. He always listens to what we’re needing for our family, works with us with what’s in stock and what’s not, and has made some deals with us with what is in when we liked something he didn’t have. He also doesn’t shy away when customers ask about an open bagged mattress. Will definitely keep coming back for our mattress needs.

This is the place to go if youre looking for customer service. Buying a mattress can be an awkward experience for some. You enter the store, meet a stranger who wants to sell you something and then you start getting prone in front of them in your street clothes on the most intimate piece of furniture you own. On top of that, youre trying to remember how each one felt as you bounce around playing musical beds, and trying to memorize the prices along the way. JEREMY KIRK at the Sherwood store took all the awkwardness away with his to-the-point questions of what we wanted. Within minutes, he helped us narrow down our choices while making us feel comfortable about being confused at times. He was patient and knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal and we thank him so much for all his cheerful and sincere helpfulness. Daryl and Carlos, who delivered the mattress were prompt and pleasant. Thank you, BedMart. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from BedMart about a month ago, and I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by the guys at the Sherwood store. Rich did a great job of helping me figure out which mattress would best fit my needs, and he patiently answered all of my (many!) questions. He has a lot of knowledge and he even helped me figure out how to solve the issue of raising the height of my bed while using my current frame/boxspring configuration. And Jeremy did a fantastic job of placing my order and getting me some extras due to the current sale going on (which I was not expecting)! All in all, it was a great experience and Im very happy with my new mattress!

Recently purchased an incredible Tempur-Pedic bed from Bed Mart in Sherwood - The salesman, Rich Kuske was excellent - he was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and knew the products inside out. Thumbs up for sure! Great experience!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Daniel for helping us pick out a bed. I went to Mattress Firm first but when I told them I was only looking for an I cheep bed they lost interest in helping us and just let us wonder. We went to BedMart and Daniel greeted us and had no problem with our budget concerns. He was helpful and most importantly he showed us respect. He’s a good kid and we would buy from him again. The salesman, Rick, was very helpful and not at all pushy. He answered all of the questions my daughter and I had and was very patient with us. He was knowledgeable about the products there and helped fine tune what we were looking for. I have already recommended this location to friends and to talk to rick when they arrive. This is what shopping for everything should be modeled after!

Rick helped us picking out the right mattress. Purchased local mattress manufacturer, very well made and comfortable. Rick took his time explaining each features as well as answering our questions. We now have the bed we like and sleeping well. We would recommend Bed Mart if you are shopping for a new bed!!

Great experience bought a bed

After being told this morning that our mattress would be delivered between 6:00 and 8:30 tonight we finally get a call at 8:45 saying that they have had a rough day and it would be 2HOURS until the truck could get here. Its Sunday night our bed is in the garage and I would habeen happy to pick it up sometime today. It is evident that this company is only interested in taking our money and little else. Just wish I would have known this before forking over close to $2,500.

We had a really great experience purchasing our first nice mattress here (after years of sleeping on cheap hand-me-downs). We decided to purchase a Tempur-pedic, and although it is a little pricier than some of the other models, it was worth it for us. Also, Rich did not just point us straight to the expensive model either; he showed us many different budget-friendly brands as well, but we were hooked on the Tempur-pedic. He was really patient with us as we laid down on at least ten different beds and he answered all of our questions quickly and honestly. He was never pushy on any part of the process and made it all easy-to-understand and enjoyable.We also got a hold of some really good Labor Day sales, as well as some additional items (mattress protector, pillow) that Rich threw in for free! Overall, it was a good shopping experience and we would definitely recommend this location. I am excited to see how we feel about the bed.

Excellent customer service by Jeremy.

Very poor customer service from one member of this staff. Someone either hates his job or hates selling mattresses -or both. However dont let this dissuade you from other bedmart stores as we ended up buying a bed from a different bedmart with great customer service.

Rich was the only employee on staff the day we visited. We were convinced we wanted a sleep number bed. We stopped in just to check out the serta icomfort hybrid bed. Rich made sure all our questions were answered. We left and went to the sleep number store. It was a no brainer. We went back and Rich went above and beyond to make us happy and get the bed of our dreams! Thank you Rich. You surely deserve a raise, in our book. There was never any pressure from him. Top notch customer service. We will recommend this store and Rich. We actually have a store that is much closer to us, but customer service is what it all came down to. Good job Rich!! A++
