We had a great experience at Mike Morgan Hyundai a couple of weeks ago. My son needed a car since he got a job, but the used market was overpriced along with the availability of vehicles. We tried two different companies prior to our visit and no deals were good. Frustrated, I decided to go to a dealer to find a good used vehicle.When we arrived we saw that the 2021 Hyundai Accent was cheaper than most of the vehicles we were looking at that were used. We worked with Lance, who was an exceptional sales person and completed the deal along with all paper work in under 2 hours.I hope that everyone that visits experiences the same level of service that we received.

I just love my Hyundai. This is my third vehicle in the last 12+ years and Ive only had to do general maintenance on all three vehicles or Factory recalls. With that comes dealing with the service department over the same years. I can say with complete confidence that the Service Department at this time is the most efficient, most knowledgeable, and best customer service that Ive experienced over the years. Mr. RJ always takes good care of me and I feel that he is the one that has made the difference.

I bought a brand new Sante Fe from this dealer ship, discovered it had no floor mats in it, I contacted my sales man several times and he said I could purchase some, I have purchased Chevy- Dodge- Plymouth- Pontiac- Chrysler- Lexus, Jeep, Toyota to name a few and NEVER have I ever purchased a new vehichle that Did not have floor mats installed in a Brand New car -- I paid a lot for this vehicle and I would never buy another Hundai product because of this issue -- we also owned a 2008 Hundai Tucson and it had FLOOR mats -- and it was a lower priced vehichle, can you make me understand why your company or a dealership would risk another sale to me or my references to friends and family over a set of floor mats ?I emailed the corporate office about this issue and they refer me back to the dealership I bought from which has been a dead end.The salesman was so eager to sell me the car but not to make me happy after the sale. I had to idea the car did not have floor mats, as they took the car to clean it up before I drove it home and I noticed it when I cleaned the car the first time. Had I know that they would do this I would have taken the FLOOR MATS out of the Jeep I traded to them . I am talking not talking about the rubber floor mats I can buy them at Wal Mart, I am talking about the carpet ones that usually has a clip they clip to.ThanksFreda Cooper

I had gone to buy Hyundai venue, the sales person Randy gave me the lease documents and all but when I was about to sign he told me that that car had already been booked for someone else and his boss hadn’t marked it sold although that car had to come in next 2 weeks to the dealership. He told me he has an elantra available, I took the test drive at 6pm and told him that I’ll sign the papers the next day in the morning as it was late to get approved from the bank. I had fixed an appointment of 1pm the next day but at 10am I got the message that someone else got the car. My experience with Hyundai and Randy in particular has been really frustrating. Please give it good thought before doing business with this dealership.

RJ was nice but the female in the office with him was not nice. I was expecting to have the issue resolved after 2 weeks. I dropped my car off and remained patient for 2 weeks hoping the issue would be found and fixed. However, after 2 weeks the issue was still not found or fixed. Certainly, I understand that the technician(s) are not free but I am paying them to find and fix the issue not look for the issue and not find it and still charge me. That does not seem fair to me.

I have used Mike Morgan in the past, but this most recent experience was unbelievable. I told Randy we were 40 minutes away but we were interested in the vehicle. He set a time for 3:00pm but I said we could come sooner. When we show up at 2:45 he tells me we are 45 minutes too late as the car I wanted was just sold. That is horrible business and a terrible way to treat who was a loyal customer, until now. I refuse to do any business with anyone at Mike Morgan ever again. And while I know they don’t care, please think long and hard before you use any Mike Morgan dealership. They don’t care about you, they only care about getting their money by any shady means necessary.

I have always been treated with complete respect from a crew that took their time to answer all my questions. They have gained my trust as a group that wasnt looking to get more money from me. I honestly wasnt sure that existed! They checked to make sure if work, that was needed for my car, was under warranty and didnt treat me with any less respect when it was. I am genuinely impressed with the service people from Mike Morgan Hyundai to the degree that I may never own a car from any place else, thats the truth!

