This Verizon store provides shockingly poor service. Every time I go in to the store the reps dont know the promotions that are ongoing, they give bad information, and more often than not, they simply tell me to call Verizon instead of helping me with problems I may be facing at that time. It seems like they genuinely are attempting to discourage business in the store.
Stay away. Verizon like to nickel and dime you. They are charging me 50$ for reconnecting fee. I can barely pay my contract do to the shutdown. Which they dont care. Its just profit for them. I have two months on my contract.
I walked in to the store and they sent me back because I didnt have an appointment, when I came back with an appointment they told me they dont take appointment on Friday?? even though Christian set it up for me. They have no respect for peoples time and effort, they think they are entitled, I am canceling my family plan with 5 lines

If you need anything that involves Verizon check out the Shoreline store and ask for Radek. He speaks in laymen’s terms, his patience is infinite and his knowledge of the system and “toys” is amazing. I was born when party lines and rotary phones were the rage; so it takes me awhile to figure out the technology. Radek spent nearly 2 hours going over (and going over) the terms of my new plan. It was so refreshing to be treated with respect and not someone with a vacuum between her ears. Verizon should clone Radek to have him man the customer service department at Verizon.com
Device dropped service and had issues connecting, Computer lagging returnedafter one day. Customer service was very Good in store and I may look into service at some point when the network expands.

Went in to ask a question about upgrading to a new post I went to phone to show him what I was seeing and then after he explained the actual answer I wanted he returned my iPad and said have a nice day. Store associate was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I didnt realize that you needed to make an appointment due to covid, but she slipped me in between appointments and dealt with my problem very efficiently.
Staff was super easy, patient, and kind. Sometimes I feel like my questions are so basic, but they were all welcomed. Each answer was clear and informative. The Manager and Employees at this location are amazing! I unfortunately dont remember the name of the employee who helped me, after 5 days of fighting with the app and calling in trying to complete a purchase and having it be refunded or placed on hold. Long time customer, hands down best experience ever!! Nothing but excellent service from the moment walking thru the door to follow up after the sale. This is how business relationships should be!! They are personal. We added a line, upgraded a phone, and ported a number to the new line. Andrew the Supervisor was extremely patience, super informative, and very helpful with explaining the expected charges to my 20 year old grandson and daughter. My grandson was impressed- thanked the guys for their customer service and staying late to help. Even though my grandson had to go back a second trip, they completed the transaction activated the second phone, and was given through information on how to port the number. Andrew followed thru every step of the way, even after the initial 2Sales. Porting of number was seamless and quick. A+++++++++ ANDREW would be a mentor of the experience that every customer should have. Best decision to leave the competitor. Thanks Andrew!!

Went to the store to have our sons phone replaced. Sales people were not helpful and made the process take too long. Our son had tried earlier in the day and after a long time with him told him he couldnt replace his phone, a phone that doesnt hold its charge and for which we had been paying a service fee. So, we went to the store. They eventually examined the phone and agreed to replace it. Sales person made a show of filling out a request and told us the phone would be delivered the next day.Late next day we called Verizon. That sales person NEVER ordered that phone! These people wasted the time of three people, promised delivery, but did absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service like this is insulting and should never have occurred. The sales person should lose his job. Verizon should take responsibility for his poor service and should take steps to ensure that this never happens again. Im not wasting my breath expecting anything from Verizon.
My Mother went in for quick help to learn how to set up her voicemail, make a call and set ringer volume. She was treated rudely and unprofessionally. Not all disabilities can be seen - she is a disabled senior. With or no disability your clients should be able to come in for something more than the next sale. This is discriminatory and unfair treatment.
No customer service. Walked in, asked to see a smart watch, and got pointed to where they were. No one came and asked if I had questions or asked how I was doing.
Well it didnt take long for me to wait, however the staff there debated on who was going to help me. Finally they decided who was going to help me. I purchased some phones online and the other rep was,put it on my name. Not professional at all. I start to ask questions and i was advised to call customer service. I asked why cant you help me? you should be able to see what online did for me. He refused to and proceeded to advise me to call customer service. No initiative to help at all. Will never deal with live persone at Verizonwireless. They are more concern about their sales. Online customers service is the Best.
A HUGE shout out to Nick at the Shoreline store! We came in with a weird message that had shut down my phone. He worked on it, even after realizing I would need a new phone, for longer than we expected, to ensure that I could at least salvage my photos. His efforts and creativity meant so much to us and he certainly represented Verizon with class!

