They stated they checked our tires due to a low tire light inside, however the tire was never taken off nor air out in it. They also stated all fluids have been filled but our washer fluid light came on a day later and we checked it which was not filled. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil or just bypassed the light inside our truck. Will NOT use their service department again.

No experience with Service.Bo Free was a terrific sales person - listened to what I wanted which was initially ordering a custom Hybrid, but finding that custom orders where frozen.There were two Hybrids on the lot, the Limited met my requirements. Service Advisor Christina was a 5 star keeping me informed on the progress of warranty maintenance on my truck, however the maintenance preformed on my truck was not. I had to make a return visit to have preformed maintenance corrected! This is the only reason for the 3 stars. Purchased the truck in 2017 from Ken Z at RT and the guys were great.

I was caught off guard when this tall slinger man looked at my 150 and said there’s the leak in my hose ! But his kindness is what shocked me. I use to own a boat dealership in Shreveport la. And I lost it but service is the KEY in your manager position. Man a ger yes he got it in and I was rolling in 3 hours back on the road with 275,000 miles on my black stallion !! He was not a bohica man. If u follow. Bend over here it comes again. He has that on his desk. Bohica!!!! Thanks Rodney reeves

Paid $80+ for my first oil change. Service writer told me it comes with something called a 100 (or some number) point inspection. I knew I had low pressure in one of my tires when I brought it in but apparently checking for proper inflation isnt included in that inspection (sarcasm). So what did they actually do as an inspection? Well when my customer satifaction survey comes in the mail Ill be sure to let them know.

Janet Haynes is the reason of our extraordinary experience at Roundtree Ford. After spending a few weeks looking for a Mach-E, I finally found one available in Shreveport. I was not sure if the dealer would hold the car as I was an out-of-state buyer. Janet gave me a call in less than 24 hours and was able to secure the car while we made travel arraignments. This dealership service department is wonderful in helping you find a solution to your problem with you our Lincoln vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle to tow behind a motorhome. All resources stated it was towable 4 wheels down but the needed electronics was not there. Another dealer shrugged their shoulders and said buy another car! Rountree service found all it needed was a module update!!! Thanks Rountree!

Great sales & support staff. We were greeted at the door by the general manager who introduced us to the sales rep., Laurie Williams. She went out of her way to help us decide if it was the right vehicle for us. We negotiated a satisfactory deal & drove our new 2021 Ford Edge home. The Financial Manager was gracious, expedient & professional. The car was just off the delivery truck, but when the keys were turned over to us it was clean, serviced & had a full tank of gas. It has only been a week, but we are quite happy with our decision.

Update - The Manager reached out to me and quickly rectified the issue. I was pleased with the service I received.----------------------------------Unfortunately Rountree Ford violated a base principle that makes any business with them in the future out of the question. I was directly lied to about the cost of my repair and then told of I didn’t pay the amount requested I could not have my car back. If anyone from Rountree reads my comments I would welcome any correspondence from a Supervisor to rectify the issue. At this time I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Was told it would take 2 hours to service my car instead it actually took 4 hours. Never took this long to get a oil change and tires rotated. Poor communication after 3 hours passed i finally went to inquire why i was taking so long after going to check on it for about 10 minutes i was told i was next to serviced after another hour i went to follow up again, was told they were wrapping it up. Jamie did give me a $20 discount, it really wasnt worth my time anyway I will try your service center 1 more time if its this terrible again i will use another dealership. Normally i have good experiences here, not perfect but good.

Needed a recall fixed on my wife’s car. Gave em a call and it took no longer than 15 minutes to get us scheduled to come in that same week. They even found additional recalls that needed to be fixed as well. Took 2 days and we were able to pick the car back up. Great service, no complaints from us! Will definitely use again.

