Place was super clean and organized. The employees were nice and helpful. Dishwashers in particular go fast, so you may need to call to check inventory.

Purchased a refrigerator on Tuesday. Sometime during the night it stopped cooling or never got cool enough, not really sure but Wednesday morning everything in freezer was thawed and down in fridge was 60is degrees so everything had to be thrown out. Called them, was told someone would be out between 3-5 to look at it. 4:30 they called and said it would be Friday 3-5, guy shows up at 4:30. Repair guy was really nice. Come to find out the fridge had a bad relay and compressor. Needless to say I returned it thus morning, went to Lowes like I should have done in the first place. I only spent about $100 more on a working fridge..

Customer service was HORRIBLE! Worker there YELLED at my 1 YEAR OLD! For PLAYING with the kids toys they had there! And when he got confronted about it he said his inventory was more important than my children! Yepp they will NEVER get anymore of my business!

Very friendly environment and very nice workers

An employee sold a refrigerator right out from under my elderly father as he was trying to buy it. I wish he had left the store right then and never returned. However, we were desperate, so he bought the other refrigerator for $20.00 more. (They refused to give him the same refrigerator for the same price.) This refrigerator had no control panel and of course did not work once we got home and plugged it in. When he took it back to the store, the rude employees gave my poor dad a hard time about refunding his money on an appliance that was completely nonfunctional. We will never do business here again and hope to help others avoid such horrible customer service and products.

I purchased a refrigerator from here last week. They had an extensive selection, the price was unbeatable and the service was top notch! But get this...the refrigerator I purchased had ZERO damage to it whatsoever. I compared the exact same one at Lowe’s and it was on sale for $1,465. I paid $698 at Skent-N-Dent. Tell me that’s not an amazing deal! Most of the appliances I looked at had little to no damage.Bottom line...shop at Skent-N-Dent!

Great prices on things you get from Sears, home Depot, etc for less. Yes some pieces are a bit more damaged than others but most have little scratches dents.. things that you will see on new appliances in a week.

Customer service is greatly lacking. Went in to buy a washer, dryer, air conditioner and a small refrigerator. Was told they didnt have what I wanted. As I walked around the store I found exactly what I was looking for except I needed an electric dryer. When I brought it up I was told that they had what they had I asked to leave my phone number and would they be able to contact me when they got what I wanted. Was told no Id have to call them every day to see if it came in. These people must have more customers than they need because they sure didnt want my business.

These people are ahhhmazing! Staff went above and beyond so that we could get the stove we wanted. They stayed open half an hour late just for us. They were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. There is a good selection that changes up. I was able to find a new stove here for the price that others were trying to sale used ones for. Highly recommend.

What scratch and dent? When I got my fridge in place, I cant see it anywhere. Saved me a ton of money and very a friendly patient atmosphere too.

Ive been here on two separate occasions. I bought a dishwasher and a stove/oven. It was always quick the people were courteous and the items were brand-new. You could barely see the skin or Dent mark. My items get used a lot and Ive held up great

The wall unit of Microwave and oven fried during Thanksgiving prep and in the 4 months i had the home, I wondered about a double oven that would fit my narrow space of 27 since house was over 40 years old. These guys had a double oven by Maytag that was Stainless Steel to match the other appliances already in place and therefore top choice. Their help was great, unit was installed by my outstanding handyman and I am very happy.Next, ill check on a new electric cook top 30 by 21 and Im thinking theyre my best bet.I only gave them 5 stars since 10 werent an option.

I would highly recommended using skent and dent. The shreveport location has excellent customer service. They connect with each and every customer that comes in. Even if they are on a budget! Devin, who delivered their appliances, was also very helpful and went out of his way to help multiple customers at the same time. He stopped in the middle of his delivery to help customers when they started to get busy. Devin also went and checked his truck to see if he had the stove I was looking for. EVERY single associate did a great job helping me and others around me! Thank all of you very much!!!

Well it is cheaper but dont have it break on you the warranty and getting it repaired is a joke we bought a refrigerator and it quit freezing after a month and the repair man said you got to run a air conditioner to keep the refrigerator working now its been 6 months nothing but trouble out of it they wont even replace under warranty.
