While I was in the store spending money you couldnt ask for better service. But as soon as you leave the store, their service is really bad. The clubs I ordered was in stock at another location, I had to call another location to get this store to call me with tracking information. Very rude on the phone when this location would call me with the tracking information. I will never use this location to buy anything. I called Baton Rouge location to get help with my order, Jeff there was awesome getting me the information that I was looking for. I would definitely drive to Edwin Watts Golf in Baton Rouge to get the items I need!!!

I rarely give five stars however this is a real post. Worth the drive. If you need any Golf equipment, they have an EXCELLENT return policy. I would pay a few bucks more just for their return policy. Not that it is more but if you are going to spend 800 dollars on clubs .. if they just dont do it for you they have like a 30 to 90 day return policy. Which ALSO means they have a good selection of returned items! The staff is knowledged and great as well. I got a Scotty Cameron return putter for less than two hundred.

My 63 Airman grandson has become interested in golf and needed help getting fitted for clubs. Steve and the rest of the staff treated us as if two pros had just walked in the door, not some beginner and a mid-handicapper. We settled on a set of Ping clubs and believe Steve helped us invest in a great set of starter clubs. In addition, Ping offers a huge discount for military personnel. This is the best golf shop in our area. Theyre knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recently made a purchase on a pre-owned putter and they provided me with a great deal, included the head cover and provided outstanding service. Five stars all the way.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes, dropped by a week later to see if they have come in. The store clerk came up to me to ask if he could help, I told him that I ordered a pair of shoes, he went to the desk to ask . Then he left and waited on another customer and never came back to me.

The staff at this location are always helpful and treat you the same whether you are a $2 or $2,000 customer. I highly recommend checking them out next time you need anything for the links.

Great place to go get fitted, finding good deals, this is the only place I’ve encaountered that has titeilist clubs and drivers in stock
