Our sales rep - Christian Crowder - cant say enough good things about this young man - doing absolutely everything 100% right - not surprised at all that he is a sales leader - courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, attentive - all smiles - people with that kind of attitude make or break a customer experience - he hit it out of the park. Christian is such a patient salesman. We drove several different cars until we found the perfect one! He explained in detail about each vehicle and worked really hard at helping us select one! I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone!

Great Saleman

Bought 1st Range Rover and found experiance very delightful. Rhashi was so patient explaining operating procedures to my wife. Only complaint is that I didnt get a Rover cap. 😄😄Brought Rover in for service and their new facilities are outstanding. Our service rep Jordan is the best!! She ordered part and when came in scheduled our appointment when a cancellation occured. Jordan definitely a gemstone in customer service.

I drive into Shreveport from Dallas to both purchase and service my Jaguars. This is the best dealership and Jaguar service department I have ever dealt with. It is well worth the drive to have my cars serviced here.

Drove here from Tyler after reading a good review. (Usually go to Park Place Jaguar in Plano) Had an 11:00 AM. APPT., checked the car into service, got a loaner and went to lunch. Got back about 12:30, asked the status. We were told that she would check on it. No response. Sat in lounge for an hour, asked again, still no response. At 2:00 We asked again, and were told they hadnt gotten to it yetWe asked why make an 11:00am appt.Wait for 3 hrs, with nothing done?We got our keys and left. On our way home now from Park Place Jaguar, issue solved in a timely manner. We will NEVER use Jaguar service in Shreveport again!

Dont take your car there they were suppose to have my radio fixed correctly on my Jaquar..but they didnt fix it right .. then wouldnt fix it ..DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE !!!!!
