Wish I could give them a zero! Very rude lady on the telephone when attempting to sell them a vehicle. She would notlisten to anything you told her. She would only talk loud to you and was very arrogant and unhelpful. She had attitude that was not desirable to want to do business with them and she also only offered half the price of what I received down the street from UAPI.

Overall I appreciate what theyre are doing. Amazing experience for someone who isnt an everydayer mechanic.I do have to say prices arent really that great considering your spending all your time to get what you came for. Id say theyre a 20-25% over most things worth the trip.Although I do say cool experience to make you appreciate the small things in life and to be an imaginative mind.

Went to the Aero drive location today to ask about a Toyota tailgate and front door and the young guy with brown hair and golf shorts helped me and said there were vehicles matching what I was looking for in Alexandria and monroe. After waiting 15 minutes and watching 3 guys in there laughing and not helping anyone I left my number and said just give me a call. The young guy wrote my number and never asked me my name showing he could careless to give me a call or follow-up. Here it is 4 hours later never got a call. Garbage customer service. Thanks got what I was looking for across the street. Keep up the poor service.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS i would - Why you ask? When you go to a place of business and it says it has a 1 year warranty on parts they sell and they have a list on what parts are not covered by warranty on there website and you call ahead of time and ask if they have any side post batteries they say yes they do so you proceed to ask them do you check, test, and clean your batteries? They say yes they do so any one would assume the ones they sell that are labeled as good are good correct? Well it says there are they have a sticker on the batteries that says they have been cleaned tested and ready to install into your vehicle. Well thats just not the case I bought a battery from them for $20 money isnt the concern its the principal of standing behind your word and your products. When I got home with the battery I tested it myself and put it on a charger because it only had 0.7 volts out of a 12 volt battery does that sound like a good healthy battery to you? No it isnt. So I proceeded to call them and inform them on there product and there obvious mistake and mislabeling but they proceed to tell me that the battery isnt covered under warranty? Funny your website says different and a battery isnt on your list of things you sell that arent under warranty so whats the deal? The deal is dont buy batteries or engines or transmissions from them if it is anything you truly need to get to some were dont buy it from them you will be sorry you did they lie thwy deceive and they dont stand behind there word there product or there warranty so becarful who you trust. Just because they say it is good doesnt make it so. Hope no one else has the same problem as I have.

Getting someone on the phone has been a 100% failure rate. I called twice, said i was the third person in line, i held for about 5 minutes then I heard a long beep and then silence, I hung up and called back, the same thing happened again, same recorded message, third in line then beep, i left a message but i seriously doubt i will hear anything back. You used to be able to get a person on the phone when you called and would get taken care of one way or the other.

They seriously need some work on their driveway. Me and my husband just left there and the drive way had so many pot holes it knocked our back end out of line so bad it shredded our tire going down the interstate even though we were going very slowly and carefully when driving up and down it. Ridiculous!!! (They didnt even have the part we needed at that)*******UPDATE******* THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO A 5 STAR REVIEW DUE TO THE FACT. 1) They fixed the driveway 100 % and 2) Adam was extremely helpful in the matter. He went above and beyond to make right on any damages. They will continue to get our loyal buisiness.

I referred a friend and he had a terrible experience. He called for a part on Saturday and a lady named Tara kept him on hold forever and never could tell him if she could find his part. He got tired of holding and came up there. Tara was very rude to him in person as well. By the time he found his part, it was almost closing time. She was in a hurry to close up I guess because she rushed him out of the building. While locking the gate on him, a male employee went into the building with Tara and my friend overheard him say he’d call the police and maybe they would bring the dogs out on him. There were other customers who saw this happen. If I could give less than one star, I would. Management needs to reconsider this employee. Me or my friend will certainly not be back.

I purchased Priscilla AKA Prissy...My 2001 Honda Accord from here about 8 months ago and I absolutely LOVE Her! I drove her to Colorado the same day I bought her and even though I had gotten the warranty they offer since I knew I was going out of town, I didnt need it! Prissy drove PERFECTLY All the way there and back! Shes still driving PERFECTLY now...The only thing I have had to do is replace the battery after someone left my car door open all night lolololThey Are also very friendly! :)The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my one complaint is that they kept suggesting cars instead of letting me look on my own and then I had to Ask to test drive the vehicles! They drive you down the road...Not sure what thats about lololol unless they dont have insurance or something...But like I told the guy showing me the car...I am not going to buy a car I havent driven! DuhhhP.S. He did let me drive myself...You just gotta ask! Lololol lololol lololol

HORRIBLY RAN BUISINESS AND SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! GO TO U AUTO PULL IT OR AERO SALVAGE INSTEAD!!I came in hopes of getting a part for my carthat works, paid 65$ for a starter that they said they already tested i installed it didnt work, so i brought it back they tested it and sure enough it was broken. So they gave me another one that they tested (they just grabbed one off the shelf didnt even look at it) so i installed that one it didnt work, might i add this took place on a Thursday & Friday and they are closed SAT & SUN and i have to work 6am-7pm 6 days a week and they close at 5 and i have no car im catching rides to work, so on Sunday (my only day off) my car still isnt starting so i take the starter to Oreilys to have it tested, the young man there helped me alot and said that the starter works fine its just not the starter for my car so he printed me the part that i need and the part that i had with pictures and everything so ive been without a car for 4 days because of these people because they gave me faulty parts twice in a row. So the next day on Monday im at work and i got to get off early but had to get off at 5 and thats when they close so i called them and asked could somebody please stay another 15 minutes past 5 so i can bring this starter back to yall for another one the lady said oh no we cant stay no 15 minutes after close we gotta go and i said i quote ive been without a car for 5 days now because of yall and you cant stay 15 minutes past closed for me to exchange my part she said what are You trying to exchange i told her my whole situation she said we dont have the part you need look bring the starter back with your receipt tomorrow and we will give you your cash back so i take my starter to get rebuilt which is the exact same ammount of money as the starter they sold me, and i was gonna use the money that they reimbursed me with to pay for the rebuilt one, so now its Tuesday 6th day without a car and again a i have to get off of work to catch a ride all the way to Aero drive to talk to these people. I came in and said hey i called yesterday here to bring this starter back she said whats wrong with it i said wrong starter for my car she looked up the vin number of the car it came off of and said its saying its the right one so i whip out the papers from oreilys stating the serial number on the stater itself was for a different year, she said we dont go by pieces of paper around here we go by the vin number i said the vin number just tells you the year make and model of the body, each individual part has its on serial numbers that state what the part came off of. She says im not gonna argue with you, here LeeAnn you talk to this man and points me to another lady and she says Do You have a receipt proving your getting your stater rebuilt i said no it doesnt work like that you get a reciept when you pay for it after the job is done (what is this gradeschool i need a hallpass to use the restroom) i said listen i called yesterday and i talked to you and you said youd give me my cash back today she said this is what im gonna do, im gonna give you store credit thats good for 6 months i said i dont need store credit, i need a starter for my car she said i quote Well my name is LeeAnn PIPES can i help you with anything else !!!?!??? What the F*@%!! This is there owner treating me like this, jerking me around for 6 days just to give me store credit which i dont have any desire to buy anything from them again, now im screwed 65$ in the whole and still no starter and they dont even have my car in there yard so they have nothing i can buy from them, so they just robbed me basically for 65$ Do yourself a favor go to U Auto pull it or Aero salvage they are much more understanding of problems and customers needs. Ive never heard of such a problems from those places.Where was Hal Pennington when i needed him.
