Had a RX called in by my doctor and days passed with the CVS app saying it still wasn’t ready. I called CVS several times to see what was going on. I was on hold for an hour this past Wednesday before I had to hang up and continue working. Had my prescriber who is also my father call them the next day to see what was going on. He waited for 30 minutes before being hung up on. After this, he called in to a different pharmacy with no issues. When I went to go pick up a different prescription that had been ready at that CVS for a while, I asked about my other prescription that wasn’t ready. I politely told the pharmacist what happened with me being on hold for days without getting through, and my doctor being hung up on after waiting 30 min. The pharmacist didn’t reply and seemed to be acting like he didn’t hear me before saying that they have just been busy. I told him I understood this, but that it would be a good idea to at least tell people who are calling to call back at a different time instead of just hanging up on them after waiting for long periods of time. I was very diplomatic and polite about it despite my frustration. He did not respond with anything except, “I don’t know what happened there”. It was extremely unprofessional and rude how I was being responded to, or lack of response. I then called a different pharmacy to transfer to, I will never go back to this location.

Showed up 10 minutes before an appointment because the line is usually really long. Was told to pull around and wait 10 minutes. Total lack of common sense and politeness from the drive thru tech. No one was behind me. Then when I pulled around at my exact appointment time I had to wait for several cars in front of me. So I cant be 10 minutes early but I can be way more than 10 minutes late because others in front of me were apparently late?

Customer service sucks period the people here NEVER answer the phone been waiting for almost an hour to talk to someone before my DR office closed cause for some reason my insurance doesn’t want me to pick up my medication at Walmart. It wasn’t my choice to pickup here and if you have a choice don’t choose here I understand that they are busy but don’t answer the phone with an attitude already. Definitely going to lighten the load by having my prescriptions called into a different pharmacy&& definitely not going to any CVS, because they make millions and can’t afford to hire more than 2 people in the pharmacy.

Will be filing formal complaint with corporate office asap. One of the rudist pharmacy techs I have ever encountered! She would not listen to me, in fact, she cut me off and said to let her talk then I could. None of my prescriptions called in by the doctor, the day before, were ready! She said I didnt ask them to be filled so would be ready the next day ! What the heck!? When I was finally allowed to speak, I informed her I would need all the prescriptions called in by the doctor tonight.

My insurance switched & I have to buy from them Out of meds I needed & refused to call other stores or look on their computers three different associates very rude, one in nasty tone told me not get so close. Put cash in wrong spot, etc. Made deal w/fed govt to give low prices to us if we couldnt shop elsewhere. Worse customer service to captured customers. Refuse to buy anything but meds they are horrible, bad as Lowes.

Between my mother, myself and my husband we fill about 20 scripts per month ( mostly my 83 year old mom ) . This pharmacy again and again has the poorest service of any that I have experienced anytime or anyplace that I have done business . The only reason I have still used them is because it’s difficult to change all my mom’s medicine over but after tonight, I am going to . First of all her medicines are set up on auto fill, they notify you that they are filled and then when you get there they are not . When you go to pick up the “ auto fills” they tell you that you have to wait one or two more days until the meds can be filled however you know the bottle is empty and it’s time to fill them . If you attempt to ease these problems by calling ahead you can forget this because they never, ever, never answer the phone ! Unless you have about 30 to 40 minutes to wait, don’t get yourself stuck in the drive through . I have experienced these problems the last 5 times I attempted to pickup her meds . Today for instance, she is out of a very important heart medicine and we got notice the auto fill is ready . I waited 35 minutes in the drive through only to be told that the script wasn’t suppose to be filled until tomorrow. I told them I needed it today and they claim they don’t have time because they are the only cvs doing Covid testing . I told them I would come get it when they opened tomorrow and they informed me it would have to be around 1pm tomorrow. They said if I wanted to, I could go to another CVS to pick them up faster tonight . Assured me that the “ other” CVS could just transfer the script in and fill it . I went down to kings Hwy and waited for this to be done and the CVS had a lock put on the meds so it couldn’t be transferred without a phone call and you guessed it, they wouldn’t answer the phone for their own company ! I will take the time and have all mama’s medicine transferred now - I’m done with CVS on Youree as much as my family spends on meds !

Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally pick up the phone in pharmacy when someone did she said hello once and hung up IMMEDIATELY without even giving me the chance to respond. Called back again and in between her smacking gum she had but one prescription on file when 3 were sent all together 2days ago. I’ve tried to have them send my prescription else where but even WALGREENS says their IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with.