I don’t normally share things like this, but some weeks ago, Cindi decided she wanted an SUV. We looked at Kia Tellurides, and quickly found out the prices were inflated with a “Market Adjustment”. (At Orr Kia in Bossier, on the four or five they had in stock, the prices were inflated $15,000.00 or FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, on each one!!! 😡) When she talked to a guy at a Kia dealership in Lake Charles, I believe, he suggested she look at the Hyundai Palisade. I ended up driving on to the lot at Mike Morgan Hyundai, on a rainy Saturday, and Neel Panchal came out to greet me as I drove around the lot. Turns out Mike Morgan doesn’t inflate their prices like the other Hyundai and Kia dealerships between here, Little Rock, Lake Charles, and Dallas. When Neel and I talked about this, he explained the owner of the dealership said he has been doing business in the area for years, he knows a lot of people around here, and he just doesn’t feel like he can do that to people. About two weeks later, we bought a Palisade from Neel. If you’re in the market for a Hyundai, a Genesis, or a used vehicle they have in stock, I highly recommend Neel and the folks at Mike Morgan Hyundai in Shreveport. I’ve had some horrible car buying experiences. This was NOT one of them. In fact, about two weeks later, Neel continues to be easily accessible as he is helping sort out a registration issue with the DMV, involving a personalized plate.

This dealership had our Hyundai Palisade for 30 days and accomplished NOTHING!!! According to a Service Department employee, they have very few workers and COVID hit the Department. From 18 June until the COVID issue, they were on the phone with Hyundai Corporations Service Team and between them...NOTHING!!! LOVE to pay for something I cant use!!

We will NEVER do business with this company again. I bought my car in MARCH and still don’t have my license plates. I sent over my new updated insurance the day after I bought my car. 2 weeks later the salesman called and asked for another copy saying he lost it. A month goes by-still no plates. I call to check on them and they say they need more paperwork, that some was missing. July 10 I get a text saying they need ANOTHER copy of my insurance. At this point I was not nice at all. Not only does the woman argue with me, she does nothing to help. It’s now August 4 and I have no plates. On top of that, I’ve spoken with the county and the DMV and found out that the dealership has yet to send over the paperwork for my plates to be processed. I am blown away by the lack of organization by this company as well as poor customer service. I will be contacting corporate and if I could return the car I would.

The guy that i talked with said to give him 5 minutes to locate my application and he would call me back. Well that was 2 hours ago and im still waiting for my call back. If this is how they do business them im surprised that anyone would want to buy a car from there. Very disappointed in service.

They were TOO BUSY for me. I sat for hours with them working everything out and they found that the Hyundai system had some technical issues. They said they would check on everything first thing the next morning and give me a call to come back; they never did. The two dealers working on my deal did not communicate with one another so the dealer who was there that day had no status on my deal. They just kept pushing me out of the door saying they were busy. I came back some hours later and still they were too busy to help me. They worked with other customers for hours and never did tell me anything. When I sat there waiting for the last hour of business, as they continued working with others, ALL OF A SUDDEN, they find out that Hyundai has to verify somethings and it cant be done until Monday. How convenient! After hours of waiting....never going back to Mike Morgan Hyundai again!

