I would give this outfit 6 stars if I could. Ive gone in twice now for minor maintenance issues, and both times, I was out of there within 15 minutes. And this is without even making an appointment. Cant say enough about their courteous nature, efficiency, and ease-of-user-experience. I couldnt help but overhear a conservation where the owner literally spent over 10 minutes on the phone walking a customer through how to share a location so that they could send help. Thats pretty impressive, if you ask me.The shop is just enough off the main strip so that parking is never an issue, and the waiting room is always neat and clean, and I think that speaks to their attention to detail and dedication to customer service.In short, I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Went to Robert Tire Sales in Show Low for tire repair on our toy hauler. Highly recommend if you are in need of tire service and if you are in the area! Very pleased with their customer service. They were so easy to deal with compared to other tire shops we’ve had experience with in the area! Will definitely go back for any tire needs while traveling through!

I needed a flat repaired and chose Roberts Tire to do it based on a Facebook review posted last week. I have a Chevy 2500 and big 325/60/20s. No problem, took the truck right in, dismounted and patched that beast right up. Ordered tires on friday dave said he had them leaving on a trip in my motor home thur was told to come in any time monday- thur. Decided to go in wed morning they pulled me right in but no tires didn’t know about me coming poor communication wouldn’t even attempt to call dave to see what happened . ok follow up to this dave took cark of the mistake and i now have a new set of rubber and our trip can start out safe in the morning

In my opinion they are the best in town.They say the are not the cheapest but customer service is their prime priority.However, I went to Discount Tire in Show Low and they quoted me for 2 tires and told me I had to go get a front end alignment done. Well I got a front end alignment and new tires for $10 more then Discount Tire quoted me for just new tires (and NO ALIGNMENT). Everyone in Roberts is extremely friendly I suggest if you are looking for honest work done on your vehicle to go to Roberts.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! The team at Roberts Tires is fast, knowledgable and helpful. They answer their phone on the first call, have a clean, comfortable waiting room and the get you in and out quickly! We had 4 tires put on our travel trailer and it took 18 minutes, we also just had an oil change done on our truck and they were wrapped up in 28 minutes! They really take pride in their customer service and we absolutely appreciate that. Well use them for all of our vehicle and RV maintenance and will definitely recommend them to others... PROS: Some nice crew members including assistant manager.CONS: Ruined the coating on my Alco aluminum wheels during a tire change by using a grime encrusted carpet to lay wheel face down during rubber change. When I pointed this damage out they did not offer any solution.During a rear brake change, ABS sensor was not secured appropriately and ultimately failed while coming down-mountain pass with extreme grades. When notified, the individual who did the brake change on the passenger side refused to take responsibilityDo NOT recommend. #RobertsTiresShowLow

Roberts Tire is the best! I had a special order for my backhoe tires. Roberts found me the best deal, kept in touch throughout the process, received and installed the tires on-site quickly. Then, we had a puncture in one of the tires 15 minutes after we started using the backhoe again. To my surprise, they were out the next morning to repair the tire. I cant say enough about Kelvin the mobile service professional and the rest of the staff at Roberts Tire in Show Low, AZ.

Dave & crew do a top notch job. They treat you fair & are honest in their dealings.

Called for emergency roadside service for showlow location, had a truck trying to get to a train derailment with a piece of equipment called and spoke with dispatch 4 times over a hour and a half span, kept being told they would call me right back and have a truck dispatched, not 1 time did I get a call back. Had to call loves in Joseph city to send a truck out. I let them know everything how much of a urgency this was.

Awesome customer service. Maybe not want to touch my Mercedes or BMW. Thats ok going to be back when I can.

I was approached before I even got inside the door and was asked how I could be helped. I only had a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me they would get right on it after they finished a truck before me. I was nervous as I was driving a new pickup truck. I asked that they use specific methods in the handling of the wheel. They did as I asked and had me fixed in a very short time. What a pleasant experience! I asked for something specific and they were happy to provide. Thanks! I will go there again.

After having a bad experience at Center tire we went to Roberts and what a difference!!! they took care of us within a minute and got us back on the road in no time at almost no cost keep up the good work guys 👍

Have an older motorhome with 16.5 old style coned wheels. Been looking for quite some time for replacement 16 coned wheels. Roberts Tire was able to locate some new ones, bought 7 to replace the old 16.5 ones.Now I can use easy to find 16 tires most anywhere and not have to deal with the hard to find high price 16.5.

I was in Show Low visiting relatives and stopped in to have a tire checked. They found the nail and fixed it correctly. Plugged, took tire of rim, ground the inside of tire and patched from inside. I have been to other shops where they just plug the tire and send you on your way. These guys impressed me with their detail. Thank you.

Fair and Honest is not something you always associate with repair shops, but these are certainly attributes of Roberts Tire. The best place to go for RV or even auto maintenance and repairs in Show Low.

We were out-of-towners (Los Angeles), and we were a little concerned about the condition of our tires for the long drive back. So I looked up tire shops on Google, and the reviews are spot-on. This isnt some grungy little shop hidden away in some corner of nowhere. The entire storefront and work areas are spotlessly clean (see my pics). The parking is super easy as well.The employees were polite, efficient, and *honest*, which is hard to find in LA. After a careful inspection, they informed us that the tires would be ok for another few thousand miles, *and* they didnt charge us a dime.Hard to find places like this nowadays, regardless of business type. HIGHLY recommended.

Have bought multi sets of tires from Bob. I know nothing about tires so I trust Bob to get the right ones for my needs. Prices are fair and he doesnt try to sell you the most expensive. I also rely on this shop for all my oil changes and any mechanical work needed. They completed work at half the cost of the dealer.Every guy there is friendly and respectful to a woman, you dont feel like a victim! I highly recommend Roberts tire to all my friends.

I was having a hell of a day. Got stuck in the mud in pouring rain, there was so much mud it put my tires off balance. Took it in for a re balance, and i got right in, and the service was great.

Went there to have a tire repaired. They jumped right on it and fixed it right away. Pleasant attitudes. They earned my future business.

First I want to say that Dave the manager at the Showlow division help me out tremendously! I have a 36 foot motorhome and needed six tires and he set me up with an exceptional value.. Not impressed with the new management. Assistant manager argumentative on rebalancing my tires. Clips that hold door in place were broke and instead of getting the correct clips from the dealership just trying to make different clips work. Not impressed.

After calling and talking to Bob this past wednesday about truck steer tires for my husbands truck. He told me they were getting some more Continentals in thursday. I asked him to hold 2 of them for my husband that he would be there today, saturday 7/30/16. Well, they went and sold them on us! NOT happy with them . Also they did not bother to tell tell him for tires take off that he could keep them and get up to $80/tire!