They never answer the phone. I can’t refill my Rx online because it says I must call the pharmacy to refill this particular one. So I can’t refill if they don’t answer. After 30 minutes, I finally hung up! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sitting waiting and as the phone is ringing the pharmacist tech let’s and it ring and has a 20 min conversation with her friend and talks about Instagram and their Easter plans. I’m waiting on someone to be able to check the voicemail to get my sons prescription. I come here every month. I will be using a different pharmacy

I scheduled an appointment to get the COVID vaccine yesterday at 5pm. I was told online to arrive 10 minutes early. I came 20 minutes early.I was berated by the pharmacist and told that he almost gave away my dose because I missed a call from him and he wanted to me to come in earlier.Some of us work and arent able to answer the phone during the day. I scheduled that time because it was available and convenient to me.Its not appropriate or ethical for the pharmacist to talk down to me or try to deny a pregnant woman the vaccine because he doesnt want to work until 5pm.If you come here for the vaccine, be aware that they dont follow the scheduling system and may give away your dose even if you show up early or on time.

Worst customer service. Terrible communication skills, terrible time management. If the terrible service was once or maybe even only twice but everytime. Im done being patient and trying to rationalize the convenience of a drive thru. They rarely have our medication in stock and they repeatedly dont communicate issues with our prescriptions until we come to them days later out of frustration.

They will go slower than you expect. They will tell you things are ready when they are not. They will wait until after business hours to tell you they need something from your doctor. They are awful.

This cvs is by far the best the other cvs on youree wouldn’t give me my prescription cause the doctor called it in 30 minutes before close and so she canceled and called it into this one and 10 minutes before close and I git here 5 minutes before close and they got it to me and were very nice 2 wonderful lady’s thank y’all so much

Worst customer service! Or should I say no customer service! They do not answer the phone. I have tried several times on different occasions. Ive even waited as long as 62 minutes. No one ever picked up.

Went in here for shopping and had to use the restroom I went in there and it was disgusting it looked like no one has cleaned it in months and the doors were just terrible I was scared to touch them. They need to deep clean the bathrooms and just remodel it.

Pharmacy cashier very rude and lied to me. Owed me some meds but then couldn’t remember what she told me. Would not look at my phone to see they owed me meds. Wanted to do anew prescription when there was no need only had to give me the correct amount which was 4. This was for my 93 yrs old mother. Have problems with her every time we go there. And want you to come back in an hr only to have to wait some more because meds not ready. Called the police to have them come and they did only to ask us to leave. She needs to be replace and would not get the store manager fir me to talk with just the police. The inside isn’t very clean so don’t go inside any more.

I wish they would tell you they are out of test in a text or something before making your appointments scheduled to literally get the test before making us drive all the way to there to get it. Pharmacy staff has been unhelpful every time i come through, but what do you expect you know it’s a cvs .

Horrible experience . Customer service is unacceptable while i was checking on the status of a prescription the workers were singing the wheels on the bus go round and round! So if youre wondering why it takes so long i went inside to find out the answer. i tried to call several times on several different occasions no answer i will be changing my pharmacy location

First time at this pharmacy. They forgot to text me when my prescription was ready. Went shopping for 20 minutes then sat in their waiting chairs in pain for 40 minutes before I decided to get up and ask them if it was ready. Cashier didnt apologize, wasnt friendly, and I realized later that she didnt ask me if I wanted to speak to a doctor about my prescription (every other pharmacy Ive been to will ask you).If you really like Kroger, my coworker says shes never had a bad experience at the Kroger pharmacy on Mansfield.

Went to pick up meds an hour later. Had to stand in line for 15 more mins. Had to make my 4 year old get out the car and walk through to pharmacy. Shes not feeling great. Throwing up. They said I had to go in for them to start prescrition. What a joke. If you dont like your job for whatever reason then dont work there. Dont make the rest of us suffer. Oh and got hung up on after being on hold for 30 mins. If you have kids and cant afford to wait and like to call for answers I would not go here.

This pharmacy is terrible, i have been calling the pharmacy since 9Am. I will be on hold for 30 minutes, the lady will say hello then hang u . After repeating this 4 times today, I had to be ugly. It is now 6pm and she said they are too busy right now to refill the rx today, to call sooner.This is not the first time! Please do not fill your ex here.

Staff incompetent and rude. Pain meds from an operation should take priority over maintenance medications. Couldn’t come inside due to foot surgery and was told in drive thru that it would be an hour longer wait unless I hobbled in to wait for my prescription. I will NEVER support this company again. Big corporations don’t care about little customers.

I come here all the time. However, yesterday was the first time I had to hit the button for someone to help me in the drive thru. Finally someone came on and said theyd be right with me. After waiting again, I just pulled off, because no one said anything else to me.

Lack of respect or care. Was told a prescription doesnt exist when I had all information brought up on my phone to prove it does. Nonetheless, when asked why I wasnt called so that this could be corrected BEFORE my doctors office closed, I was told, I dont know. People rely on their medication, and in many instances, the care of pharmacies to dispense or ensure that they are dispensed or delivered. Not this one.
