I brought my F-150 in for service due to hard brake pedal / NO BRAKES. Service Advisor Olivia Tubbs called and told me the vacuum line needs to be replaced wanted to charge me $62.00 for the part and 400.00 for the labor. I bought the part and put it on myself and I knew that was not the issue because that vacuum line was for the 4wheel drive system. I told Miss Tubbs and the service technician before hand that I replaced the Brake Booster, Brake Master Cylinder, and Brake Vacuum Pump. So I called back and asked them to give me a quote and schedule me in to bleed my brakes and bleed the master cylinder no one has called me back. What is sad is that the customer found out the brakes needed to be blead and the Service Technician could not figure that out and told me on the phone that he did not see anything wrong with the vehicle other than the vacuum line which has been replaced and truck still has no brakes. I am still waiting on a call back for that quote and for service to schedule me in for an appointment.
