I bought glasses from another company two years ago. Cost me $300+! And they have been breaking ever since. Today was the last straw, couldnt be glued any more, just held them together and raced to Vision 4 Less. Arrived ten minutes before close. Dude found me a matching better set of frames for under $50 with a one year warranty! And he did it in five minutes. Very friendly, very professional people. He also set me up with a coupon to come back and get my eyes checked. Obviously I need new glasses lol. But I have a set that will get me through until then and is awesome! V4L you have a new customer!

I was stationed at Barksdale AFB & purchased prescription sunglasses. I then moved to Hawaii and my sunglasses got scratched. Went to V4L years ago and worked with a rep named Erika(tall pretty black female) at the Airline Dr. Bossier store…To my avail I walk in the Youree Dr store a few weeks back and I see Erika….. working there!!! The place was very busy at the time that I went, but managed to get me taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Mrs. Metta was very professional and gave me a great experience. The overall staff were very kind as well. They had two sets of glasses done for me in under 30 minutes at a very fair price. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a very lovely experience. Appreciated how nice & clean the establishment was. Everyone working here was super friendly and wore masks. I had the pleasure of working with Mallory. She was knowledgeable & very kind. She made the process of purchasing my new frames quick and easy. My frames were ready in about 45 minutes which gave me time to grab a bite to eat. First let me say the store was beautiful, I was greeted by Madison! She explained exactly what i should do in a way that was so easy to understand, then when I found my frames I had a seat and waited. I was amazed at how calm the establishment was even though they were “at max capacity” which was also explained very well!! As I waited, I was in awe of how well the team worked together, always there when someone had a question or needed help. Then the manager took control of the door and I was quickly directed to a table with Madison. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in my decision since there is so many, which is good! Madison made me feel very confident in my choice, as I went a little out of my comfort zone and was also quite nervous about my first no-lines. I love them and can see perfectly now! Overall, 10/10 experience. Will be coming back for Madison with the rest of my family!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They are taking all the proper Covid-19 precautions and maintaining a maximum amount of people in the store at once. So bear with them if the ask you to wait in your car, they won’t forget you or let anyone in front of you.Also, they have great deals on frames and lenses no matter if you are self-pay or using insurance. My daughter got the pair she wanted with insurance and a backup pair for free and both were done in under an hour. It was a win-win that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I could not speak highly enough about both the vision clinic and the eye glass shop!This is the place you want to get your vision checked and your new glasses too!

HORRBLE!!! I had been in there 6-8 times and i couldnt get anything done,a few times it was because they were so busy i couldnt wait because i have a second job. The other times the doctor wast in or they closed early, and my voucher from my new employer is just for this location or the other place is just as bad, not the same company . So today i go in at around 9:15 am, guess what? DOCTOR IS ON VACATION!!! I crumpled my paperwork up at put it in their trashcan. I guess my safety prescription glasses cost is just gonna be paid out of my pocket.

We started with eye exams for our 3 girls, ages 11,7,&5. The staff was excellent there and then we headed over to pick out glasses. Francesca helped my oldest find frames that she felt confident and beautiful in. My younger 2 loved picking out their frames. We were there for over 2 hours and not one time did we feel rushed or like we were taking up too much time. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service like we received at Vision 4 less on Shreveport.

Like others have posted, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. Very courteous and professional and genuinely caring about their customers. I highly recommend Vision 4 Less on Youree Drive in Shreveport and will recommend to friends and use them from now on. Same day service for most people and 1 year guarantee with free replacement if glasses break or get scratched.Absolutely fantastic service from Madison. Initially I’d stopped in to just look for frames before my exam the following day. I have a very small head and it takes a long time to find something I like that is in price range and fits.Madison went above and beyond in working with me to find frames. Then we were unable to pull up the discount vision plan I thought I had. So she held the frames for me and suggested I check with Target Optical since it was listed on my plan papers. Long story shorter, my plan had been discontinued and I didn’t find anything at all at Target and no service at Target in helping find frames like here.Use Vision4Less...you won’t be disappointed!Madison, you’re awesome! I give this location one star because of ONE reason, THE MANAGER, Micheal Gauntly(name could be misspelled, but who cares) I have no clue how this man earned a management position, but someone should remove him quickly before he runs this location into the ground. I apologized to the staff when I left for having to work for such a vile human being. I have been buying my sons glasses there for years and have only recently crossed his path, thank goodness! I will NOT be returning. I would rather walk around blind then have to deal with him again!

Rude. Instead of politely welcoming you in, they scream from behind counter. Some places have no conception of good customer service... this is one of them.I had four pairs of frames picked out and was told, after picking them out, that they couldn’t hold them for fifteen minutes while I got eye exam next door.They won’t get my business or money. Take your money to a company who wants to be in business.

The service I received at Vision 4 Less was excellent! I was greeted professionally and made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This was my first time wearing progressive lenses, so they even showed me how to effectively use them. From the time I picked out my frame to when I picked up my prescribed glasses and left the store took about two and a half to 3 hours. I will definitely be returning!!

