I thought my brothers iPhone 11 Pro was totally screwed and that we’d have to get him a new phone. Screen and back side of the phone were crazy cracked, frame was bent, entire screen went green. They got his phone looking brand new! And did it within the given estimated time of 3 hours! If I ever break anything again, I’m bringing it back here forsure.

When my phone was broken, Teddy was nice enough to give me a loaner phone while he looked at it. While the issues with my phone werent able to be resolved, Teddy didnt charge me for his time even when I offered. He could have tried to fix the phone (a problem with the logic board), then charged me a lot of money, but he just told me it wouldnt be worth the expense to me. I appreciated his honest and helpful approach.
