The worst... The most unprofessional service ever...yes I knew I was gonna have to pay more and was prepared to do so but the salesman was so rude and I would never let someone ever talk about my family and for him to assume my family would not help me eating nuts spitting in my face and thinking that I was so poor no man I worked for everything I have was on my job 30 years before this...just rude...maybe I talked to much and was not able to finish a word he was just rude any way worst place ever went to Enterprise... Got a good deal and treated with respect...

Their prices are like a classified national secret. You call to get the price, they refuse to tell you unless you come in. Then you come in and they are rude and absolutely the epitome of the stereotypical used car dealer-pushy and rude. STAY AWAY from them.

I thus far have had a great experience. I live out of town and was worked with very nicely through calls, texts and emails at my request. However, I’ve only had the car for days so I can’t comment of the overall quality but for now it seems like it was a good options and everything went smoothly. The staff was polite and helpful. So I would definitely recommend someone using them or I would definitely use them again for my next purchase.

Its always been said to not trust politicians or used car dealers. However James Chaney, and the crew of Jimmy Granger in Shreveport changed the way I think. James was amazing from the start. He went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. It wasnt the way he started our venture it was how strong he finished that changed the way I think about used car sales. James promised me at the close of the sale that they would fix a minor issue with the front bumper. The first couple of attempts didnt work out very well but he never left me hanging! James stuck by me till the end to keep his word until it was properly fixed. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go talk to James Chaney for his outstanding service from start to finish. And they sold it to me for a above market price even for one in perfect condition! They never returned my tag to my home state DMV costing me over a 100$ in fees. Also because on my last encounter with them I did finally find someone who treated me with a little respect as a former customer and helped me although their last name was Granger so I think the Actual Granger family might operate on a level of appreciation for their customers since it is their business. BUTI feel they need to clean house!I’ve had bad encounters with the women at the Marshall office Rhonda and the receptionist. As well as Randi at the Shreveport office. They’re rude and disrespectful and have no idea how to treat paying customers.I had the worst experience just trying to cancel an extended warranty! When I called the Marshall office the receptionist told me I couldn’t cancel unless it was a total loss or transfer of lien. When I told her I was looking at a contract that said I could cancel at anytime she got an attitude and abruptly put me on hold. When she came back to the phone after asking Rhonda her whole tone changed and she told me to come in and fill the form out. Although she made it a point to tell me I wouldn’t receive any money directly as if that were the only reason I was cancelling.When I went Rhonda handed me a blank form that had none of my information on it and told me to sign it and they would get it done. When I told her I wanted a fax confirmation she got annoyed and had me fill the form out.Proceeded to get the run around for the next month when I inquired about how much would be sent back to my lender and eventually was given Randi as the person to contact in Shreveport.When I finally got in touch with Randi she didn’t ask for any of my info just said it takes 8 weeks and that it’s done through the warranty company. When I pressed harder to get info she put me on hold but before putting me on hold she mumbled”I don’t have time for this” then left me on hold until I got a voicemail.Called back and asked for manager or owner and got a Granger who promptly took my info, checked on my inquiry, called me back twice and got the info I needed in a bout twenty minutes.SOIf Jimmy Granger cleans house and hires a better staff I might refer them but if not I’d never refer someone to their dealership to get the treatment that received from those women!

AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!!! After you purchase the car is when the harassment begins... the sales team was wonderful especially Carlos. He went above and beyond but the finance department have the people from hell. Don’t buy a car from here!!!

I got taken by these guys! I test drove a blue car with no front end noise and drive great, then I went in to sign papers, came out and didnt notice the color was now silver. I got in it and turned a curve, and it sounded like they put spokes in my front end! Loud clacks on a turn. We will see how they handle this because I just got it today, and I will be return it and demand the blue one.

This place is full of sharks! They prey on elderly people with good credit, placing them in vehicles that a fixed income cannot afford, and they fluff numbers to get the bank to approve financing. The Shreveport contracted team came to Marshall, TX on a gimmick to gain customers by sending out flyers that are winners of different prizes and then snowball unfortunate citizens.

Total jerks. Got screwed on when car note was due and had to come up with the money day before it was due because the finance company called us when we were told by them it was extended. Then pretty much gave us the attitude of well we sold you the car get over it your car note is due tomorrow. Cant tell you price untill they run your credit. So I went for one of the promo deals that said I won something. Looked at all the paper work. Fine print didnt say it was drawing for what I won but dealer said it was. It was a lie.

Sooooo....Took my in laws to check out a Buick Encore that was being advertised as a great deal. One of the service reps gave them a call this morning and told them to come on down and check it out. Once we arrived, lo and behold....they dont even have the vehicle on the lot. Whats worse, they tell us that theyve loaned it out to someone who was having their car serviced for an oil change!To say it was a colossal waste of time would be an understatement.Please, do yourself a favor: just go somewhere else to view and purchase your car.

In the beginning my over all experience wasnt bad, but over time I found it VERY difficult to get information from Karen Caniglia. I emailed her today (05/10/2019 the 2nd time in a week) to get payment history her reply to me in all caps was MAILED IT Im not sure who upset her but that is NOT professional! My sales rep James flat out lied & stated all payments would be reported to the credit bureau that has NOT happend! Ive been making payments since Nov 2017 & there is NO record with credit bureau! This is slowly turning into a nightmare & I almost regret doing business here!

Shreveport/Barksdale Location, unprofessional at times because of attitudes, Car salesmen avoid you when they dont want to deal with you, I was waiting 2 months for a license plate and they kept telling me they dont know when it is coming in so they kept giving me temporary extension tags. All they care for are high paying customers, so I dont recommend this place at all and I will never come back.

Then on top of that they tried to keep the down payment after they said we were not approved! Now ivI dealt with Jimmy Granger before when he was in Stonewall and this is not like them normally so someone needs to do some MAJOR housecleaning!
