Where something old can be something new again. This place is great for finding things you cant find elsewhere like Atari and old PS and Nintendo items. Lots of Pokémon cards as well.

Dont dare bring you 4 yr old daughter in this store without a mask to by her something. Especially with the young lady behind the counter demanding you all have a mask on while she is handling items other people touched and touching her mask making it useless.

The game systems are kinda high but they have a really good game and movie collection

Would not recommend! Service is HORRIBLE!!! The workers are rude and the devices arent even properly inspected. I bought an apple watch had to bring it back because it wasnt even unlocked. Then i bought a ps4. And had to come back 3 different times because of the poor service I received. These employees should be fired immediately.

Although the mandatory mask requirement was lifted these folks demand you wear one anyway.

After being here once its better than GameStop cant wait to shop here again

We walked in asked for USED controllers that would work on the computers at eSport. The guy said they had no used. As we were walking out we saw used Xbox controllers for $7. We had to pay almost $100 for controllers we will use one time because the idiot wanted to lie!

Excellent trade policy! You get cash or credit for old videos and games. They sell used games, videos, and accessories. I recently got a ps2 off eBay but needed an adapter to connect it to my new tv. No problem! And they had a great selection of games as well as movies and seasons of several of my favorite series. And if they dont have what you want at the store youre in, they can get it for you from another store. Keep up the good work!

Karly was awesome and found a receipt of mine from a week ago cause my game was scratched. Katelyn had great patience with my crazy trade in. Sierra was just there keeping smiles on everyone. Great group of workers. The few times my wife goes in, they always make her feel comfortable even if its just brief talking.

If possible test merchandise before leaving the store, I dont want to say sell you faulty items on purpose but it definitely seems like theyre more interested in making a sale than actually giving you a working copy of what you paid for.

Awful customer service & the prices are way too high! When game exchange first opened i would shop there at least twice a week because their prices were awesome & always had deals going on. Now i dont even give it a second glance. The Store is very small and cramped if theres more than 8 customers at a time. I can find everything that store has on Amazon and for a much more sensible price. So, if you dont mind tight spaces & being ripped off then this is the place for you but for me, Ill just stick to buying my games/dvds on amazon or gamestop. Hope this helps out any potential buyers out there...

Been shopping here 4 years.. was refused service because my mask was not above my nose. Will never ever ever shop here again sad to say... anyone who cares anything about freedom and liberties need to boycott asap this covid thing has gone too far

Customer service was awful. There were 5 customers in the store and the two people who worked there were each doing something different and were ignoring all customers. One warm the phone one lookin at Pokémon cards. After 10 mins everyone in the store decided to leave. The customer service was so bad I will never go in to this one again.

Ive literally never had a problem at any other location than this one. Bought $100 worth of games only to find out literally none of them work and they dont have replacements. And of course I cant get my money back because of their stupid returns policy. Apparently its too hard to make sure a game even loads before selling it to someone. Never going to this location again.

They always have what I need gaming wise and its always cheaper than other places. The staff is always nice and friendly and ready to help you find anything you need . They have a lot of old school gaming gear and a lot to look at too, variety when it comes to games and movies.

Come here and not Gamestop trust me. Lots of nostalgia in here.

Its been some years since I have been at this location and a lot has changed. Game X Change has started carrying additional items including manga, t-shirts, gundam figures, statues, magic and pokemon cards. This was a pleasant surprise on top of the video games and movie offerings. While I didnt end up purchasing anything this trip there were several times I had to talk myself out of spending an inordinate amount of money on random items. Staff were helpful if maybe too much so, walked into store to be immediately asked did you need help with anything?. Looking forward to when I have more time to return and dig in more and also, spend some money.

We always have a positive experience at this location. The store is very well stocked compared to the Texarkana location. The girls who work when we come in onSaturdays are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop for all your movie, and gaming needs. Their retro collection even has TurboGrafx games as well as Virtual boy. Good luck finding that any where else.

A great place to find that retro game from 2001 that youve been itching to replay. Lots of DVDs and Blu-rays, usually on sale. Theyll buy your old games and movies as well. Friendly staff that is happy to help you find that random Wes Anderson movie that you forgot the name of.

This place could use some upgrades, but the employees were very friendly. They answered any questions that I had with no hesitation. I came here after getting a bad vibe from game stop and Im so glad I did!

I came here THREE TIMES to trade in a ps3 that is badly damaged. I wasted my gas THREE. TIMES. The first person Blake told me it was worth $37 with my controller (which didnt have a cord to it). I left to get my second controller. Came back the next week and some girl with green hair then told me $24. I said no, Ill be back when Blake is there because he quoted me differently. I just came back today and this so called manager just told me she wont take it because its damaged. Sorry excuse for a manager. Two of your employees werent trained obviously if they arent supposed to take ps3s in that condition. Wont ever be coming back to this place. They give you the run around. Dont care about your products and only there to collect a check. Go to the one in Bossier, theyre way better and more respectful.

When I entered the door no one spoke to me when other customers that were white they spoke to them said hi welcome to game X change . When I returned the young lady spoke to everyone I noticed the black customers wasnt treated as well as the white customers was

Fantastic collection of movies and games. Ive been replaying old xbox games for super cheap. Flexible return policies. Game X Change is a way better choice than Game Stop.

Game exchange retro games current games this was a trade buy sell and theyre not too big to say Merry Christmas during that special time of the year unlike some other gaming stores that are spread around like locusts in a field I had better Stop before I give the other Game stores name away

I give this store a 0 Star Review. Over All my experience was to say the least was terrible. I bought an item and I was informed that I would be able to exchange the item a few days later. I came back and the manager of the store was very rude to me and I was unable to exchange the item, even with the receipt. He was very unhelpful. I have spent so much money buying gaming items and other things at this store. I will NEVER come to this store again! Your manager and a few of the employees need to be replaced. BOTH times i entered the store I was not greeted or anything. The customer service was not there. I will be speaking to someone who is higher up, this place needs an EXCHANGE its self!

First off Im not a game guy. But this place had way more selection than GameStop. In-store trade in value seem to be $2-$5 more than GameStop as well. I was surprised that all the different selection of game systems they had. And theyre used DVD collection is unmatched when comparing to GameStop. I even seen iPad 3, a MacBook air (new), iPhones for decent used value

Unethical . they put a non working game back on the shelf knowing it didnt work. Cant get ahold of their corporate offices to tell them how the youree drive location is running their operations .