Employee difficult to understand and indifferent to issues with phone purchased there 2 years ago. Seems more geared to new sales. Also was not greeted for a few minutes creating possible possible confusion as to who is next in line.
I got in and out very quickly with a $45 phone and a $50 pay by the month plan. Tia was professional and helpful.While I was there I observed the large manager being rude and condescending to another customer, the phone she had just bought was not working/defective. The manager kept insisting that they DONT sell Defective phones... That didnt matter, her phone was under warranty and should be replaced. They found out her bill was past due, due to timing of automatic paycheck deposits. Instead of treating a long term customer with some respect,,, they treated her very rudely as if having your bill be past due for a week every month was some sort of heinous crime. Telling her, Maam we cant help anyone with a past due balance. You will have to come back after you pay. It wasnt just what they were saying, it is how they were saying it. The manager totally had a condescending attitude. All of his comments to her stunk with his attitude. She tried complaining to another worker but I bet that went nowhere. I tried to catch up with her to at least tell her,,, I heard everything and they were totally rude but she was gone.
I was so disappointed to their service. I recently transfer from AT&T to Verizon, but they don’t care of customers!! I regretted that I changed my carrier. I received Iphone 11 (for my mother) and 11 pro (for myself) but they put wrong SIM card in each phones. So, I asked their help to go the store but they don’t welcome at all!! Even my mother’s iphone 11 has a problem with volume. They are selling defective products. Not kind. Not warm to customers.
Excellent service from Tom Park at Shoreline Verizon. Really appreciated his thorough explanations. I went in w 4 confusions/issues and he patiently walked me through them one by one. For those of us who are technologically challenged it means a lot.
Verizon as a company has pretty poor customer service, but this location has failed me on so many occasions that I wish I could escape this company for my cell phone service entirely. They are generally impatient, derogatory and unkind.

I despise this place. Not once have I been in, served, and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I once went in, poor my name on the wait list, was told it would be half an hour, said, Okay, Ill be back in about half an hour. Returned in 20 minutes and was told I wasnt even put down on the list. So I said, Okay, great, hire much longer do I have to wait now? Again half an hour, so I said, Okay, this time put me on the list, Ill be back in about half an hour. So I returned after half an hour to discover that band has been called while I was gone for 20 minutes, and that I had to put my name back into the list again. At this point I was infuriated. Fine, put my name on the list, and Ill sit on this uncomfortable ottoman thing because, Im not going to wait an entire lists worth of people for a fourth time after this. I said in my getting really pissed off voice.This place is always terrible, but this one took the cake.
This store at Aurora Village in Shoreline is the worst Verizon customer service store I have EVER been in. If they cant sell you extra items that you did not go in for or up your plan they LIE to you and treat you VERY POORLY! This store has lost a customer and I hope other people who read this review decide to either go to another Verizon store or just call Verizon at 611 and work with the customer service people on-line. The on-line folks are always sweet and accommodating. I usually do all of my business with the on-line people but this particular day I had wanted the phone on the same day instead of waiting 2 business days to receive the phone. After the way I was treated at the store I went back to the on-line people and they gave me what I originally had gone to the Verizon store for in the first place without the hassle. I have learned my lesson, even though I will have to wait 2 days for the phone to be delivered I would give my business to a Verizon store that appreciates us as customers then to give this store another penny.
Worst store and worst customer service. I will never come back. Worst management of any Verizon store around. I’ve had multiple issues with them over the years but this really gets me to never come back. Had one thing to buy and it was seven on the dot and they refused me service and I had to stand in the pouring rain. Terrible hours, terrible staff members with rude attitudes over the years, my family and I have been loyal customers over 20 years of Verizon and I can’t believe they let their low class store employees treat their customers like this.

