Beyond pleased with this dealership. From the consistent communication, Deitrich Phillips went above and beyond to fit our car desires. We traveled over 11 hours there and back home to purchase from Landrover of Shreveport, I was extremely hesitant to travel so far and possible not have a car after the long drive. Would like to say how great the girls in the service department did. Jordan and Mary Katherine went out of there way for me in getting my car repaired. It was great to have genuinely nice people looking after us. Would also like to say the young lady that handled my calls and got me to the right location every time also did a tremendous job and went out of her way to be extremely nice (Leela - I am sure I spelled that wrong). I know none of them knew this, but at the time my wife and I brought the car to the dealership we had not had the car but a few months. So it was difficult to then have to put my wifes new to her car that she was so excited to have in the shop. I say all that to say that it was a rough situation for us that was made so much better by the care that was taken of us. Thank you again!
The service at Land Rover Shreveport is great! Christian Crowder is a fantastic salesman! He was not pushy at all, and really explained the car features well. He also reached out to me twice to make sure that I did not have any questions about my car. The other staff members that work there are nice as well. If you are interested in buying a Land Rover, then I recommend coming to this dealership.
I gave it two stars because I while I believe that the girl in the maintenance department is phenomenal I will never even look at another car to buy there after the insult of a trade in they gave me which means they take advantage of people. With all the issues at every single dealership it’s starting to make me rethink the Rover family. And for that two stars is generous. Y’all need to learn from the corporate office

My wife and I had outstanding service while purchasing a car from this Land Rover Dealership. Our salesman went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure we were taken care of. After making the purchase, they took money from their pocket to fix a minor cosmetic issue on the interior of the car. The next day when it was ready, my salesperson drove an hour to pick me up so I could drive it home. All of this was after the sell. They had already made their money. As for the price, they were extremely compatative and extremely fair. We could be happier about our experience at Holmes European Land Rover and Jaguar. Highly Recommend!!!
Although I purchased my Range Rover from Land Rover Jacksonville, I can definitively say that the service at Shreveport is much better than in Jacksonville. Cindy, the service manager, is top-notch with a friendly attitude to match. I have taken my vehicle there twice and each time walked away with pleasant results.
We always have a pleasant experience when we visit Land Rover of Shreveport Service Department. Being in the motor vehicle business myself, I know how important it is to take care of the customer, diagnose the problem, and repair it correctly the first time. Terrible service, terrible ability to make a sale, no ambition to help th customer, and a complete lack of fortitude to ensure the customer gets what they paid for. The maintenance department is God-awful and Im amazed that they have managed to dress themselves consistently this far into their lives.The vehicles are of great quality but the people selling them have no idea how. Waited two weeks to get a vehicle that was already paid for. Please, DO BETTER.
Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Hassle free, AJ was upfront, honest, and had everything prepared and ready for me just as we discussed when I picked up my vehicle. He also went above and beyond by personalizing my visit and having my preferred snack and drink for my ride home. Very impressed! If youre evening thinking about being in a Range Rover I highly recommend you at least have a conversation with AJ, hes others-focused and will do everything he can to make you a fair deal.
Cyndi and Kim in LR Service were terrific. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Very nice and receptive. Warm and helpful. My vehicle was also cleaned and the repairs were professional.
I had the opportunity to work with Deitrich. When I walked into the dealership I was immediately greeted with a smile. Deitrich made my first experience with Land Rover a great one. His willingness to make sure I was comfortable while conducting business was appreciated. Deitrichs down to earth sense of humor and professionalism is a breath of fresh air in the world of car sales. He will be the reason why I return to Land Rover Shreveport in the future.
The worse service ever. After picking up my vehicle after service and being assured the vehicle was in 100% condition, 10 minutes later fuel was pouring from my tank. I was stranded in the middle of the road. Improper maintenance caused the leak. After fixing that issue, I went to pick the vehicle up again and I start hearing a vibration noise. They did not install a clip and allowed a line to rattle. I would think bringing the car to the dealership for servicing I could feel comfortable and know my car was reliable. This is not the case, luckily I will be moving soon and will not have to bring the vehicle back there.
We are ABSOLUTELY delighted and excited about our 2016 Range Rover!! Shashi Shivas customer service was excellent!! He made the purchase that much more enjoyable:)

