Unbelievable. Staff refused to sell me the five items that they had rung up for me because I wouldnt give them my personal information. Had to leave my whole purchase on the counter and shop somewhere else.In this age of privacy concerns, the idea that a place (especially one that sells everything at a premium like this store) would not make providing personal identifiers optional is shocking.Logically, this practice would seem to indicate that whatever they are doing with your information behind the scenes is more valuable to them than the retail sales that they are ostensibly in business for...

I am a nurse and have been struggling with foot pain for years! Ive tried several shoes, different running stores, and even had a 3D analysis of my feet. Still no luck in good shoes. I recently relocated to Shreveport and I came to Run Wild today 7/11/21, and Hope and the young man working with her were phenomenal. They were attentive to my needs and realized an issue I had no idea about. Bottom line, we found the perfect pair of shoes and I look forward to pain free days! Thank you so much!

This was my first time visiting the store. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped by for a pair of running shoes and as a beginner I had no idea what to look for, the sales staff helped determine what shoe would work best for me and was able to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

☺️Awesome, knowledgeable staff that understand orthopedics, and ergonomics. Ive suffered from some nerve damage as a military veteran. This usually causes loss of feeling while running unless shoes nail the form factor perfectly, and these Hoka running shoes do just that!!! Theres also a great military discount.

I bought a pair off running shoes and got them home to discover dirt on the bottom. The shoes had signs of wear and the sole was compressed. The price of the shoe was 140.00 but the sales person charged me 160.00. He said he applied discounts but he did not. I took the shoes back to the store and the manager was rude. He told me they don’t sale used shoes and he could not explain the reason for the price. I returned to shoes and left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. IT IS BETTER TO GO TO A STORE WHERE THE CONSUMER IS TREATED LIKE A PERSON AND NOT AN INCONVENIENCE. You have been advised.
