I was a loyal customer here for years. I bought a dress for a Christmas party on a Tuesday around 3 pm. Once I Tried it on at home I realized that I did not care for how I looked in it in my lighting at home where the party would be. I was uncomfortable with how tight it was from the beginning but the sales girls were so friendly and encouraging that I hesitantly bought it. I brought it back the next day right after they opened with all the tags attached and everything. They refused to not only give me my money back but not even allow me to exchange it for a different dress. I could have understood this if I had bought it on a Friday or Saturday but I thought this was very sad and not a way to treat a loyal customer. I even contacted the owner personally and they would not make an exception to even just exchange the dress for one that fit me better. Anyway, I have never been back and never will go back. I just got this prompt to leave a review in my email which is why I figured I would.

Very good customer service must I say !!! I came in looking for a black and gold party dress for my birthday. The worker was so friendly. She picked out two dresses for me. One black and the other one was a black and gold rumper dress.I went for that one. I will be back!!!