Janet, my sales person was Phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about my car to be and went above and beyond for me! Three weeks after the sale of my car, rodents chewed thru some wires and my belt and I called Rountree about it, unfortunately, my warranty didn’t cover rodent damage, but Rountree helped me with my claim, helped me thru the process, and Janet even helped me through this process when this wasn’t her job, she cared what happened and helped me. Most sales people would say “ I sold her the car that’s it”. Janet cares! The service department is amazing! Eager to get me back up and running and keep me updated regularly! I called for an appointment and got one for 11am. Received email confirmation. Arrived at 1050 for appointment and was told i was not in computer. Vehicle was checked in by 11 am for oil change. Checked on vehicle at 1215 to find out it had not been in the shop yet. A mishap had caused a problem. 145 pm check on vehicle, they said they couldnt get me because I was in restroom. Not true, job was finished at 1317 and it took 30 minutes to notify me the vehicle was ready, really. If I didnt already have a maintenance contract with you, probably wouldnt be back. 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. Wow!

The vehicle was lost in service all day for an appointment (Oil Change and recall notice) at 0730hrs. Was told that there was issues with phone system and that all calls were going through Houston call center which was double booking and causing issues. Never received the 50 point inspection of the vehicle (hard copy or digital). This is one of the many reasons why we stopped using Wray Ford and travel the extra 30 min to Rountree. The Recall work that was actually reperformed for the second time, seems to be causing more issues again like it did the first time (performed by Wray Ford) which actually caused tire alignment issues and tire damage causing replacement of tires which cost us addition money to replace. Requesting appt. to check the recall work performed on vehicle. Feel free to call me...you have our number.

I had a great experience here today. They were nice, polite, and courteous. The waiting room was very clean and so was the restrooms. I dropped if off around 9 am and they called me in a few hours and told me it was ready. I thought this was a quick turnaround seeing as they were super busy on a Saturday morning. I wish I would have gotten that complimentary car wash but in their defense it was raining really hard around lunch time. I will use them again for sure.

Dropped my car off Monday afternoon and was told I would at least have a diagnosis by noon the next day. I called late in the afternoon and my car hadnt been diagnosed. I was told I would receive a call before closing and never received a call. Im thinking about picking my car up and going elsewhere . The manager reached to hear my concerns and asked me to call. I did call, received no answer, so I left a voice mail. Its been a few days and no returned call from him.

It was a difficult decision because we and family had bought numerous vehicles in the past from Rountree. Henry Johnson, Albert Stoma, & Ken Shapen have always been excellent to work with as well as becoming friends. We bought the first 2 Shelby GT 500s there. As well as the first Eco boost. We were even customers when it was Champion Ford. However, when trying to get service it was a nightmare. The straw that broke the camels back was my F 150 needed a new hose under warranty. Even though Albert and I showed in the Ford owners manual where it was covered. Service refused to repair.In 2018 we brought our truck in for a service prior to a long trip to CA. I discovered the next week the oil had not been changed as reported nor the air filter. And on the way to CA our truck broke down in Mew Mexico. We made it to Phoenix to Earnhardt Ford. Despite just servicing to have new plugs changed, they found the plugs had not been changed and one of the boots was ripped causing a short circuit. I still carry it in my truck as a reminder.We even bought our Lincoln Navigator there but take it to Another dealer for its covered for service.I may buy another vehicle from Albert but do not plan on ever using your service department again. Hopefully, you will pass this on to your manager and may be even Ford.I wish you luck in your future endeavors and hope that one day things might change at Rountree service for the better.And quote:Whats right about America is that although we have a mess of problems, we have great capacity - intellect and resources - to do some thing about them.Henry FordInterestingly, after I sent this, Jamie has not responded.

My oil pan nut is so tight because the last time it was changed by y’all the mechanic used an impact drill to put my nut back on and over tightened.. so I was going to change oil myself but could not het the nut off.. so I brought to y’all today at 12:30pm central time. I was told 1:30 hour wait. After 2 hours I asked and was told mine should be next. After :30 more minutes I asked again and by that time had to go to be at a meeting… this was 2:30 hours of wasted time. The service attendees seemed helpless and lost… they kept explaining out of stock and understaffed… in the end was just a bad experience and I’m not sure how many others experience was going but I don’t think I was the only dissatisfied customer

