Owner literally engages in childish behavior like arguing and threatening people in Facebook groups and other online platforms. On top of that I’ve ordered from them before for my x3 but will never do so again due to misleading lead times and in-stock out-of-stock schemes they play to get you upset and charge you 20% restocking fee when you cancel your order due to them labeling items wrong.
300 dollar purchase, received the WRONG 600 dollar part. I returned the wrong part and received 300 dollar credit but not the $47 for shipping back their mistake. they said tuff luck. AFTER it was all done they then told me i returned it wrong, therefore they can not pay any return shipping.I asked for a equal $50 discount on future purchase? NO!long story short, it cost me $47 bucks to purchase nothing at warranty killer. I never got the correct part.customer service needs to learn what CSM means.i was not asking for anything above and beyond what i paid for. (well 3 bucks for simple math, but they could of countered to 45)buyer beware!I will be sharing my experience.
I was really skeptical after reading reviews. I think it comes down to knowing and reading what you’re are buying! My buying experience was great. I got updates telling me when they were packing my order and when it had shipped and I got exactly what I ordered! I will do business again.
Just wanted to say the customer service was amazing I’m a YouTuber from central Florida and I have a 2021 canam Xmr 850 and I ordered a single empire slip on exhaust but chose the wrong finish of the pipe that I wanted they fixed it all and made sure I was informed !!!
UPDATE:Highly upset placed and order Tuesday 12/1/20 and paid for 2 day shipping. Even called to make sure my parts would be here Friday 12/4/20. Well here it is Friday and no parts and now I cant get anyone on the phone to tell me what the hold up is. Now Im missing a ride I had planned for Saturday. If I knew I was gonna miss the ride I could have ordered from the dealer. Parts arrived on 12/7/20 and they were the wrong parts I cant get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. Ill delete this and write a better review if the issue is ever resolved. As of now Id give negative starts if I could.
Avoid this vendor, I ordered an expensive part from them. The part did not fit and they wanted to charge me 20% restock fee, obviously I objected. After I shipped the part back I never received a refund. After I contested charge with my credit card they made some BS and said I was at fault. Now I’m out $280+

Purchased a Can Am Maverick X3 Clutch Cover Shield made by Team Alba. No where on the listing did it disclose that the item would be shipped directly by Team Alba. Waited 2 weeks before actually receiving the product since they were just playing the middleman. Should have ordered it directly from Team Alba and saved $74.98. Ive reached out to Warranty Killer 3 times by phone requesting a reimbursement for the difference and 3 emails with not one follow up.
Listen people reviews are the life of a business and if you dont pay attention to the listing details of the part you are ordering it is your own fault not the businesss. I just purchased a part for W.K.P. then I went and looked at the reviews I was nervous due to the shipping reviews they received. I want to be clear about this. My part said it was in stock ready to ship. I received a confirmation of the order within a couple minutes and then received a tracking number by end of business hours same day! I ordered my part on the 13th I just received it today which is the 15th now if that isnt surprisingly fast shipping then I dont know what is! Im an very glad I purchased the part before I read the reviews because had I seen the shipping reviews beforehand I wouldnt have bought thru them. Pay attention to the listing details and you wont be let down! I will definitely be doing business with WKP in the future! Thanks again WKP for the great service!

Terrible company to deal with. Placed order back in June just now, in August, received my order. Had to badger them for any information regarding the order. No one would reply back to emails, Facebook message, Or even answer the phone. When the order was placed the guy helping said the part was in stock at the time and should be shipped the next day. Only until I asked to be reimbursed for part of the total, the extra for faster shipping, or just a discount was my order even worked on. I would give them negative stars if I could and would tell everyone who ask to stay away from this company. So unprofessional if you cant do the job dont have the business!

Ordered a part two weeks ago and still havent received my part. Tried contacting them to cancel the order and they refused. I could have ordered it somewhere else and had it in three days and I only live three and half hours from the company.
I ordered a canam trans that’s was supposed to take a week to get . They sent me an Email stating it would be a month and charged my card $2800 up front . Called them 1 day later to cancel order since I found one from another company delivered in 3 days and they charged me 20% restock fee . Bunch of crooks . I will be disputing with my card company
