I had placed an order online, and when I went in to pick up, I realized it wasnt set to be picked up till the next day. The employee set immediately to getting everything gathered up for me, including 2 items being delivered from another store in less than 30 minutes because they didnt have it in stock. The customer service was absolutely incredible and I will be taking all further parts needs to this Napa auto parts. Thank you!

Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Thats as far as the good goes. This is about the saddest NAPA Ive ever stepped in, and if anything, these guys need to get the know how to take some bleach to a bathroom. Stay away from the bathroom! The outside looks rundown, the inside is old, unorganized, items laid all about. There are better shops nearby.

I came to this store thinking mistakenly that NAPA was the place for quality parts and decent service. I was sorely mistaken.I have a custom-built motor home with a very complex and expensive electrical system. I wanted a custom disconnect for a spare battery, and came there to have it made. They wanted nearly $100 for 6 of cable, four lugs and the disconnect, but I figured it was worth the price if it was quality. The FIRST time I was there, what I got home with was a cable with one lug barely attached to a couple strands of the cable, totally unusable. I called ahead to make sure there would be someone there to take care of it when I got back there, and was told (someone rudely) that there would be. So I drove 1/2 hr back to town to bring it in. Was told I would have to come back for it some other time, because they were too busy to fix it then. Ok, left it with them, came back the next day. The THIRD time then that I left with the part what I received was a cable with TWO negative lugs on one side, again, unusable. Called ahead again to see if someone would be able to prioritize fixing the problem. Was told, again rudely, that there would be. Came back, was told AGAIN that they were too busy to deal with me and that I would have to leave it. Ok. Came back the next day and FINALLY got a part that would work after FIVE hours of driving back and forth to town and nearly $100 in materials to get something that I could/should have made myself (if I hadnt been under the false impression that I was dealing with a reputable company). Left a message with the district supervisor, who told me he would relay it to store ownership. No call back, no apology. I will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere. THERE IS NO REASON TO PAY THEIR PRICES FOR THE SERVICE/PARTS YOU GET THERE.
