I have had knowledgeable service staff helping me each time. They are also friendly. I was ready to buy my 4th BMW. Unfamiliarity I be going with something else because I can never seem to get in for service before 10-14 days. This is not practical when there is a significant issue and there are no cars for loan for 6 weeks out.

Marcus (at the service/parts desk) was excellent. There was a young lady sitting next to him who also was incredible. unfortunately I didn’t get her name to mention in this review. I drove from Texas to Shreveport to order a BMW key and they were extremely nice. The atmosphere was so inviting. I almost bought a new car just to have a reason to come back! Lol

Honestly one of the best car buying experiences that our family has ever had! We knew what we wanted, called in and showed up a few minutes later to complete the test drive and the sale. Devin helped us from start to finish, he was patient and didn’t try to push anything on us. We had our two young kids with us, they provided coloring stuff for them and even listened to our son tell MANY stories about what he was coloring. Also loved the treats we got after completing the sale. Finance was super easy and quick, they were able to beat our already pre approved low rate. Orr BMW definitely has our business for our time here in Shreveport! Thanks guys!

If you care for your and your family’s safety, then I highly encourage you to AVOID this dealership. They showed no concern and did not take ownership for the mistakes they made when they serviced my mother’s BMW. She regularly services her car at Orr BMW. She had the service brake light on and had tried to make an appointment at Orr, they did not have any appointments available within the month so my mom drove to the Tyler BMW dealership to service her car. It was a lengthy drive and upon arriving, the Tyler BMW maintenance team told her it was extremely dangerous for her to drive all to Tyler and the reason why it was so dangerous is because the last time she had her car maintenanced at Orr the technicians left her brake bleeding screw loose. Thankfully nothing had happened to my mom or her car since her last servicing at Orr, but I would not trust them with my life or her life. They are absolutely reckless. Please go to another BMW dealership if you can.

I have been ignored at a dealership before, but not here everyone I encountered was friendly from the time I walked in the door. Frank at the customer service desk was friendly & professional. I have been in customer service for 25 years. My demands for excellent customer service are very high to say the least. I also have very little free time between work and family. Not only did Orr BMW exceed my expectations, they showed me that my time(as well as theirs) was very valuable. The initial phone call was very professional. Blake asked all of the right questions and collected all of the information she needed to pass me along to the correct sales member. When the sales associate Bernie Loftin made contact with me he already knew everything I was looking for and where I needed to be financially. They dropped off the car we were interested in and picked up ours that we were trading. After Orr and me were both flexible on price and trade we were able to come to a very fair agreement. The manager assisted in getting me a great interest rate and Tess the finance manager was more than flexible on my warranty price. Although the car was used and not a BMW, the delivery made it seem as if it were new. To sum up my experience, the entire team listened to what I needed and did everything in their power to get me as close to that. The entire process was half the time of previous purchases. I had been to 4 other dealerships in Shreveport before Orr and was extremely disappointed in their lack of training in customer service. Orr will get my business when we are in the market again. If you’re in the market for new or used, go ask for Bernie Loftin at Orr BMW. You won’t ever have to meet a new salesman again!

Orr BMW has never failed to take care of me. When I needed them the most, they took care of me when one of the most traumatic events happened in my life. I had only been working a few months and they still did all they could to help me through my tough time. I have also had the ability to meet people who have the best hearts and want to help not only me, but their customers as well so they have the best service and experience. We dont just sell cars and fix them, we create a relationship with the people we meet an make a family. I love my BMW family and know you will too.