I visited the Shreveport store on Youree Dr. on 11/06/2019 . Upon entering immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped. Francesca began to assist me and my wife with frame selection. She was very professional and courteous. Also Jessie helped us in fitting . We were told it would be about 4 hrs before they would be ready but after leaving I received a text in 77 minutes saying they were ready . When I picked them up Jessie made sure they fit properly and assured me if I had any issues come back and it would be taken care of . Yes the glasses are nice but the customer service Is not lost at Vision4Less. I have purchased many glasses from them and. Will continue to do so.

Very professional staff. They helped me immediately and gave me space to try on frames. Service was super fast. My first pair was ready after only 20 minutes! My second pair took a bit longer because they were pretty big sunglasses. Both came out perfect. They even fitted the glasses to my face, which was great! And I got both pairs of glasses (including lens upgrades) for less than 1 pair usually costs me!

I took my grand daughter to have her eyes check somewhere else and she really needed glasses like asap, but that place couldnt get them for 14 business days. A friend suggested Vision4Less so I tried them. I got to them at 5pm and by 5:45 we were done and ready to leave with the glasses. I was so pleased with product and customer service I received. I was a customer last week. when I was signed in by the older lady with brown hair I had asked where to look for the glasses for my insurance price range since I have medicaid. She took my card and handed it back, signed me in and showed me the glasses. Then went to sign others in. After I chose my frame and sat down, waiting patiently-as everyone else was extremely nice- I watched her approach someone looking at the higher priced glasses locked up and asked them their name.This customer I know came in AFTER me. She took that customer and helped them and when I went to ask her why she took them first because I know I was in line before them she said someone would call me and I was next. When I was helped I was extremely pleased, and the rest of the service was nice and fast. I am just extremely upset about the way that woman treated me because of my insurance and for that I chose not to purchase my glasses from this location.

They worked closely with me to help me get my new glasses while staying within my budget. Once I picked out my frames and all the measurements were taken to ensure the correct fit I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 hours. Wow! An hour later i received a text letting me know my glasses were ready! Great service, selection and pricing... whats not to love?!

I always take my family to this location. The doctors and staff are nice, as well as the staff in the Vision for Less connected to it. They are reasonably priced and helpful. They are almost always busy, but thats because they do such a great job. Plus they always get you in and out pretty quickly.

You have to wait over 20 minutes to just have them hand you your glasses! Todays group does not have customer service skills.

1 star for the staff being friendly and they do try and help. However, the management is terrible and thats why only 1 star. Staff are overworked and manager is rude. My glasses did not fit my face and gave me an extreme headache. Sunglasses made me dizzy. It took me a long time to get waited on my initial visit, and it was very crowded and noisy. I was not interested in going back through that again. Would rather pay more somewhere else in order to receive better customer service. I called to ask about the return policy and the manager was rude and condescending to me. Had a bad experience at this same store a couple of years ago and promised Id never go back. Hoped things had gotten better, but they dont appear to have. Will NOT be going back.

I got an eye exam and glasses yesterday at Vision4less. I have found my new eye care professionals. Every part of my expereance was excellent. The test they perform, they were kind and skilled. My eye exam was fast and efficient. My prescription is perfect. As far as my glasses, I was taken care of right away, I got a beautiful pair of glasses and they are better than I thought they could be. Jamie hooked these glasses up. While she was attentive to me and my needs, she also helped customers check in. My glasses with all the extras were done in 21 minutes !!! 21 minutes, my last pair of glasses took WEEKS. Vision4less took 21 minutes. Im not going to go into the benifits Im eligible for as far as keeping my new spectacles in tip top shape, theres a slew of them. Thanks everyone at Vision4less yall made my day yesterday and I will brag about yall to anyone that will listen :-)

I recently got new glasses and I’m very pleased with them. I was assisted by a very helpful and knowledgeable young lady. She took my information and measurements, resulting in a perfect pair of glasses. I didn’t need to have any adjustments after being made.I was told that glasses would be ready in two hours, but it was only 31 minutes! I was really impressed at how quickly I was able to pick my new glasses up.I will be going back for my next pair of glasses.

Great, quick, service. My son got two pair of nice glasses at a discounted price and they even asked if there were any more discounts they could give us. Like educators, military...We got an additional discount and both pair were done it about 30 min. on a Saturday. Very impressed!!!

Excellent experience overall. Family fun day at the eye doctor and getting new glasses all around. 8 pairs total. 5 pairs were ready and fitted before we finished ordering the last pair. Went Vision 4 Less on Youree Blvd 28 Dec 2017 and was awesome experience. Did a walk appointment to Dr. Kelly for eye exam and then bought glases. Went in at 9am was out by 930. The staff in both sections were great highly recommend you go there.

Overall experience was beyond great, staff were friendly and actually listened to my concerns/wishes and the glasses i got are well fitted and lenses are secured nice and tight, way better than stanton optical