Excellent experience while in the store at about 2:30pm on 11/3/16, I got home to find an email saying that insurance was added. I was not asked if this was ok to add insurance, it was just thrown on my plan. The little man taking names for the wait list is responsible for this fraudulent activity
I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. I went to a store in an attempt to figure out what to do with the phone because of the recall on the phone (due to exploding battery issues). I was treated to a series of passive-aggressive insults. While I do realize that the manufacturer made the recall, as a standard customer I have never purchased a cell phone directly from the manufacturer but through a cell provider. It was quite a surprising experience to go into a cell provider regarding their primary product, cell phones and cellular service, and be insulted regarding seeking assistance from them and not directly from the manufacturer. Im not sure if the employees there receive a commission for sales but it felt as if, because my cell phone it already been sold and they were not going to receive any money on it, I was just a waste of their time. It was a degrading experience.

This shop impressed upon me that they want to NOT have my business. The employees failed to acknowledge my presence throughout the store. Only once I made contact with the 2nd employee, apparently the ast.mgr, was I told that I had to get in queue using a kiosk -- to hopefully get what should be a simple answer to a question regarding a less-than $10 product. I wasnt interested in waiting after I had already waited, so I got the store managers contact information & left, later filing a complaint. I have received good customer service in another Verizon shop just as I have been treated well in other mobile companies stores -- I intend to go elsewhere.
I went here to pay a bill and switch to a new credit card. Paying the bill was simple, however, changing my auto payment credit card was apparently daunting. There were three employees and I was the only customer. None of the staff could help me but the two managers could promptly (and rudely) tell me what they could not do.
I would never recommend going to this store. I am going out of the country for eight months in February, and since there is no Verizon there I was seeking a way to use my phone there until I get back while keeping my account open here. I also wanted to see about how to fix my screen since I dropped it and I have insurance. I walked in and got set up with Nick, who was the most rude person I have ever seen working in customer service, he never smiled, nor greeted us. When he went to help us he didnt say anything, he just stared at us in such a disgusting way until we said something to him, We told him my situation, and went through the options. I asked if there was a way to unlock my phone and put my line on hold until I get back, he said Verizon doesnt offer unlocked phones anymore and that I can only put my line on hold for three months, he then tried to tell me I would have to keep paying for services I wont use, so wasting money for nothing. I asked about cancelling my line until i return and he said I couldnt do that either. So I accepted this and thought Id just get a whole new phone service once Im there. So we move on to the problem of my cracked screen. He gave me a card and told me to call the number and to file a claim with Asurion and that it would cost $30 to fix it the same day. All while giving us the same disgusting look like we were trash, it felt so degrading! So I call Asurion and they said they could not fix my phone, just replace it and I was never told why! They said Id have to pay $200, so I walk back in and thank God I got the sweetest lady to help me, and she should be recognized for her service, she was very patient and kind. I dont remember her name but she wore these very pretty colored contact lenses. She told me to call the place that fixes the phones directly and tell them I have TMP and so I did and they said I need a claim first, so I go back in and the same lady was still nice, and said try to call Asurion again, tell them that Verizon covers all phones for service and repairs starting that day, and if they deny to ask to speak to a manager. So I call gain, and again, and each time the lay just looked at me and smiled and gave me more advice, she then went to the gm who told her Verizon, does indeed, cover service and repair for ALL phones. So then she calls Asurion for me and apparently its all phones except for the one with the edge screens. (I have Samsung Galaxy S8+). Which is weird, Verizon has a sign in their store stating they cover service and repair to all phones, I ready the whole thing and nowhere, even in the fine print did it say that some devices arent covered. So Im basically paying for a service I cant use. Totally false advertisement! Then I call Verizon today, and found out my device actually IS unlocked and I can just put a sim card in it and be done! Not only that but Verizon had no problem suspending my line until I get back to the US. The guy at the store was wrong about everything, and here I am, got everything I needed done except for fixing my phone due to Verizons false advertisement. This was the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, and I will not return to this store, EVER!