Absolutely incredible experience! I am an Arizona resident who was looking to purchase an ALPINA B7 without paying MSRP. Orr BMW was the only dealership in the nation to respond to my email with a very fair initial purchase price. This offer was so fair that I did not even negotiate. This was a first for me. Upon talking to the dealer, I knew this would be the dealer for me. Super professional, transparent, eager to return calls/answer questions. They custom ordered the car for me and I just took delivery of this special vehicle. The delivery experience was so special and was something you would only get from a dealership that truly cares about every customer. Thank-you Ronny and team! Recently brought my vehicle in for an issue.Cant say enough about Brian in the service dept. He was excellent with a great attitude 👍. Always pleasant and polite with me or my wife.The turnaround time was longer than expected, but due to covid and part ordering its understandable. Vehicle was fixed up and it was washed and cleaned when I picked it up, so thats a bonus. Would definitely recommend

Took our X3 in for scheduled service yesterday and Frank, our service advisor took great care of us. He told us everything that needed to be done to the vehicle before the service was performed and he called to let us know when it was ready. They also washed the car, which was a bonus I wasn’t expecting.Brian Beard in sales also took care of us while we waited. Offering us test a test drive to give us something to do in the meantime.Everyone there was very polite and professional and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW purchase or for service.

The purchase of our BMW X5 this month from Orr BMW was one of the easiest, most pleasant, vehicle purchases I have ever experienced.Our salesman, Joe Kendall, is such a nice, courteous, and professional person. We ordered the X5 and it was on their lot within thirteen days! We have ordered from other dealerships and it took months for the vehicle to arrive. Joe kept us informed from the time it went into production, to completion, and to the date it was delivered.Greg was so knowledgeable about the X5. He patiently guided me through orientation and features of the vehicle.Everyone is very nice at Orr BMW and I would highly recommend this dealership. Oh yes, I love my X5!!!!

Service department:I have had my car for 3 years and have used them for that length of time. In the three years, I have found Frank and Sarah to be very helpful. They take time with the customers and keep you informed as to whats going on with your car. At no time have I ever felt like they were just trying to sale me something that I really didnt need. Even when my car was out of its factory warranty, I have continued to use this service department.

No one greeted me after 20 minutes on the lot and when I called back later in the day to discuss a high-end car I saw there that I was interested in, the salesman was slow to return my call(s) as promised with info requested. Two weeks later I called again to see if the dealership could find another car like I had specified. He said yes, certainly, but its been over a month...crickets. I suspect a pigmentation issue, unfortunately. I found and bought said car in Dallas last week without them. Paid cash.

I will continue to buy BMW but I will not buy from Orr in Shreveport. The GM and the F&I Manager have both been untruthful through this last 2 car deal. Neither of them have come through on what they agreed. To add to it, my daughter is in Birmingham and her warranty was never registered and they had not even filed for her license plates from back in December. Our salesman, Ronnie, was the only reason we continued to purchase from Orr, now that he is gone, so are we. The service department is awesome though. Perhaps the front office should take some customer satisfaction classes from the back office.

What an amazing experience with Orr BMW! We were looking to trade in a sports car for a smaller car with 4 seats that could be towable behind an RV. I was just driving through the parking lot looking at the different styles of BMWs when Mr. Joe Kendall stop me. Mr. Kendall has a very engaging personality that is very genuine. Mr Kendall actually listen to what I wanted and didnt try to persuade my thinking in another way like most car dealers. Mr Kendall showed me the choices of vehicles to chose from the information I provided to him. After finding a vehicle to my liking I never felt pressure to purchase the vehicle. This review is for the service department, however after dealing with the local BMW dealer in Monroe, I can promise ORR will have my business from now on.Last year I was in the market for a 335i coupe. Unfortunately ORR didnt have one and I picked one up out of state with CPO. Fast forward a year later and the car is making a strange noise. I take it to the BMW dealer in Monroe, LA (Hixson). Turns out, this was a huge mistake. They could not find the problem, but broke a few parts in the process and wanted me to pay to fix their mistake. Meanwhile I still had a car making an obscene noise.I get my car back after many weeks and decide to take it over to ORR. The service manager (Frank), was top notch. He listened to my issues and walked with me outside to replicate the noise. Less than 24 hours later, he called me to let me know the issue was the rear main seal, and it would be a fairly large job. They provided a loaner the day I dropped it off (Something that Hixson also did not do), and told me they would give me a call when it was fixed. A couple of days later, I pick up my car in perfectly fixed condition. I know this is probably how most visits are expected to go, but after dealing with the joke of a service shop in Monroe, it was happy to see someone actually care and do what needed to be done.Most people only write reviews when something goes wrong, however, ORR service dept is top notch and I would not hesitate to take anything of mine back there to be serviced.