I recently moved to Shreveport a few months ago. My car at the time was giving me trouble and I needed reliable transportation. I had been to two other local car lots and kept getting the run around. My Co worker contacted Randy Mason and he told me that he couldn’t guarantee anything however he would still try to see what he could do. Randy was extremely helpful and actually got me a approved for a brand new car. Then he sent me over to Craig Hill he could tell I was getting overwhelmed and he was extremely helpful in getting all of the financial information situated. I absolutely love my new suv and there customer service and professionalism was well above awesome! Mike Morgan Hyundai,I wanted to share my recent experience with your dealership. On May 27th, 2020 I discovered a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban on Cars.com. I reached out via the website and contacted the dealership website directly. Within a few hours I received an email, text message, and voicemail from David York (Salesman). Within a few conversations and text messages, David advised the Suburban was still available and was sold as is. I asked David about the price and he advised the manager had already marked down the vehicle for the Memorial Day weekend and there was no room for negotiation. I advised I was ok with the price and would like to continue forward with the purchase process.Around 11:37 am (05/27/2020) David told me over the phone that I would need to place a deposit on the vehicle in order to hold it, keeping it from being sold prior to my arrival. I agreed that was fine and then continued with the credit application process. I was sent an email from the finance guy around 1:02 pm, advising I was approved for the sale and we could move forward. Around 2:07 pm I texted David York if there was any update on the completion of the sale. York responded an hour later saying, “Yes, my finance manager is going to call you in a moment”. At 7:00pm I texted again about when the finance manager would contact me. NO RESPONSE that day!!!I could have driven down that evening, from Little Rock, to pick up the vehicle. If they would have responded to my calls and texts. Meanwhile, I have submitted everything needed and had completed everything possible on my end. I had already been told the sale was practically final and I still needed to leave a deposit. At this point, being a single father with three kids, I told David I now would not be able to get the vehicle until after the holiday weekend (06-01-2020). I’d would have like to have picked it up that evening, but they would not respond to texts or phone calls.Friday May 28th, 2020, still no word from the dealership. I noticed at this point according to Experian, they had ran a hard credit on my report with various car lenders. I texted David York at 12:21 pm, advising I still have not had any contact from the finance manger. David York then called me back and began to explain that he spoke with the owner, and they would not hold the vehicle for me, even with a deposit. I asked if I could compete the paperwork remotely and sign upon arrival, pay any down payment, etc. David said he would speak with the owner and call me back. Eventually, David called me back and said after speaking with the owner, they decided they would not do anything to help and they would continue to sale the vehicle to whomever comes over the holiday weekend. David York had already told me, prior to running a hard hit on my credit, I could pay a deposit and hold the vehicle until I responded on 06-01-2020. David said the owner would not allow what they said is the normal practice, of holding a vehicle with a deposit. I was not asking for any discount, agreed to pay whatever money down, agreed to full asking advertised price, and willing to drive 3 hours to pick up the vehicle.David said the vehicle had no interest so far and it would not sale anyway, because of the age and buyers needing great credit to be approved for it. David said don’t worry, I’ll notify you Saturday if it sales. I was not happy but I could not force a dealership to honor their word and do the right thing, so I waited.Saturday May 29th David York texted me at 7:08 pm, “Sorry someone bought the suburban today”. Thank you Mike Morgan Hyundai for wasting my time, lying to me about paying a deposit, putting a hard hit on my credit, and confirming how most already fell about shady car salesman.

BUYER BEWARE: Dont fall for gimmicks and dishonest sales practices.DO NOT ALLOW these people to run your credit before you have an out the door price. This price should include tax,title,license and any documentation fees. If you allow them to run your credit beforehand you will over pay by thousands. Any business that demands they run your credit before you even know the price of the car is doing shady business. They want to run your credit before a test drive so they can know in advance HOW much money to over charge you. You may qualify for a lower interest rate but if youre only concerned about the monthly payment they can and they will manipulate the numbers so they can pocket more of your money. If you qualify at 5% interest rate they might present monthly payment options which reflect 10% interest rate to you at a longer term.If you agree to those figures you could be paying a higher interest rate and guess who pockets the difference between what you qualify for and what YOU agreed to?ASK for a letter of aproval from the financing institution that CLEARLY shows what your credit score is and WHAT the interest rate is. If you dont know simple math they will get you.DO NOT DISCUSS MONTHLY PAYMENT, DO NOT DISCUSS DOWN PAYMENT Until you have an out the door price. BY the way that useless piece of paper they have you sign where you agree to buy or commit to buy IS NOT.A LEGAL CONTRACT,you can tear it up.That little piece of paper WOULD not hold in court.DONT be afraid to take your business elsewhere. Once everything is said and done the sales person is not nice because they like you,theyre only nice to you because theyre making the most money off of you. Extended warranties,GAP insurance,road hazard,key replacement,window etch,window tint,pro packs, stripes and floor mats are another way to inflate the price of the car so you pay more for it and they pocket more money.Look at the website while youre shopping,they tried to sell my wife an SUV for $3000 more than what it was advertised on their website for.The price of the vehicle SHOULD NOT change because of internet price DO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to what you sig thn and fine print. If you see additional charges question them or have them removed.The sales manager,finance manager and used car manager are a BUNCH OF CROOKS!If Youre buying a new car YOU DO NOT need an extended warranty because your new HYUNDAI WILL come with a 10 year or 100,000 mile warranty.If you OVER PAY you will need GAP. GAP insurance is there to protect the dealer not to protect you. You will not be upside down if you pay fair market value. Research your vehicle, options and its price.

