Came in to fixed the front and back of my white iPhone 10. He asked if I wanted the cheaper or more expensive Retina display screen and I told him the cheaper. The total was going to be like $320 and in the end he ended up changing the entire phone (color and everything) and giving me the nicer screen AND a free phone case.I was very happy!!

I went in to get my iPhone repaired and they went above and beyond what I accepted. They fixed my phone for a reasonable rate and gave me extra tips and advice!! Extremely friendly and welcoming personality will be my go to repair shop!

Terrible place don’t go here...I got my phone fixed here, the next day I couldn’t make any phone calls or answer my phone because of my speaker and phone glitching our. I Went in a few days later. He Told me it was my fault and not his fault. And there’s nothing he could do about it.I would give a zero star if I could. I spent $100 to fix my phone and now my phone broken. So I have to spent hundreds to get a new phone. Don’t go here

The owner is knowledgeable, generous, and polite, and works like a watchmaker on phones. His fee for replacing a shattered iPhone screen is half of Apples. The shop is located right where Greenwood swoops East into Shoreline, so also really convenient.

Been going here for about two years or so. Mo is the best in the west, a true guru of phones. I have had him repair several phones, have purchased refurbished phones and he backs up his products unequivocally. I have referred numerous friends to him and all of them concur with this assessment. Dont take a chance on an untested entity. I trust him implicitly. So will you.

I dropped my white Sony Experia Z1 and broke the touch screen despite the glass screen protector. This place was was closest to my home. They had the same used phone but black with brocken back cover. For $120 they said they can repair it, just my phone is going to be black except the back cover. I agreed. When they finished the white back cover was scratched at the top just above camera eye and going most all the top side, probably where they pry it off my phone, as if they did not know that you have to heat it to certain temp before removing!? Scratch was visible from 20 feet away. I still paid them(no receipt, $120 no tax) since the owner said that everything is going to work if not better since the phone they used is newer than mine. 2 weeks later I was using my phone in the rain(Xperia Z1 is water proof) and the next day i noticed that my phone was not as fast and some apps did not work and upon further exam I noticed that camera eye has fogged up and back cower was pealing off. I went back to them. They(the owner) said; what do you want, it worked when we finished it did not want to try to repair it and claimed that was I who broke the phone.This was not the firs time I did business with them(2 years or so ago I bought used phone with them, which I regretted since I was tricked into believing that is the best prize for the phone(on sale), but when I checked craigslist couple days later I realized I could have gotten the phone for half what I paid them)but most certainly is the last!These people are crooks, dont do any kind of business with them!!!