Dont bother making an appointment with the service department. Walkins will be put ahead of you, even if youre waiting for your vehicle. An oil change shouldnt take over an hour and 45 minutes. Everyone else is gone leaving me the only person in the waiting area. When I asked for my vehicle, I was told its on the rack and should be ready in 15 minutes. In other words, they went back and started on it when I went and asked what the delay is. Wont be back here!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and service for two recall notices. When I arrived at the dealership, 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, the assistant service manager informed me that they only schedule one of the two recall notices for a specific day, and it’s an all day event.I was told the oil change and second recall would take no more than 2-3 hours, and I would get a call when my vehicle was ready.6 hours later I had to call them; I was told my vehicle was ready, and when I asked if the oil change AND recall had been taken care of, the service advisor said he wasn’t told about a recall, and they would take an additional hour to complete.Needless to say, I left the dealership without either recall taken care of, and I will never return to this dealership, for ANY reason!!VERY POOR customer service and communication!!

Our salesman Kenneth was really great to work with. No pressure at all, he asked what we were looking for and if we had a budget or payments in mind and only showed us trucks in our price range. He didn’t try to over sell us or talk us into something we didn’t want. We shopped around and had a list of trucks that we liked and came back to talk to Kenneth again later in the day. We came to an agreeable price on a truck that my brother liked. He is very happy with his new truck. So go to Rountree and ask for Kenneth from New York and if you need help getting out of an escape room, he can help you with that too!

My wife actually brought her Explorer in because she had low pressure in one of her tires. You were able to patch the tire as it had a rather large nail in it. She did have to wait quite a while but there were a lot of customers needing assistance that day. Josh Bass helped her and she was well satisfied with the service.

First off, person on the phone at first was giving incorrect information saying the process was to replace the airbag took 15 mins. Got there and was informed it was three plus days. Not a big deal but whoever is answering the phone is giving out bad information. When i dropped it off the lady was rude and said they were out of the parts then magically they had all the parts? Then on Friday i had To call and they said it was ready. They couldn’t even call me to let me know my vehicle was ready? Would not recommend.

If I could give this service department a negative star rating I would! My vehicle was dropped off on Monday at my scheduled appointment. I was told it would be 2-3 days. After the third day I called to check on the status. I was told they could not give me an ETA, but would call back in an hour. Two hours later I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back. After holding for 5 minutes they hung up on me. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the service manager. I left a message that was never returned. I drove to the service department and no one seemed to know about my vehicle. They finally found it, and when they pulled it up…the issue was not repaired!!! I was livid! Unfortunately this is not the first horrible experience I have had with this dealership! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Had a coupon and put that in the service appt info when asked. Put the coupon amt in the comment section. Oil change only. When done was a charge of 70. Told him I put the coupon info in the appt. Thought coupon was about 45.00 so he discounted the ticket. Was a tire rotation on it also. The coupon was actually for 39.52. Didnt need rotation I get that free at discount tires. Not quite on the ball! But it did only take 2 hrs. Have been there on a sat for 4 hrs previously.

I needed the brakes, the backup camera and a door repaired. Dropped off on 4/13 did not get it back until 4/24, always was told that they was backed up and they have not looked at the problems. Called the manager of Rountree for them to start getting the parts ordered and the work done. The door still was not looked at. So I have to bring it back for repair.

So I was headed through from Lake Charles back to Arkansas. My caliper came off my back wheel and I lost all brake fluid. Brought it in Sat afternoon. Josh Bass was the only service advisor working. Even though it was a few hours before close they went and got the needed parts and got to work on it to get me back on the road. This is why I bought a Ford and trust the brand. First of all, I took my 2017 Explorer XLT into the Service Dept for warranty work which was supposed to take 1 hour, according to my service rep, so I decided to wait at the dealership. Wrong! It took 3.5 hours. I had a feeling that it would take longer than 1 hour so I asked the service desk if they would give me a trade in value for my car while I was there. I was just curious as to what they would offer me.Within minutes Mr. Zeiner, a salesman, appeared. I liked him immediately. He was calm, no BS, no pressure and gave me the facts as we went along.There just so happened to be a gorgeous black Explorer XLT SPORT on the lot. We took it for a test drive. OMG, it drove beautifully, way nicer than my 2017 Explorer bec of the rear wheel drive. Crazy smooth!Long story short, I was pleased about my trade in value and ended up buying the car. I never ever thought I would own a black car but that SPORT pkg is stunning in black. No chrome, huge difference in appearance.Huge shout out to Mr. Albert Stoma, the Finance Mgr who made the last hour of my buying experience very pleasant and the finance part is never pleasant, imo. Very honest man and explained things well.My 2017 Explorer was finished 30 minutes before I drove out if there in my new car. Oh well. I love my new SUV. I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Zeiner and Mr. Stoma at Rountree. And thanks to the Sales Mgr for my trade in offer. VERY happy!

