This company illegally and predatory towed my car after I parked on the side of the road when I got a flat tire. Less than an hour after I left it to take my child to school. I was not on private property nor was it in the road or blocking traffic. Just a old country roads side street ditch. They did a non-consensual towing and past the ten mile limit. Im also sure they must have busted my window because I had the keys and they rummaged through my car and did not contact me. I found my car after I called the cops. Now this illegal two bit hillbilly company wants me to pay over $300 in ransom for my car back. Also keep in mind I am a hard working taxpayer and father of two and this car is my only way to get to work in another city. I am a security officer. Now I am screwed and will loose my job and home because of them.

They have horrid customer service. They will tell you one thing then its another when you get there. Dont use them.

This towing company is a scam and they over charge on towing fees. Im reporting them with city where they have their contract with. Im going to make sure they dont do this to someone else.

Worst experience possible with a towing company. If the state troopers call these guys; tell them no thanks Id rather set my car on fire.Guy shows up refuses to negotiate terms and then tells me he wants $180 cash right now in order to take my vehicle to the collision center. I asked him to meet me at the bank, he says ok. I wait at the bank and the guy never shows up... as if having a wreck wasnt bad enough... dealing with this towing company afterwards made the experience even worse!
