I was skeptical when Mr. Al Tate told me to come in, my car had no air and it was hot, I had been disappointed recently at car dealerships so I was really hesitant but I went on. I remember telling Mr. Tate, dont have me coming down there for nothing, ha ha. Mr. Tate was wonderful and very understanding, we did paperwork, he made me feel very comfortable, he left and went outside, I was going to get my lunch and eat in my car when we bumped into each other, he took to look at what he said was my car. I smiled and said well see, Mr. Tate offered me to test drive it, my response was, I dont want test drive anything and get my hopes up, he smiled at me and said okay, I understand. He went over the features of the car with me and I am still saying to myself, dont get excited yet. We went back into his office, he did his thing and I waited, he left out again for a minute then to my surprise the finance manager came in and said Congratulations Ms. Little on your new car. I felt grown then, it has been a minute since I felt as if I was worthy and able. Jon did an inspection on the vehicle when it arrived. He found an issue and quickly told me the situation. Based on this information, I decided not to purchase that vehicle. Jon worked hard to find me a different vehicle, it arrived quickly. The vehicle passed Jons inspection and I love it! Again, ask for Jon he will take care of you, and look out for you! Never really thought about purchasing a car from Enterprise but I have to say I was very impressed with the car inventory and the customer service. The whole process was pain free, I got the SUV I wanted at a great price and my salesman, Vincent was amazing! Quincy handled everything over the phone for us. We drove off with a car within 1 1/2 hours of arriving. Quincy was professional and a gentlemen. There are NO surprises when buying. If you know your credit score you can know your interest rate before you walk in the door using their website. The only thing i was not %100 sure on was TT&L. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Enterprise and both times were pressureless. Also, the variety of vehicles is getting better.

I had rented a car from Enterprise and learned that I could buy a vehicle through them. A few days later I was called by a salesperson and they gave me a website to go on to browse vehicles to see what I would be interested in because I was out of town and couldn’t go look myself. I arrived early for my appointment. I was interested in a 2016 Nissan Versa. Very good deal based off my research. I had spoken to Jalen over the phone. He was professional and nice. Once I was seated across from him, I asked if the transfer fee was added to the price of the car after it had been bought, he stated it was an upfront cost. I did not feel comfortable paying 1000 dollars for a test drive so I let him know I was not interested in that car. I was open to any other cars under 10k that they had on their lot, so I stayed. After I informed Jalen that I would like a car under 10K, he told me he would be right back and returned with someone from finance.I forgot their name (Mr. Kim?) but Im sure some of you know how this went. He proceeded to explain/ slightly push for me finance with them or ask my loan company for more money while telling me that I would have a hard time finding a vehicle under 10k. I found that last bit especially funny considering the car I was interested in was under 9000 (including the $1000 transfer fee). HE also tried to discourage me from the versa I went in to inquire about by telling me that my auto loan company might deny the vehicle due to certain stipulations. After I explained to him for the 6th time that I am not interested in paying 2k more for one of their cars on the lot, I was released!2 stars due to their pricing of the cars. From my research it is fair. Im not particularly impressed with the customer service. As a customer I did not feel heard or respected. I also did not like the way that Jalen left the office and tried to ambush me with a person from finance.

Covid 19 caused serious delays transporting the vehicle I selected from the state of Washington to Shreveport La.. Evidently obtaining truck drivers and transports are severely challenged at this time. The sales staff did a poor job communicating the exact delivery date and were very slow and hesitant to return inquiries related to delivery schedules. What should have taken a few days took 3 weeks.Once the vehicle arrived in Shreveport La., the process went extremely well. The vehicle and the dealership experience could not have been smoother. If you are not in a hurry, I think the values are outstanding and the website was easy to navigate to locate vehicles of interest.I am well pleased with the vehicle I selected.

I found my car on Enterprise Car Sales website, looked at the pictures and drove by to see it in person.
