The hours of operation (10am-5pm)are already poorly suited to anyone who works for a living. Despite that, I love the concept and the products; however, if your hours of operation are 10am-5 PM, the doors should NOT lock until 5 PM! This is the 2nd time this week that we have gone by to purchase gifts for our niece’s birthday to find the doors locked before 5 PM

Its a little expensive but its its nice little place had lots of educational toys and activities for children

My best friend and so went here are it was so fun all me could find was pop it’s but it is really expensive so maybe lower they prices but it is fun

I came in last week and this being my first visit I was very upset to receive poor customer service !! I came in around noon wasn’t quite busy.

I was excited about taking my Elmo crazed five year old to the event today and looking forward to buying some Elmo items as well but the atmosphere changed that. The girl working the cash register stared at us as if we didnt belong when we walked through the door. Elmo was awesome with my son though. He loves high fives and hugs and Elmo gave him several so kudos to the guy in the suit.

My grandbaby loves Learning Express!!! When the Paw Patrol or Peppa Pig characters are there we always take her by. There are lots of toys and crafts for purchase.

They have a good variety of toys and the crew is friendly.

The store is cute and has loads of fun stuff. I was disappointed with their event planning though. We were there for a Valentines workshop with Peppa, and the staff were not prepared at all! There was no instructions on what to do and where to go to meet the character. And once the kids took their pictures with Peppa, we just stood around waiting for the workshop to begin. A lady came over, opened a foldable table and laid some papers and crayons on it and went back to the cash!I was expecting better planning and more involvement.

My son and I were excited to check out the new store on Airline Dr. in Bossier. As we were walking up to the store, a lady was smoking a cigarette. We thought they were closed. The lady threw down her stinky cigarette and let us know she was open. She stayed on her cell phone so we just left without even looking around much. Terrible customer service. I dont usually give reviews online, but the owner should really know if they want their business to lady here. I will try again another day
