Ever since sprint merged with T-Mobile my service has been terrible! They have been charging me full price this entire time. I was told they were merging towers and it never got resolved....now they are saying they are updating and it will not be ready until Nov. Instore cashiers have been useless...after months of a known issue and charging me full price they tell me to get a boost box that will arrive in a couple of days...mean while my bill is due and I am one very unsatisfied customer...oh and wen I updated the SIM card it got even worse...****As if this couldn’t get anymore frustrating I have now been on the phone for almost an hours and have had issues getting my issue resolved...****

Dealt with a csr named Anna and she went above and beyond to help us. Patient, kind, understanding and helpful. Definitely worth going to!

First time at this location (came in for a phone upgrade), but very capable, deft help, very accommodating, and very responsive to questions, concerns, and creative with opportunities. Priscilla was excellent, and ably backed up by her colleagues there. Ill be back!

Best experience I ever received from Sprint/as former Sprint customer. The ladies running this locale run a tight ship, extremely knowledgeable, helpful!

Location temporarily CLOSED. Google Maps states it is open however when going there it is all barbed up and has a paper sign that says closed for remodel. Alludes to them being open in August however it is now October. I went at 1 p.m. so well within the stated hours of being open.It is now a T-Mobile store since T-Mobile bought Sprint.I have suggested to Google that the hours reflect the temporary closure however they will not change them.

Went to the Sprint Store this morning for cell phones for my family and I. The sales representative, was extremely professional and easily accommodated all our needs in minimal time. He was straight to the point, informative, and generally just a great guy to talk to which enhanced our purchase experience. Management should be proud! Thanks sprint and keep up the great work!

Let me start be saying I have never written a review. I felt I had to write this because our customer service was excellent!! My Husband and I went into Sprint to have our monthly bill combined. We were greeted by Andrei, he was very professional and friendly. He helped us through a complicated process and got us the best rate possible. He was very patient and made sure we would not get any surprise billing. His coworkers were also very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We left feeling well cared for and thankful for the great service!!

Extreme kudos for Hector for tireless and invaluable tech support which has all but vanished from most service provider kiosks. Its become the norm. Customer Service folks generally dont care about your issues. Once in awhile you will get that agent who does, or that waiter or waitress who cares. Today, I was assisted by a kid who just didnt care. His attitude was so cavalier. I wasnt complainong or getting upset, just had an issue with my brand new Galaxy Watch. You know, itd be nice if when you are given misinformation by a company or had to spend 2 hours on the phone with technical support, the least the agent in front of you could do was apologize on behalf of the company. I mean, just acknowledge that the situation sucks and lets see if we can get it resolved. Nope. Nothing. Like I said, its become the norm now. And its just accepted and there doesnt seem to be any accountability or training. And so it goes..

***New management***We entered the store on a busy Saturday afternoon to switch services from Verizon. We were greeted immediately by Andrei, who was very patient in helping us through this ordeal. He also helped my mother, who is not tech-savvy, in transferring her files/settings from her old phone and then setting up direct debit, etc. We understand that this store is under new management - based on our experience, wed be pleased to return here.

Brendan Wright helped us get the new iphone 7 set up for both my wife and I, and he couldnt have been more helpful. He was very clear and made sure we understood what was happening and what we were paying for. The only reason Brendan Wright is getting a one star is because I cant put ZERO! He setup 4 iPhone 7s for my close friends and lied about everything he was doing. He scammed them by adding two new phone lines with out telling them it was happening. The bill for the following month was $1200 when he said it would only cost them $411per month. He is a pathological lair everything that came out of his mouth were lies. Nobody trust this guy, make sure you are not over paying!

My first time in the shoreline store, breda was very helpful and explained options that I have available to me as well as a few question about my account that I had which I had previously not run into before. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because they were nice and I dont think it is all the worjers fault. I was going to change companys when I was ready to renew but I kept getting drawback to the promise of lower cost. That is a straight up lie. They will promise you the world and they will tell you that the price will be at a certain price and then you get the first bill and it is higher than they said but you figure it is because it is the first then you get the next several bills and it goes up little more to the point you are paying up to 100 more then promises. When I pay my phones off I will not go back ever again. At least the other company tell you up front and dont hide anything. I should have never left Verizon. I will not recommended Sprint to anyone.

The last phone I had from this company I bought protection incurance for my phone. When I called too use it they denied me saying I didnt have it. Fast forward 2 months later my phone breaks worse so I go to purchase a new one. When I go to transfer my plan they tell me I have a protection plan on it. After I had been lied to about what I had payed for. I ask to have my old phone fixed out of horror of the contract that ses they will. I guess at that point it had gotten to damaged so they said it could not be fixed with my coverage anymore. It was a very frustrating situation because I do manual labor so I expect my phone to get dinged. Which is why I got the protection plan. Im sure they could of fixed my old phone but probably chose not to because I was gonna start a new plan. So that ment commission

Never visiting this store again, and I would be wary leaving devices unattended here as the employees obviously cant be trusted not to use your device as they see fit while you are away (note the many other reviews mentioning this employee by name, what a coincidence). He also added several devices to my account (a tablet, two mobile hotspots) which I expressly said that I did not want or need. Found them in my bag when I got home (which he packed up while I was out of the store, my bad for not double checking I guess), again, after telling him that I did not want them. The only reason I still have Sprint is because they were able to rectify the situation on my account over the phone (Carol from Oregon is amazing and actually deserves a five star review), but the store manager didnt seem to care that his employees are using customers phones to post reviews without their consent.Changing star rating from 5 to the more appropriate one star, since apparently zero isnt an option.

We got 2 of the galaxy s8 unlimited Service. To bad it was 3g sevice and i took it in 5 times to the tech and still 3g. Bought a Samsung AT&T pay as you go and side by side the AT&T was faster so we payed to get rid of sprint

Went there to buy hotspot plan, the guy want to charge me extra 25 dollars fee just cause he feel like it and a equipement for 7.50 a month. I called sprint, the guy on the phone sign me up with no fees and give me the equipment for free. dont go there before u call sprint

Friendly staff that helped me out with a bill from years ago, even though I wasnt a customer any longer and was not going to be one ever again they still treated me respectfully and helped me out in a very courteous manner despite knowing I wasnt going to benefit them in any way.

The reason why this Sprint store has so many positive reviews is likely because the employee mentioned will have you review his service on Google and tell you that this is a review for Sprint purposes and feedback for their customer service. This feels pretty scummy as he is probably taking advantage of some older customers who are less technologically literate. While I was working with this particular associate the other people working were making crude jokes and teasing other customers behind their back.Initially when I switched to Sprint I was given a price quote and only once was I actually charged that per month. Most months my bill has been 150% of the quote, sometimes up to 200%, and never consistent. I made the mistake of going into the store 2 hours before they closed and I was never given the opportunity to fully read the contract and fine print because I was told that they wanted to start to close the store, which should have been a huge red flag for me but I just did what they told me to and signed the contracts without reading what I was signing. I ended up going home with items I did not need, and had expressed that to the salesman, but was told my bill would be higher if I did not take the free items and refused to listen when I said that I did not need a tablet because I already had one, or the additional cell phone he was trying to push off as a mobile hot-spot, again another huge red flag that I should have paid attention too.If I could go back in time and change things there is no way that I would have gone to this store knowing how I would be treated or recommend this store to a friend or family member. However if you are still set on choosing Sprint for your cell phone service I would recommend going to the store in Ballard or the corporate store downtown on 5th and Union.