Awesome purchase experience in 2018 when I bought my 18 Escape however cant get an email or a call back to let me know what the process is to cash in the remaining balance on my extended warranty since trading the car in at another dealership!!! Ive left messages, sent a texts, and emails.... no response back! When I call, I always get I will have someone from our warranty team give you a call back!Its easy for them to take that money but not as easy in giving it back.

Seriously disappointed in Roundtree Ford.Bought a warranty for the 2013 Ford F-150 i purchased Aug 2020.The passenger side from window regulator stopped working with the window down. Scheduled to drop the vehicle off on a Friday afternoon. Monday I was called and told it would cost me $800+ to get it replaced. I asked about my warranty. They did not have it on file that I purchased a warranty. I advised them the paperwork was in the glove box. Was informed the warranty did not cover the needed repair; it was good for transmission and engine. Told the service technician to put it back together with the window up. Was advised it would be $166. I go Tuesday afternoon to pick it up. The service technician said somthing along the line of we made you a copy of the warranty! Seriously, I have you the warranty paperwork. They didnt have it on file; luckily I kept a copy. My total was over $180; the service technician did not provide me with the total price with tax. I will never, every, ever use Roundtree Ford again. I will ensure to advise my friends and family to avoid Roundtree Ford.

Service department is a joke. Took our truck there on Monday for a simple diagnostic for check engine light. Today is Friday, and still don’t have truck back. The service rep, Jacqueline has told me twice that she would get back within go. Nothing. I will never use them again if I ever get my truck back. My nephew had similar experience. Zero communication from the service advisor. Called several times just to get an update with no answer after leaving voicemails. Asked to have my oil change and not sure if it was even done. Oil change light was still not reset and the sticker on the window was not updated. I’m in the market for a new Ford truck and Rountree will be the last place I look.Rountree use to be my go to for sales and service. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business to Jimmy Granger in Stonewall.

On Saturday, March 20, 2021 my Ford Explorer began acting up. I scheduled an appointment with the service department for Monday, March 22, 2021 at 8AM. I arrived and waited 15-minutes. I spoke with Jacquelyn who read my appointment information and said, Are you ok to leave it for a few days? I said, Sure, but we are going out of town on Friday, so will need to pick it up Thursday evening. She responded, No problem.As of Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 1PM I had not received an update. I called Rountree and was transferred to the service department. I waited, on hold, for 25-minutes before speaking to an advisor. I was then told that my car had not even been looked at and may be in the shop on Thursday. I informed her that I had not been told that information previously. She stated that they have been consistently running 3 to 4 days behind for quite some time. I asked why I had not been told that when I dropped off and she said she didnt know. I also asked why they were still accepting appointments if they were so far behind. She said, It is less of an appointment and more of a scheduled drop off time, which really isnt necessary. I then told her I would follow up with my husband because we needed the vehicle Thursday evening, which I had told Jacquelyn at drop off. She said ok.I called back after talking with my husband and spoke to the operator. I explained to her that I was wanting to come pick up my vehicle but didnt want to wait on hold an additional 25-minutes to speak to someone. She asked who my service advisor was. I told her it was Jacquelyn. She said, Oh. Yeah. Shes gone. It will just ring until someone picks up. She also informed me, You dont need to talk to them if you want to come get it, just come get it.We will not be back for services or to purchase. Jimmy Granger can take it this evening and look at it in the morning. They will get my business from this point forward.