My sales experience was mediocre, but the nightmare that followed was an unprecedented experience for me. After turning in my lease, paperwork wasnt properly filed and tags werent turned in by the dealership. Despite numerous calls from myself and now BMW USA on behalf of myself, ORR still cant get things straightened out from their end. This has caused me all sorts of headaches with the state, my insurance company, and my bank as they think I still have a leased vehicle that was turned in over 7 months ago. I drove to Dallas to buy my new BMW. I encourage you to do the same.

Took my car in for a recall they stated that the car needs new rotors on the frint and the brakes and rotors are brand new and were changed 4 days ago before it was dropped off to the dealer, anybody can tell theyre brqnd new and not worn. i called to let them know what happened and I was tild not to go there because the guy that answered didnt know what to respond. Be careful they are theifs and they will rip you off and charge you for labor and parts that your car dont even use

I purchased a brand new x5 2018 in January of this year from Orr bmw the first problem was a rodent was in the dashboard eating up the wires in which they said I had to file a insurance claim in which I was just told that it was five more vehicles that’s been in since my truck was in this was only 28 days after buying the vehicle but I had to file a claim on my insurance which I am very upset about the second time all the lights on dashboard was lighting up and the service department says they couldn’t find anything wrong but kept it over a week now 7 months later I get another problem saying tpm malfunction light is on and not only that my car won’t unlock or lock by remote and vehicle will not start unless you hold key against ignition so the solution for them is that my tint is the problem that it needs to be removed and I have to pay for it this is unacceptable I can’t see after seven months of the tint being on the vehicle that all of sudden the signal won’t pick up because of tint I would never purchase another vehicle from Orr bmw and would advise anyone to go out of town instead of getting from Orr bmw like I should have done. Very upset

Ive seen some bad reviews for the Orr BMW service department online, and I have no idea why. Ive been there twice in the nine months Ive lived in Shreveport, and the service has been exactly what I expect from BMW: simply outstanding. I moved here from California, and the BMW dealer there treated me like a king; I actually looked forward to taking my car in for routine maintenance. So, I was a little worried when I read the online reviews for Orr BMW after moving to Louisiana. But I have to say, I have been treated just as well here as I was in California. On both occasions, I got right in, the service was done quickly, and I was treated in a courteous, respectful fashion. While I was told about possibly issues with the car (e.g., a battery that was getting close to needing replacing), I didnt feel like I was being upsold; just informed. So, all in all, I had an extremely positive experience with the Orr BMW service department (specifically April and the guy whose desk is across from hers), and I highly recommend them to you.

Service center is a complete joke! Part of paying the premium price to drive a BMW is customer service! Something as simple a getting an oil change should not take a week to get scheduled. I understand appointments are nice but when the closest service center is located 2 hours from my home and I am going to be in that town for something one would think I could just drop in with my premium priced vehicle and get an oil change done. That could not be further from the truth at ORR BMW of Shreveport! I walk in the service department and ask Franklin Ryland about the oil change and I am told it will be 10 days before they can get to it and the rep (Franklin Ryland) treated me like I was a his child being caught breaking the rules for not making and appointment. When I explained that waiting was not an option that I needed the car the rep tells me in a very unprofessional manner you can go 3000 miles over easy, but if I dont have an option I guess I can fit it in but be ready to wait!Thanks a lot ORR BMW for making your customers feel they made a good decision in spending their hard earned money on a premium model car! I am sure KIA owners are treated with more respect them you guys are treating your customers!

Leased a 335i 2013 bmw, found out a recall issued for airbags Feb 2016, it is Dec 2016 and airbags not fixed on my vehicle. Orr bmw shreveport said that airbags should have been fixed and did not understand why my vehicle had not been, was told by bmw financial the reason may be because that it was still leased to me and that they were going to wait until I turned it in Feb 2017. ..I guess customer safety is not a big issue for them...I will never get another bmw especially from orr bmw shreveport...many other bad experiences from orr bmw shreveport as well...buyers beware especially leasing....
