Come for a rebalance, was informed on the phone there would be no need for removal of the center support bearing, that was in fact a lie. Beyond telling me brand new greasable u-joints would have to be replaced(obviously assuming I have no idea what I’m talking about) the price tag of nearly 500$ to balance with unnecessary adds on is insane, if you want good business with a fair parts house this is NOT the place to go

The place to go! Dropped the driveshaft to a 1982 Dodge Power wagon off needing a new yolk. This was on Monday. I entered and wasnt there 10 seconds when the man behind the counter identified the shaft as being fron an antique Dodge. Had it ready on Wednesday. Fast and know their stuff. Hope I never have to do business with them again but will be at the top of my list if I need them.

No problems with their work on the driveshaft for my 1970 El Camino. The length was perfect to my specs and the weld to hold my new u-joint on at the rear was the best I have ever seen from a small shop like this - continuous, non-porous, clean and of even thickness.The price was slightly over what we discussed but not so much. The small dents in my 48 year old shaft made balancing a little tougher but it did balance at 2500 shaft RPM.No complaints,Rick

My experience with this company was unbelievable.An employee of mine had driveshaft problem, and asked if I could cover him to bring his truck in to them to fix it. I said sure. He brought it, they called the next day and said it was fixed, I drove over to pay for it.When I got there, I should have already have been on the alert. They were scoffing at a customer who had apparently just left complaining and saying that since they were the only people in town who did the type of repairs he had needed he pretty much had no choice but to deal with them, like it or not. But I wrote that off and went ahead and paid them. When I wrote a check, they went through a big deal about photocopying my drivers license and saying how they could get a conviction for bad checks with that. At the time I was really starting to wonder about these people... did customers often stop payment on their checks for some reason? But, again, I wrote it off. Bad idea as it turns out.As my employee was driving home, the drive shaft they installed became disconnected from the rear of the transmission, caught a crack in the road, spun his truck off the road and through a fence on Hwy 169 and ejected his dog and many of his belongings from the vehicle. Thankfully he was relatively unharmed, but the car and fence were totaled.Their response? I kid you not: Not our problem. It was working when it left here. No refunds.In my experience, you are taking your very life in your hands by allowing them to service your vehicle. Even if they ARE the only people in town to do it, is it really worth it? I will definitely find someone else, even if I have to travel.