Stopped by today to get rid of OneTalk, it doesn’t work and will lose customers for you! Sat at the Store ( Aurora Village) for 20 mins on hold while four employees stood around playing on their phone, apparently unable to help with my problem. At a minimum one of the employees should have made the call and helped resolve the problem. Just piss poor customer service, for which I will not continue to pay.
Super rude and wont give you the total price per month including taxes. I will now deal with Verizon online customer support and service where it takes longer to get the phone I want but at least they are honest about the total cost.
Amazing store! Ive gotten the BEST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED from this store!! The manager Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue that Ive been dealing with for the past year! Ive gone into the LYNNWOOD store and had the MOST AWEFUL EXPERIENCE with the manager Zack Wheeler. What a joke that guy is, they need to get rid of that loser. I cant even believe that Verizon even promoted that guy to a manager! Seriously, this dude looks like he is fresh out of high school.. SMH..

The worst, I mean just THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I call about the new phone coming out person on the phone tells me that I can come in and pre-order the phone and that I missed the first window on the phones also that I wont be able to get the phone until Oct. 19th which is fine I understand. So I get off work at 715 in west seattle and make it to the store but 740, I then walk in and the guy(maybe Kent) in the white shirt is the greeter and is helping someone else so I wait. He finishes with the customer by 755 and approaches me, I then tell him what I am here for he responds with no you want get the phone until late Nov. I dont know why they would tell you that you would get it sooner he also added that I will not be able to be seen tonight as there 3 people ahead of me so I leave. I get to my car and a lady pulls up at 759 walks into the store and is greeted by the same *ucktard but is directed to a chair after he does that he locks the door. So I approach the door and the customers in the store acknowledged me standing their but not one employee did. WHAT A WORTHLESS PLACE THIS STORE IS AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE EVEN WORTH LESS THEN THE WORTHLESS STORE THEY WORK AT. THIS RANT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH VERIZON BUT THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE
Bought a S6 and found out my S4 sim card didnt fit. Came in and the staff gave me a free nano sim card and activated my new phone with my same number! They were fast and didnt try and upsell me anything. I was at another Verizon store and they tried to charge me $25 for the sim card these guys gave to me for free. Very fast and friendly.
They seemed very friendly a day helpful when signing my mother, my brother, and my self up for a contract. Once we signed that friendly helpfulness dissapeared. There was no follow through on questions. I went I during my lunch to discuss a bill. There were 7 employees in the store and 3 customers including myself. The other two customers were being helped and I was asked to wait. I waited 30 minutes and while waiting I heard 2 employees standing behind the counter talking about a stay at home mom. They talked about what an easy job it is to eat and watch TV all day. I continued to wait. First ally one of them broke away from the concersation... 30 minutes later and asked if I needed help. All that time waiting just to find out he couldnt help me. This is not the first bad exoerience, but one of many. Not sure if this experience is standard for verizon, but it is for the Shoreline store.

Having moved to WA, I was looking for an ISP and unfortunately, didnt have much choice in my area except Frontier and Comcast. After some online research, I chose the lesser of 2 evils, Frontier.Pros:1) Their tech guys are good. The guy that came to install the service appeared knowledgeable and took time to work with me to make sure that the service was up and running. Id several things going on at the same time and had to leave him unattended at times but he did his job and nothing in my home was misplaced.The service went down a week later and Id to call in. The guy on the phone explained to me what he thought was the problem and worked with me to resolve it. It was a welcome difference from some tech services who read from a manual and dont understand a thing you say.Cons:1) They lie; about everything. When I placed the order over the phone, I didnt want to run a credit check but was willing to pay a security deposit instead. When asked when Id be refunded the deposit, I was told 4-6 months with good payment history. Later, their billing told me that its take a year or more to get that money back.The same sales guy gave me an installation window of 6 - 10AM. The tech guy showed up at 10 and said that the actual window was 8AM - 12PM.There was a $5 credit offered if I signed up for auto-pay. When asked when could I sign up, the sales guy said that I could on the same day of the installation. Their billing later told me that Id have to wait until the first bill arrived. I called in on the same day of the installation and they said that theyd set me up for auto-pay; timell tell if thats true.2) They didnt tell me that the FIOS service needs a giant box installed in my apartment. The apartment management wasnt happy about that when I told them. Timell tell if letting Frontier drill holes in my wall will translate to holes in my wallet.3) The cost if on the higher side for the internet speed that Im getting. Therere smaller providers, unfortunately not in my area, who offer faster speeds for the same fee.In a nutshell, dont trust them. Record everything they tell you or get in writing. Keep an eye, or more, on your bill.
