I googled this place after my car was at Pep Boys for 2wks for a auxiliary water pump & Thermostat.. My 1st phone call to this place was welcoming I literally brought them my car 6/7 & it was ready end of business day 6/8. VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY ACCOMMODATING VERY PRECISE just Overall the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had during my hectic time.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the best mechanic shop in town.I had my vehicle as numerous other shops and nobody would do good work on it until I found this place. The people that work there are very kind and generous and have taken care of my vehicles extremely well. I bought a used vehicle and brought it to them so they could diagnose all the issues and they did! I highly recommend them.

Do not listen to the few bad reviews, Ive been going here for a decade. Hes treated my BMW Mercedes-Benz and my Lexus as good as the dealership does. Do not waste all that money at the dealership mechanic because Euro Tech does it for cheaper. Never had a problem

They are more detailed than the car dealership and care about their customers treating them like friends and getting you back on the road. OLD MAN ANSWERING PHONE WILL DO HIS BEST TO RIP YOU OFF!!! Used to be a great place of business. Prices used to be really fair, but now it seems as if they do whatever they can to make money including overpricing on aftermarket parts, fixing what is not broken, and most of all charging for unauthorized diagnostic time. After the man that works in the office gets done ripping you off, you will pay dealership prices. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Used this place. Paid over 500.00 to have a oil leak fixed on my wifes Volvo. Refused to give me a guarantee that it was fixed. Also had a auxiliary plug fixed at an extra 50.00.They used super glue. It had gotten pushed through. They fixed with super glue and left it all messy. And the oil leak wasnt fixed. NEVER USE THEM. Cant give minus stars. Shakey business

I honestly was just cheated out 80 dollars for nothing. they couldnt figure out a bmw problem. dont know why i even paid, sometimes im just too passive in those situations. Its been bothering me all day afterwards so Im going back for a refund tomorrow. if they cant make it up, i cant change my mind about this place. will update on what happens.

I had JUST had a brake line put on 30 mins before having my car towed to his shop. Only for HIM TO CUT THE DAMN BRAKE LINE and SAY HERES ONE OF YOUR PROBLEMS???? I was like NO SIR I just had that line put on mins before having it towed here.Still had the receipt in my pocket. He replied REALLY? Problem wasnt fix. His workers broke my armrest and told him a lie that they didnt do it? (who else could have done it I didnt have to car!) They did order me another BUT I had to actually tell him thats not cool Im bring my car for one problem only to have more problems to be fixed while in your care> end up selling my damn car because he was the only one in town who can really can work on foreign cars.

Had extensive work done on our 1998 BMW which had been in storage after hitting a deer. Eurotechs guys went above and beyond : replacing the hood, repainting and generally getting the low mileage BMW in shape. Eurotechs service was prompt and professional. Also: their bid came in below the quotes we received in south Louisiana. Excellent work. .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE !!! My Jaguar XK needed a simple repair. The problem has already been diagnosed by the dealership. I simply wanted Euroteck to perform the work because everyone knows that other shops are cheaper than the dealership. I kept constantly telling them what I needed done and the old man on the phone constantly kept telling me that they needed the car there to run test to figure out what was wrong. I mean we went back and forth for 12 minutes, he would not give up on trying to play me for a fool. Do NOT take your care here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE !!!

Good service with knowledgeable mechanics

This business is a fraud. They stole $350.78 from me by making a mistake and refusing to take responsibility for it. I brought my mercedes into them in April. Several things were in need of fixing and I gave them the go ahead to fix all the problems-- one of which was a delayed response in my accelerator pedal. I spent almost $2,000.00 on repairs and they had my car for over a week.Two days after picking up my card, I had to return it. They did some work on my oil and had forgotten to put oil back into the car after emptying it. I was upset but tried to be understanding-- they were cheaper than the dealership and everyone makes a mistake now and then. A few days after that, I was driving when my accelerator pedal went out again. Well, I immediately pulled the car over and made an angry call trying to determine HOW and WHY this was also left unfixed after I just paid a very large sum of money to have it fixed. The man I spoke with was very apologetic and said to return the car to be fixed at my next convenience. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town the next day. 3 weeks later after I returned, I brought the car in to be fixed. They then took the time to tell me that although the pedal was analyzed before, they had not actually found anything wrong with the sensor and had not addressed the problem. So, I asked them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. They then called me a few hours later explaining that my sensor was in fact in default and needed to be fixed. This would cost me $350.78. I reluctantly said OK-- fix it. The following day I show up to pick my car up and all of the sudden Your battery is dead and not working-- you need a new one. Excuse me? I have had battery issues in other cars and it isnt something that just ALL OF THE SUDDEN doesnt work-- its a slower onset. Jump the car a few times-- then it wont start-- then oh-- I need a new battery. This seemed all too sketchy. I simply do not understand how my battery went from completely fine to totally broken in a matter or 24 hours under the care of an auto shop. After throwing a bit of a fit and receiving NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION, I pay and leave. I get a block from the shop and OH, my pedal isnt fixed. Still had the massive delay. I turned around, went inside and declared that something needed to be done. I just paid you $350.78 to fix my pedal and it is still broken. They started saying, its the battery-- the pedal wont work till your battery is fixed. After arguing for a bit and getting NO WHERE- I decided these half witted people werent worth my time. Not only did they charge me a great deal of money for a problem they didnt fix-- it also opened a door into a world of wonder. I have been to this car place several times. My family used this place. Looking back, there was always a million things they found wrong-- but I never thought they were cheating us out of money. Until now. After all is said and done, I believe they made a mistake. I dont think the sensor needed to be replaced. I believe they replaced it and did the labor and the issue was still present. Perhaps, this is when they moved on to say the battery was broken. I believe they may have broken my battery themselves-- but I started the car JUST FINE and havent had any battery problems yet. In my eyes, I dont believe I am responsible for paying for their mistake that they arent willing to take credit for. There has been zero effort to make things right and absolutely no logical explanation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE. I was told by a colleague that they cheated her and her family out of several hundred dollars by not fixing what they were supposed to be fixing-- I brushed it off and look at me now. $350.78 later, same problem. NOTHING WAS FIXED and now I need a new battery. To avoid problems like mine and finding yourself out hundreds of dollars without your problem being fixed—do not bring your car to Euroteck.

Their expertise and attention to detail has dropped off dramatically. The prices are no longer a bargain and their customer service is nonexistent when it comes down to being courteous and respectful. It was less money for me to get my problem fixed at the dealership then at this place and that’s saying a lot, (of course that doesn’t apply with the “Homes” dealerships because they are more expensive than any Beverly Hills repair shop). Do yourself a favor save yourself a lot of hassle and headache and choose another mechanic.