We bought 2 Hyundais recently, an Elantra Value Edition & a Tucson Sport Edition. The number of bells & whistles included in the Hyundai models compared to other models is much better and the price points save me thousands of dollars!I just recently traded in Hyundais that had 220,000 miles & 265,000 miles respectively without any engine failures in the 10 - 11 years we owned them. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was concerned about being out among people, but I was more concerned about being without my car when it showed a Check Engine light. So I made an appointment, donned my homemade mask, and went to Mike Morgan Hyundai to have my beloved Elantra cared for. I was pleased and comforted to see that they had made every effort to keep customers safe. I was able to maintain social distancing, and I observed constant cleaning being done by members of the Mike Morgan staff. This mattered to me as much as the care given to my car. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within a reasonable time, and my car is running like a youngster again. When the day comes that I have to replace my 2006 Elantra, Ill replace it with another Hyundai so that I can continue to rely on the good service provided by Mike Morgans Repair people.

This used to be a good dealership. I bought my car here but wasnt quite able to get a deal on my second. The big problem is that they dont carry Genesis anymore.

Excellent service. Ive had bad experiences with dealer service departments in the past, which is why when my A/C went out I took it to a highly recommended shop in town. That was a big mistake and I am so happy we decided to bring it here. Reyna was absolutely wonderful in accommodating my husbands busy military schedule. Thanks all!

Just got my FIRST NEW CAR last Wednesday. Love it!!! It is an 2016 Elantra and it get great gas mileage. I had one of the best sales reps, he helped me get the car that I wanted. I was encouraged to hurry in to take advantage of the year end promotions. It took several hours, tiny car, high payment due to our bad credit. We took the vehicle back and bought more car for a lower price locally. Be prepared to sit all day for the show.

Oil Change a breeze! Appointment time was flexible. They received my car as soon as I pulled up. Answered questions I had and the price was right.My salesperson, Sal, was quite helpful* He made the appointment for me and even checked the car afterwards. I had some concerns about an engine noise, but he worked to allay my fears.

Did not have an good experience at all. Sales person made us “commit” to price just to run numbers. Then when we asked for a different amount the dealership said we “committed” to a previous price and we didn’t even have a full set of numbers yet. Terrible over all experience. Would not recommend.

The most crooked service department you could ever patronize. They find imaginary things wrong and suggest you fix them. The Hyundai Motor Company receives numerous complaints on this dealerships service department. Update 9/2020 the general manager is useless. He should have long ago been shown the door, he allows too much nonsense. The service dept is still horrific. Hyundai makes a great vehicle its just this dealership is no good, the owner is responsible for his employees. The used vehicles are extremely over priced. Use any other Hyundai dealership, you have been warned about Mike Morgan.

My wife took her car in to have the Blue Link services set up. The service advisor gave her a hard time for buying it elsewhere. Then pushed her off on a new hire who did not even have computer login. If this is the standard we can expect at Mike Morgan you can expect to deal with me from now on. My wife will not be pushed around by some pushy opinionated jerk. Customers deserve better. And I assure you my wife deserves better.