This was one of the absolute best car buying experiences that I have ever had!!! I wanted to go to my bank but I allowed Zach( general manager) and Shashi (professional sales associate) to see they could beat my banks rate and low and behold they did just that..
Didnt like the salesperson bragged on his self too much didnt even let us look in the car we were looking at to interested in cash better luck in Dallas on our car shopping

Worst experience i have ever recived!!!! I was just looking online and started filling out an online app but did not complete it i got a call shortly after and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and made me an appointment when i got there the guy that helped me was very kind as well but the salesman/new manger was short and not very friendly and i felt as if i wasnt welcome there i was told i would get a call and never did get one i called and was told i would get a call back in 30 mins didnt happen!! I will never go back there!! Worse customer service ive ever had!
Amazing, took in my Range Rover Evoque. NEVER have I had a well organized, hassle-free experience. My Turbocharher had to be replaced within my watranty. I handed them keys, i.d., and insurance. THATS ALL! I didnt pay one dollar. I was instantly given a basic 2017 loaner that the dealership paid for and 3 days later got my car back. It was in great shape and had a dang near detailed appearance. Earned my business for sure! I drive from near Dallas for a reason. To have service advisors greet you with a smile and offer you a snack is really cool! Keep up the good work!
Buyer Beware/ Terrible BrandI have had my vehicle for a little over a year and have only been able to drive it a quarter of this time due to the incompetent services rendered and reliability of the vehicle.Yesterday (Mar 2nd 2017) I recieved my vehicle after 2 1/2 months (Dec 16th 2016) of it being in the shop and it was delivered on a flatbed with a shattered windshield. The service manager was notified and informed the tow truck driver to still drop off the vehicle; not to mention that on one occasion the tow truck driver crashed my vehicle into my garage.Dealings with RANGE ROVER USA and RANGE ROVER Customer Service has given me a negative image of this brand and how they treat their customers.I have a 2015 Range Rover Evoque and it has been to the shop three time within a year. Please beware with buying a vehicle from the RANGE ROVER BRAND. I would hate for someone to go through the same problems of me.-------------------------Krystal,I finally spoke with the General Manager (Luke) and Service Manager today (March 24) only because I called them. They basically told me it was my fault and the vehicle arrived at there shop three months ago with a broken windshield although there is no historic documentation stating this is true. The Service Manager informed Range Rover HQs that he had pictures of the vehicle arriving with a broken windshield although when requests where made to view the pictures by multiple parties close to this matter the Service Manager claimed he deleted them.At this point I feel they are testing my integrity so the only way it seems as if I can resolve this issue is taking Range Rover Shreveport to small claims court.If you really tried to help, I appreciate your assistance but nothing was resolved.-----------------------------------------------Update....I tried reaching out to the Range Rover Corporate office and the General Manager of the dealership.Instead of the General Manager trying to help... he stated he was going to contact my Military Chain of Command... SMDHWhat fantastic customer service. All I wanted them to do was fix my windsheild that the dealership broke. The dealership stated the had goostage of my vehicle being delivered with the windsheild being cracked although yhey refuse to release it to their roadside insurance agency or me.Again... Buyer Beware...
It was time for my yearly maintenance and oil change.I called Land Rover of Shreveport to schedule this appointmentI live in Kilgore Texas and asked they come to Kilgore to pick up my Evoque.That was NO PROBLEM at all they were very happy to pick it up and bring it back.The drivers were extremely courteous and on time.The maintenance check was top notch.....Everything I asked specifically to be checked was checked and then more.....They are the best Land Rover dealership in my opinion and we are very happy with their service and the Land Rover quality.Tommy and Mary PattonKilgore Texas
